This is the second time I've ordered from this place. The first time was over a year ago. And, I remembered (not) liking the taste of the pizza. This time, I ordered a cooked pizza from them. The girl taking my order was (not) friendly at all. In addition, the pizza again had (no) taste. The tomato sauce was tasteless along with the cheese. I added salt and Italian seasoning. Let be real - we don't have many options out here that being said, Figaros is the best pizza around. Far superior to the places up the road! I like that I can order online and they always have it ready by the time I arrive. My only issue there is sometimes when I select take and bake, I get a baked pizza anyways. Which makes me sad. Their toppings are good and so is their crust but I wish I could convince them to layoff the cornmeal at the bottom. I get that it helps the pizza not stick, but no one needs that much cornmeal on their pizza! They have definitely improved over the last few years and they continue to do so. The staff is nicer, it's a little cleaner and the service is for sure faster. If you're in the area and are craving pizza, this is really your only spot. My boyfriend's friend insisted that Figaro's has "the best chicken bacon ranch pizza in the world," so of course we wanted to try it. Sadly, the pizza was subpar--tough crust, cheap cheese, and pretty much devoid of flavor. On the other hand, the cheesy breadstick were delicious. Moved from GH to KP about a year ago. Not a lot of options out here but found that Figaro's offers take and bake. A little pricey but a genuine pizza. Leaps and bounds past Papa Murphy's. The have a clean kitchen and fresh ingredients. Even when they are busy the customer service is great. One issue since using their app so I just call in now. Be sure to tip. Minimum wage out here isn't $15 p/h. Support our youth willing to work. read more

Messed up our order TWICE tonight. We ordered two extra large pizzas and they only gave us two large pizzas. Two large pizzas would not be enough to feed five hungry people so we ordered one more extra large pizza and when we went back to get it, they gave us another large pizza! AND they tried to charge us for an extra large pizza. Nobody offered a discount or anything. Honestly at that point they should have given us the pizza for free. Went into Figaro's new place in the Key Center and I have to say it was the best pizza I have ever eaten....not sure what makes it different from all the other chains out there but it was sheer bliss and perfection. It is not an eat-in establishment, too small for that, but there is outdoor seating or you can take it into the grocery store right there, they have tables. I had the hawaiian personal pan and it was served hot, quick and at a really reasonable rate. Will be going back again and again. Please note delivery has not started YET but will be soon. We were so excited to try out the first pizza delivery service we've ever seen in this area of Key Peninsula. We've tried just about all the ones out there, here and around the country as we've traveled a lot. So, with the Seahawks kicking butt in the Superbowl game, we thought - PIZZA!!! As a dietitian (and in Gig Harbor, the owner of Lighthouse Nutrition and Wellness), I can get pretty picky with my cuisine :). We don't order pizza that often because it's not a food known for success in weight management, so when we do, we're hoping it's good, and that the place will keep up with our dietary demands. Here is the rundown of our experience: Tyler took our order told us he'd be there in 45 minutes (on Superbowl night!). We ordered a large veggie with light cheese on a thin crust. Well, the pizza got here UNDER 30 MINUTES! \ Tyler was very nice and our pizza came with tons of condiments, and was hot. They had made the pizza to our specifications, and we really enjoyed the tomato sauce and crust, which was kind of crispy. My husband judges pizzas by their crust, so we were very pleased, he rated the sauce at a 8-9 out of 10. We all really liked it, in fact so much, that my 7 year old son who usually hates mushrooms on anything, stated, "I usually don't eat mushrooms but these were the best mushrooms everl!" and he didn't even pick out the other veggies, which he does on pizzas sometimes. Prices were average for a delivery place.... High for me) $25 including tip for a large, but at least the taste was worth it. Although we didn't need to try the gluten free crust, it's good to know they have this as well for customers. I can understand why people think this place is a little expensive, however, it's delicious and no more expensive than ping to Seabecks. And definitely way better pizza than there. Plus it's not that bad when you get individual pizzas! In fact I can feed my family of 7 cheaper here than at Subway and everyone can get there own pizza and toppings! I believe it's 3.95 if you take it home and bake it and 4.95 if they bake it for you in store. Their breadsticks are also pretty yummy. read more

The pizza preperation is so random. To be fair they just need someone to teach them how to properly prepare the pizza. The other big let down is a lack of delivery, only Friday Saturday Sunday. Sometimes people dont want to cook after work. Full disclosure I have traveled all around the United States and tried the pizza in 38 states 121 citys and by far 3 stars out of five is a good thing. If i was to rate every place i say the Avg. is 1. Whispering Trees Market has the best pizza I have ever tasted. Having chicago deep dish in Chicago is not what its cracked up to be. Real Italian thin crust is like eating a cracker. I am a returning customer and recommend giving them a try. They are nice people and the pizza shows up real fast. The pizza has taste which is rare. We usually order their gluten free pizza which is (like every other place) more expensive than regular. But it's really good and I love having another option close to home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you take and bake a gluten free at home, don't bake it in their tray like they suggest or you will get soggy pizza. Instead, carefully transfer it to a preheated pizza stone or a cookie sheet. Crispy and yummy! read more

This is the only pizza place that will deliver to my area. It just so happens to be a pretty good pie. Bonus! Delivery can take a while because of this but I just call early and show them some patience. The drivers are always friendly and professional.
