I hired this company 9 months before the wedding and 4 months before the wedding Brenda, the manager, informed me they did NOT have the size vehicles I had requested. Scott Transportation stated they would then look around to find me the vehicles I needed. This threw up a red flag for me and I didn't want anything to go wrong the day of my daugther's wedding, so I proceeded to find another company myself and did. I notified Scott Transportation I was cancelling their contract due to a breach on their part, and did this 3 months before the wedding (well before the 72 hours notice cited in the contract) I have since then been requesting my $500 deposit to be returned since the company breached the contract. Ronnie (the owner) has yet to respond to any of my 6 emails and Brenda (the manager) only responded to 1 stating "read the contract carefully, it clearly states the deposit is nonrefundable" I find this unacceptable for a company who BREACHED their own contract. I would NOT recommend this company!!

I suggested a hotel and a transportation service that I like. The transportation service we used a few times we were in town was terrific and it helped us enjoy our trip. Last time we flew into Philadelphia, we arranged for Joe Yurick to pick us up and take us to dinner and to the hotel in Lancaster. Since the ride was more than an hour, it was nice to have him to help us settle into the area. He taught us so much. In addition, we had him pick us up the hotel the next day and show us around Lancaster to see all of the sites. It was a fantastic day tour. Since he knows this area like the back of his hand, he showed us things we may not have seen on our own. It was fantastic. Joe has a van that is comfortable and he is always on time and on budget with our trips. This service is perfect for long trips ... especially for people who do not want to drive, are elderly or are handicapped. Joe was amazing for one of our passengers that was handicapped ... he was understanding and helpful. I heard of this service because one of my friends hired Joe to take their family to another state for a wedding and they could not drive themselves. They had to leave at 5 in the morning for a twelve-hour trip and he really helped them a lot. They said they could not have gone otherwise. Thanks Joe for helping others.
