No offense but nobody likes doughy pizza y'all!
    Tricia E.

My order was completely correct and my delivery driver was courteous. Unfortunately my pizza was undercooked. Not trying to be a crazy Karen but... I'm the type that would've been able to wait the extra few minutes for cooked pizza. Hope y'all figure it out.

This is the first time I've ever tried Figaro's.I thought the flavor was good but I would've liked to have my toppings all over my pizza.
    Taylor B.

I wish the cooks would put toppings over the entire layer of my pizza. The employees seem like young kids who don't really care about anything.I give my pizza a 4 out of 10 ,they could've done better.

The Ultimate Side-by-side is HUGE, and had plenty of pepperoni and canadian bacon! Fed my whole family and we had left overs!

Disappointing Experience…read more I really wanted to enjoy our visit to Gambretti in Salem, especially since I remember the great food and service from their old location. Unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to those memories. The ambiance is definitely the highlight--it's a beautiful and inviting restaurant. However, the food and service left quite a bit to be desired. Our entrée needed additional seasoning, and one of my favorite wines from Willamette Valley was served in a water glass, which was disappointing for what is supposed to be a nice dining experience. It seems that the restaurant had only one server covering the entire restaurant, and she did an excellent job given the circumstances. She was attentive and did her best, but the overall service simply wasn't what I remember from Gambretti's old location. I hope this was just an off night because I'd really like to see Gambretti return to the level of food and service that made it memorable in the first place

We had the beet salad to start which was just perfect. The truffle burrata mousse was something I've never had before and it added a light creaminess to the dish. My friend had the pasta de la nonna and I had the special of the night. The pasta de la nonna was delicious, flavorful, and the noodles were something I've never fresh! It was more than just a red sauce. My ravioli was filled with something delicious (I wish I could remember now lol what it was). We had tiramisu for dessert since it was her birthday. Service was lovely. Great find on vacation!

Gnocchi was killer and the pizza was pretty good. The service was absolutely meh. We watched a table seated after us get drinks and salads before we even gave our drink order, and they got their meals before we ordered. We were pretty excited to order and stoked for the food here, so the meh service was really a bummer. We also were seated in the back, and it was really hot in that room. If I had it to do over again, I'd request the restaurant area up front. Overall, we'd go back to give it another go. But there was room for improvement for sure.

First off, it was on the opposite end of where our gps showed us it was located at, but I was prepared by other Yelpers that mentioned it could be a challenge to find. We did not have reservations but arrived just before the dinner rush, so we thought we'd try our luck. The inside seating was filled, but we got our pick of table outside. The waitress promptly put the table shades up to block the sun from the area, which was nice (it was a bit warm outside). The outside tables filled up soon after we were seated. We shared a Caesar salad for appetizer and were very happy with it - tasty dressing, good croutons, and good cheese on top. The bread with sauce they gave use was very good too. The pasta came and as I already saw from the Yelp pictures they give you a good amount of pasta, which isn't always the case at Italian restaurants these days. 3 of us ordered the smoked salmon alfredo and one of us ordered the vodka rigatoni. The salmon is wild caught, if I remember right and it tasted as it was smoked in house - very good. I'm not typically a fan of alfredo but I'm a big fan of smoked salmon and I'm not sure what they do differently with their alfredo but I really enjoyed the sauce as well as the salmon. My son who ordered the vodka sauce rigatoni left the cleanest plate of all of us so I guess he liked his as well. Our waitress was very helpful all the way through and helped make it a great experience. As a part Italian, I definitely give this spot two thumbs up, and my family did as well. A good experience all around.

It's a bit tight and quite busy as it appeared every employee was performing multiple roles. The service was polite and prompt. We ordered smoked chicken ravioli and chicken piccata. The smoked Chicken ravioli was unique, but quite good. The smoky flavor shined through. The chicken piccata was loosely a chicken piccata. Still very good, but with some additions to the traditional expectation of a chicken piccata. It was a good pasta dish overall.

We reserved on Tock, and it was mostly full on a Friday night. Drinks: lots of local beers are available, but I went with the Pineapple Express: she warned it was spicy, and it indeed was (in a really good way). All of the food is done family style: - Clams Galicia: with tomato, chorizo, bacon broth. This broth as amazing. I literally drank it with a spoon - Pan con tomate: slightly different from classic preparation - more flavorful and heavier on the toppings - Salmorejo: tomato and bread puree, Serrano, jammy egg - like a creamy gazpacho - Grilled asparagus: with whipped ricotta and a cured egg yolk - Squid ink pasta: with hazelnuts, caramelized onions, peppers, and a runny egg yolk, a bit spicy. This dish was my favorite - Honey brined pork chop with a basque piperade sauce The servers were all great about checking in. I would definitely recommend the squid ink pasta and the clams if you're in town!
