They were able to work with me and my price point, and despite it being so close to the holidays and also a last minute idea - they found the perfect vehicle to escort me, my son and his 3 best friends to his birthday party in the city. Their driver was exceedingly professional, and when the kids got into the car there were balloons, ambient lighting, interactive iPads with game and music options, a crown for the birthday boy and they even gave him a gift which was above and beyond expectations. I was also able to relax, which I never would have done driving on my own with 4 boys into the city, and feel safe as we got to his party destination on time, and in style! When it was time to head out our driver was right there, ready to take us back home. There were waters and even gum - I could go on and on. I have used other transportation services in the area and they are fine - they arrive on time, we would get to where we needed to go but there was never any special touch despite it being so expensive. We had to pull over to check on the vehicle and for the drive to make a call to the owner who informed him to keep on driving and he could not come pick us up. Thankfully we made it back (the car was jerking and could not exceed a certain speed). After the ride we were still charged the additional hour and a half (although we were traveling well under the speed limit due to the car's issues. When called they offered to credit us $30. Please make sure you read the fine print carefully and ask how old the vehicles are (ours was old). For the price, it should be better service. I would not suggest using them, I would choose an alternate company in the area.
