We waited a full 5 minutes before we were acknowledged and told to sit anywhere we wanted. We went to a table and waited again, while watching 2 servers walk through the dining room. One finally over came over and greeted us. The table we day down at had some left over straw wrappers still on it. When I mentioned it to the server, she laughed and said, "Oh! Kids were here." Really? That's what you say? We went ahead an ordered our food. They were out of the calamari (I was surprised) and they were out of meatballs -at an Italian restaurant? Ok. Things happen. We ordered the garlic bread and mozzarella cheese sticks/ ravioli appetizer. We split a full size Caesar salad and lasagna. It took 20 minutes for the garlic bread to come out to our table. She also brought out the regular bread which was supposed to come to our table as soon as we sat down. 10 minutes later, the cheese sticks & ravioli, Caesar salad and lasagna came out all at the same time. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have sent back the lasagna and told them to keep it warm. The food was great. The Caesar salad was outstanding. But the whole experience was off-putting. The food was rushed. We should never have had to wait for the bread. We shouldn't have had the salad and the entree come out at the same time. I was disappointed in the entire experience. I wonder if someone is going to read this update.
