Best Nightclub/lounge experience in Savannah. They have Latin on the first floor so I can hear Bad Bunny and get my salsa on and then I go to second floor to turn up to latest hip hop and watch the bachelorettes dance on the pole. When I go to the third floor I get the same energy and vibes but play games or watch a game plus a dance floor and full bar where sometimes it's easier to get drinks. Omg this place was so so so so fun. Different floors for different flavors for sure. The line was sooo long tho well worth the wait. Spent most of the time on the hip hip/rap floor which did not disappoint. There were poles for dancing and lots of areas to rest your drink while you got your boogie on. It was an added bonus to hear DMX's Ruff Ryder anthem with a dance floor full of Ruff Ryder motorcycle members. They went nuts when the song came on. Drinks were strong and really the only complaint I have is that the glasses of water were too small, like super small. I would have loved for them to be the same size as the drinks. How are you going to have 3 floors of music and the DJs suck on every floor? We spent the most time on the second floor where the DJ seemed to think louder bass meant a better party. I was so annoyed because right as the hype would build the DJ would switch to a slower song or something that people didn't want to dance to. We got in pretty early to beat the line around 10:15 and the dance floor on the 2nd floor was incredibly sticky. It wasn't a fresh spill which makes me think it was leftover from the night before. Get a wrist band early because they have re entry go check some other bars but all roads lead back to 51 . I just turned 21 and this was my first club. I had a lot of fun everyone was really since even the front door guys. I was there for 3 hours and love most of the songs (I was on floor 2). The only thing I did not like was how many men thought since I was dancing and having fun meant they should grind up on me and be kinda creepy, I had one guy aggressively grab my hips and start grinding (really more like trusting) on me and when I told him to stop he called me a "prude b-". Not really a fan of this place. All the locals said that this was the best club in the area, so my girlfriends and I decided to check it out while visiting Savannah for the weekend. We came here on Saturday night, a little past 11pm, and there already was quite a long line. There were 2 lines--the one to the left is the regular line, the one to the right is the "skip the line" type, where you pay double $20 (regular admission is $10), but that line seemed just as long as the regular. There was some kind of situation right outside the entrance of the club, a couple of police officers were there to mediate--security stopped letting people inside for a while. It took close to an hour before we even got inside! The security guy checking IDs wasn't too friendly either. There's 3 floors. The 2nd floor was the most crowded floor--lots of mixed music, but mainly hip hop--the DJ kept changing the songs too quick, some songs didn't even last for more than a minute. Drink prices weren't too bad and the bartenders were pretty cool, but it's crowded so you end up waiting a while for service. The floors were filthy--it was so dirty everywhere, drinks were spilled all over the floor and no one tried to clean it up. We also checked out the 3rd floor--it was pretty dead--but the music was good (edm/pop music). Faster service up here since there weren't many people, so we got our drinks very quick--but then again, we were kind of like the only few people up here. My girlfriends and I made the best out of the night and had fun--but I don't think I would come back here to party. read more

My 23 year old daughter and boyfriend went to this club. Taking maybe two steps outside the front door when leaving she stepped on the bottom part of a broken beer bottle, cutting herself. A local police officer called for a paramedic who arrived and then told my daughter her cut so very deep that she had to go to the hospital. Once there a doctor told her he had to put in stitches to close the wound. My daughter thinks as I do that Club 51 Degrees needs to look out for the safety of their patrons, both while they are inside the club as well as immediately outside the club. We have tried to contact the club but no one will return my calls, I have made three. Now Club 51 will have an opportunity to talk to our attorney. read more

My best friend ordered a kamikaze and got some blue looking concoction and my simple liqueur and coke was made with the wrong liqueur. While waiting for the remakes, the pounding bass and lack of words coming from the system, I noticed the construction paper signs all over the place stating "Credit Card minimum $5" and "If you use your credit card one time an automatic 20% tip will be included" I READ THAT HOW MANY PEOPLE DONT?!?! So basically if you don't set up a tab they add a 20% gratuity each time you use your card AND I checked my receipt, sure enough it was open for tip!! Nope I didn't leave one!! First floor done . . . oh by the way second drinks blue drink again! Second Floor: R&B, Rap, 80/90's Remix Rap TONS OF BASS!! So let us discuss second floor. Officer one and two are there hummm. . . Security is strong . . . found out why later on in the night! The "bottle service" part of this place I found on this floor and it's a joke. Its a bunch of old torn couches, plastic at that, like ones at daycare and metal tables with with chairs. More weak, ill made drinks. Between the actual four chairs for the ladies to sit down, it was not well thought out at all. From the stage of girls in a short dress inappropriately dancing with themselves drunk with the mirror to the short booty shorts halter top whipping her hair around in stilett-hoes dry ass humping some drunk guy while my friend asks her nicely three times to move and I have to get security to get her to correct herself this floor had its moments, while brief, of fun. The night got later and the those who can't handle being a grown up come out and it shows!! Third Floor - Dub Step that's all I know because I never made past the second floor! I had literally had enough after the whipping her hair girl incident. The bathrooms are like any bar/nightclub. Toilet tissue everywhere, squat n go, wash your hands and touch NOTHING!! There is a cover but my friend got that so I can't say what it is ? $5 - $10 ? Depends on the night/event. Final thought: This place is for 21-26 year olds so let them have it! I went here last night and the venue itself is cool. The way it is set up is there is three levels, and each level has different music. The first floor is latin music, the second is hip hop, and the third is electric I think. The reason I gave this two stars is because of the DJ, the music was pretty horrible. I primarily stayed on the second level with the "hip hop" but it wasn't really hip hop half of the time. When the DJ did play hip hop it would be old throwbacks like Soulja boy, and Young Joc. So mainly my critique is with the DJ, I think if they get a better DJ then this place could be great. read more

This place could be close to it as good as it gets! So far in Savannah, it is. There are 3 floors. First was latin, second was hip hop, and the third was confusing - think it was just pop. Me and my roomie spent most of the night on the second floor getting wild dancing with one another and watching other people battle. It was really cool. The crowd is mixed and there are no hipsters in sight or silly white people, haha! Later we went down to the first floor and it was just a sea of latin. I had never seen so many latin people in the city before. We stuck out pretty quick as we were the only white couple on the floor dancing salsa and other random moves. I have to start by saying that this use to be my wife's favorite club, but the dj's there are terrible lately because they play the worst electronic remixes of everything and the evidence is on the inactive dance floor. After a few years of going there, I noticed that the bouncers only thoroughly check white people for weapons. I use the term thoroughly loosely because I have shown a firearm and have still been let in as well as been let in with a firearm after being aggressively frisked. Meanwhile, people let in just before me we're let in just by removing their basket ball jersey. Security here is also a joke because they are non- confrontational beta males who will do absolutely nothing when they see a patron threatened with an empty beer bottle in the bathroom. While I give this place two stars, I had fun there. The hip hop room played some slammin jams - old and new. From the little I know of Savannah, it needs a place like this. I could see how regulars would get frustrated with it - but it was a welcome reprieve from the many charming Colonial activities we partook in. Best bachelorette party EVER!!!!! I took the girls every where in Savannah (I'm from the area, so I know a lot of places). This was by far the favorite. The first floor plays Latin music. If you're not having fun there, go up one more story and do a little booty shakin' (Hip Hop music and Top 40). You get bore there, just go up another floor.
