We went along the path displayed in the surrey dashboard. We are glad that we looked at the map because we almost missed the turning point where we had to turn back to stay on the path. We stopped 1/2 way on the way back to just enjoy the view and breeze. We got the single surrey which was just right for two adults. The menu does say that it'll fit two adults and two kids but it's probably more like one middle schooler or two tiny kids. Everyone there was super helpful. Since it was our first time, they went over how to brake and pedal. Once we returned that surrey, they cleaned/disinfected it immediately. I would definitely come back to either try the other rentals like deuce coupe or the single surrey again.

When we arrived there were unfortunately no sales associates available to help us, which was surprising given it was a Saturday afternoon. There was one sales person working at the time but he was helping someone else, so one of the service techs tried to assist as best as possible. He was extremely friendly and directed us to the models that would most likely be a best fit for our needs. Once the sales associate got freed up, he started working with my husband and me. Unfortunately about a half hour into our progress we were passed off again to another sales associate. It was a little frustrating to have to re-start our conversations and explain what we needed to so many different people. Once we got settled with the associate who would ultimately take us through the purchase process, there was a lot of up-selling going on. I can't tell you how many times I had to say "no" to a water bottle cage or bike bells. The one thing that happened that dropped my rating down a star involves the bike mount. We originally wanted a bike hitch rack, and were told repeatedly that it needed to be 2". It was even the one thing that I physically wrote down before I left the store. Unfortunately it turns out that they don't make a 2" trailer hitch for my car, and when I called Trek to request a trunk rack instead I was told, oh, a 1.25" hitch would be fine. After calling 4 different installers to try to get an appropriate hitch only to find out that I was given the wrong size to start, I was exasperated and over the entire thing. You should also know the hitch installer they work with "down the road" gave the most expensive quote of anyone I spoke with. Anyway, I ultimately got a trunk rack and was able to pick up my bikes. I am not sure if I'll make the effort to return to this particular location considering there are others closer to my house, but in the end, I got what I needed.

I got a front flat yesterday on a ride. I was extremely bummed. I really needed to ride my bike…read more(cue Queen). Fairmount Bicycle was the closest bike shop. I called to make sure they were open and could help, and someone answered the phone right away and was very kind and helpful. I walked my bike to the shop, and when I entered, I was greeted warmly and professionally. I disclosed that I really needed to ride my bike, and they understood and told me that they would try to salvage my ride. Thirty minutes later, my bike was ready, and they were once again very kind and helpful with the checkout process. And, they did in fact salvage my ride, for which I am so grateful. During the checkout process, another person with a flat came in. The staff was warm and professional toward this person. I heard someone mention a "community repair." I did not know what that was, but later, I looked up their website and learned more about the community repair fund as well as the ethos and history of the shop. What I read confirmed that these are cool humans doing cool things and supporting their community. Deceptive business practice and charges customers for a business decision they made on their end…read more On 5/21/26, I placed an order on the merchant's website for a Zooz Ultra Urban Gen 4 electric bike for a total purchase price of $2,595.00. Following the order submission, the business reached out requesting that I provide additional verification documents to confirm my identity and credit card ownership to mitigate fraud risk. I fully intended to complete this transaction and promptly complied, providing the exact documentation requested. No further information or follow-up was requested by the merchant. Instead of processing the order, the business proactively and unilaterally cancelled the transaction. While the merchant has the right to refuse service, they deceptively withheld $130.00 from my refund, returning only $2,465.00. The merchant is penalizing me by applying a 5% "cancellation fee" to an item that was never fulfilled, never shipped, and where the cancellation was entirely the merchant's choice. I should not bear the operational cost of their decision to cancel a transaction that I actively tried to fulfill and verify. The withholding of these funds under the guise of a return or cancellation policy for an unfulfilled order is deceptive and an unfair business practice. I would not recommend doing business with them.

They were able to provide a large car and spacious enough to accommodate my family of 5 and all of our suitcases. Our driver, Arif, was prompt, courteous and helpful. As stated, the car was large and had more than enough room. Water was provided. They could not accommodate our car seat request but I'm not sure if that is something that could have been provided if the request wasn't so last minute. If you're looking for a car service I highly recommend De Limo because they are reliable and professional. They are on the pricier side but at least you know you will be taken care of.
