(Note for first-timers: the Cryo Facelift is strictly the treatment and not a 'facial'). I did try the Anti-Aging Facial, but was a bit underwhelmed. Too much time just laying on the table waiting for a mask to dry when I could've been receiving a hand massage, scalp, massage, etc. Not nearly enough facial and neck massage. The facility is bright, modern, and clean. The staff is very friendly. They offer some well priced introductory offers. One thing I really appreciate, is that they do not push retail products on you after your service. I'm looking forward to the 4-day Fat Flush!

I came to her in a panic as my prior Specialist, well, let's leave it at this: was unprofessional. Latrese is NOT talk; she is RESULTS and she is so transparent and straightforward that there is NO EXCUSE. You will see changes BUTTTTTT ... YOU HAVE TO DO WHAT SHE SAYS as it is not for her health and strength but YOURS! She is very detailed with the entire process and the DO'S AND DONT'S AND YOU BET' NOTS, LOL! I am already excited for the next session and of course, I am doing what I am supposed to be doing which is why I am seeing the results with HER and not the prior specialist. So I didn't plan on coming to Spa Lounge until my boyfriend decided to surprise me for my birthday…read more I got an hour long full body massage by Trinece (sorry for the misspell) and I must say it was one of the best massages I've ever gotten. She got the knots out of back/shoulders and rubbed my feet so well. I honestly was falling in and out of sleep during my session, I even found myself snoring! All in all the massage was great, I walked out feeling nice and loose. Relaxed. The only thing I would say I didn't like was that after my massage I was offered a cold glass of water. Which at first I thought was a very nice touch but when I took a sip and then looked at the glass it was ridiculously dirty. It didn't even look like it was washed, so that caught me off. Then I got a mani/pedi with shellac. They had a lot of colors to choose from which was pretty cool. The woman doing my nails was Myra. Myra was super sweet, we talked about an array of things and the out come of my nails were great! She definitely took her time to make sure that my nails looked good. Again, I would've never thought of visiting this place but after I did I saw that the prices are reasonable, the service is great, and the ambiance is super cute! I would definitely go back to get my nails done.

Things I noticed 1. They are black owner ( yessssssss) 2. They are inside what looks like an office building Pros : 1. You can have a cute private party ! 2. My massage was really good the Lady did a great job and really got in there 3. You can get your nails done too ! It's perfect for a relaxing day 4. The lady who greeted me and told me what to do Was very nice 5. They provided bubbly and little Appetizers Here's some critiques that can bump the stars - I was 9 mins late and they were still setting up the room and figuring out what service will go in what room - the decor could be a bit better with small details - although my massage was bomb ! The music outside my room was way louder then the music inside my room. It was hard to have the chill environment with cardi b bumping loudly - my masseuse did a great job but didn't seem very personable at the time I felt like she was annoyed with something not related to me - Im use to getting a robe to change and so I'm prepared for my message ( I kept my pants on because I wasn't given directions on taking them off or not because I'm Use to the robe ) - the bday girl didn't like her massage ( sad face ; we had different ladies ) All in all this place has soooo much potential ! Just needs to tighten up a little

I waited a week to make a review, because I wanted to see how well the dysport settled…read more OK, so I was on the fence about coming here because the reviews are hit or miss. Even my girl, former Yelp, community manager, Farrah wrote a review of her terrible experience. They were holding a special, so I thought I would give them a try. I ended up having a great experience. Alonso, the owner and injector, and his daughter, who is part of the business came in and gave me a consultation. They suggested the recommended amount of dysport. (Which I love way better than Botox - it holds better with me). I've always been on the fence about the recommended dose of Botox and dysport because does a 20 year old really need the exact same amount of a 55 year old (I am not 55). I told them that I was not comfortable with the amount they suggested, and let me also say that I have been to businesses that suggest the recommended amount as well. I always politely decline. I have used Botox and disport for years and I know what works with my face. Do t be afraid to speak up. You may get some push back - but it's YOUR face. I feel like they listened to me and I was injected with the amount I was comfortable with. Alonzo was quick and not to mention super nice. He and his daughter mentioned that if anything looked wonky to come back and they will take care of it. Honestly, I've never heard a business say this to me. I've never had any issues. It made me a little bit nervous this was said... Because I thought, do mishaps happen all the time here? Is that why they are saying this? Anyway, it it a week later and my forehead and frown lines look amazing!! I'm very impressed! Like super impressed! Their office is closer to my house than the business that I usually frequent. And their prices are great! Not to mention they have specials and I really liked Alonzo and his daughter. I will definitely be getting my next injections from BotoxRN.

On my first visit I tried to tell the injector I normally do a conservative amount of Botox. He…read moretalked me into an exorbitant amount of Dysport instead, which wound up costing almost double what I normally pay. The middle of my forehead froze totally and I wound up with Spock eyebrows. Had to go back in to try to fix it, which he overdid. For a week I had one frozen brow and one that moved, so I looked like a crazy person. It eventually almost evened out but now both eyes droop. This injector not only doesn't listen to his clients but also has an inflated sense of his abilities. He is too reckless to be working on people's faces. In addition, after my initial injection we had a consultation in which he recommended 8 syringes of filler to me, someone who has never had any filler at all. Eight! This business just wants your cash. I will obviously not be going back here.
