For $20, You get to try any 6 wines at this winery with PLENTY to choose from! They give you a booklet that describes each wine and you can mark your choices. Note: your 6 is your 6, like them or not. The first glass, my husband didn't like. He took one sip and poured it in my glass. He did not get to choose another to try in its place. What I tried (between him and I): - Lime in the Coconut: light, would go great with a rum shot floater lol. I tasted more lime than coconut. - Skinny Dipping: not as tart of a green apple as I thought it would be. I would say it's more closer to semi-Sweet than sweet, but I like it. - Savannah Rose: loved the strawberry flavor! - Rhinestone Cowgirl: definitely can taste the smokiness. Reminded me of sipping on some flavored mezcal. - Back Porch Sitting: one of my top favs. I'm really digging the blackberry sweet red wines. - Home sweet Home: a good sweet red, blackberry was better. It wasn't heavy on the pomegranate taste which I would want more of. - Sandía: I really like for a summer picnic. Loved the watermelon. - Southern Sparkle: very bubbly moscato style wine. It does taste like sparkling juice. - Smolder Dessert Wine: had a smoky taste (almost like a sweet whiskey). I enjoyed that. - Dulce Ray: was one of my favs! Loved the caramel notes. I bought a bottle to take home. I enjoyed all the sweet wines they have to offer and would have taken the whole winery home with me. These wines were not as sweet as the ones from Fat Ass, but I liked that. Abigail was definitely an entertaining hostess. FYI: It is currently in an area that is shared between other wineries and boutique shops. I saw a sign that said they will be moving locations soon.

I forgot to take pictures inside but Rhonda helped us and she was excellent!!! She convinced us to stay another night! So obviously the hospitality was above and beyond. It's 6 tastings for $20 and a wine glass ! Most places don't give a wine glass. Wines varied from sweet, dry, and semi. She gave us a tasting of a dessert wine with chocolate! Thank you for that! It's an open space inside and seating outside. This place is definitely a Fiestaaa!

My fiends and I went on a Wine Tour and this was my favorite winery of the day. The Wine Consultant Danelle was excellent and knowledgeable. I bought dome wine to take home. It is a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. I can see many different parties and functions happening here. Highly recommend Fiesta Winery!

True southern hospitality! Loved our hostess and the experience I had here. I had the wine tasting which is probably one of the best places. Reasonably priced, you get 6 wines for only $20, plus you get to keep the glass!

I recommend this place if it's a girl trip. The men in our group was not impressed. Lots of options mostly sweet. Can't bring food and unsure if dog friendly. I've been with a girlfriend before and had a different vibe. Not much of food options and no food truck the day we went. So we give 4 star cause not much of food provisions and the wine was just ok this last time.

If sweet wines are your jam then this is the place for you. When it comes to wine I don't discriminate, I drink them all. Lol Fiesta winery is located just off 290. They have a cute outside seating area for when the weather is nice and a fairly large inside/bar area for all the space for your wine drinking needs. Quirky, helpful "winetenders" who would love to chat with you if they aren't too busy with other costumers are always there. If you do their wine tasting for $15/pp, you get to take home a souvenir wine glass which is really a steal! Pay a visit if you are a wine newbie, Like I said this place cater more to sweet wine palates :)

Out of all our winery experiences in Fredericksburg, this one was the crown jewel. Their samplers/bartenders are absolutely the best and we're so very knowledgeable about their products. Not only did they know their craft, but were polite like Texas people used to be! We ended up buying six bottles to return to Florida with us. Don't miss this must visit winery!

This place was awesome but what made it so great was our wine expert Jim. He made the visit perfect.

We came here recentlyfor a bachelorette party, and after just having a terrible experience at Augusta Vin, Barelle completely turned our day around. Randy was our server, and he was AMAZING. He made sure we had a blast throughout our entire visit, totally redeeming the day for the bride. The wine? Fantastic! We all fell in love with one of their Rosés -- easily one of our favorites of the day. Plus, we had a private room all to ourselves, and it was the cutest space, with a charming book wall and unique rustic decor. It made the whole experience feel intimate and perfect for our group. I also love that Barelle is a woman-owned vineyard, and all the wines they produce and serve come from female winemakers. It's such a great touch that makes me want to support them even more. All in all, Barelle Vineyards nailed it for us. Great wine, an amazing vibe, and fantastic service. It was the perfect place to celebrate, and I'll definitely be back!

The Fred area now features several wineries showcasing non-Texan styles--including Coordinates (South African) and Calais (Texas grapes with a French influence). Be sure to read up on the fascinating family history behind this winery! We sampled a variety of their reds, and every single one was full-bodied with its own distinct personality. The Cab Black was highly complex with lovely hints of oak. Their Chianti, the Costaveccia, was a traditional, high-end Chianti --dense yet smooth, and something I can easily envision pairing with my Sunday sauce. Another favorite was the Nero d'Avola, which drank incredibly smooth with a perfect balance of fruit and tannins. We were so impressed with their wines that we left with several bottles and a new wine club membership. The tasting room itself is bright, cool, and comfortable, complemented by a great patio, a spacious members' area, and a large function hall for events. Service throughout our visit was exceptional; the knowledgeable sommeliers expertly guided us through our five tastings. If you are a fan of Italian wines, then do plan a visit to Andreucci.

All of their wines are brought in from Italy from a family winery in Tuscany. The Andreucci family has been making wine for over two centuries. According to their history, in 1810 the quartermaster for the French Army purchased wine from the Andreucci family to serve Napoleon's troops while they were in Italy. A reproduction of the receipt issued by the French Army is shown on the label of a number of their wines. Even back then they had a reputation for making exceptional wines. The facility is small and very bright and open, with a bar for tasting and seating ares as well. It is adjacent to the Alstadt Brewery along 290 and easy to get to. Plenty of parking is available as well. We were greeted by a lovely Italian woman (Erica) who served as our sommelier. She was an energetic and vibrant person who fully described all the nuances of each of the 5 wines we tasted. While some wineries offer a pre-defined list of tasting options, Andreucci has you select 5 wines from their entire offering list. I am more of a red wine drinker (though I do also like some whites) and my wife prefers whites, so it made for a nice option to be able to select what we wanted individually. I selected the Black Label Cabernet, Montepulciano, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Grillo. My wife also chose the Chardonnay and Grillo, as well as the Donna Alma, Primitivo, and Prosecco. Erica even brought out a sample of some amazing cheese to try with the red offering. Perfecto! All the wines we tasted were very good, and we settled on purchasing a bottle of the Black Label Cabernet and one of the Grillo. They offer a wine club membership (as most all wineries do now) and offer a red club, white club, and premium club option. No membership fees. We will definitely return to this lovely location and try some additional wines next time!

At that time, there was nothing going on and nothing growing so we decided to come back around when spring was happening. So this time around, definitely more popular, more cars and people wanting to check the place out. Essentially I was expecting this to be more of a field of flowers. But, it's basically that (although there wasn't much of it yet, just some flowers to see) and garden decor, pots, gifts, wine, pickled things, plants and LOTS of wildflower seeds to plant at home. The plants, some were decently priced, most were a little pricier. Just depends on which ones. Majority of the ones we wanted were a little better price wise vs going to home depot, at least we think so! We walked around the adventure trail (since it was free) to get some steps in and have the kids burn some of their energy out while roaming around (minus my toddler, she would want to run away and fast haha so I changed my mind on that idea). The trail itself was open, spacious and a great way to get some fresh air. You can be lucky enough to catch some glimpses of some flowers that could be sprouting out even though there's not much! The shops: they had different types of store fronts, one for food/snack/pickled items alongside a small cafe where you can order beer and wine, another for more accessories, clothing and some planting items too! They had standing wine tasting area near the trail walking area if you want to walk around with some wine. Parking: so much parking, so definitely not to worry although I can image it being more difficult when the flowers really bloom in their field.

I've never left a review for anything, but I think people should be warned... if you're a white man with a beard or married to one, avoid this place. My husband and I went with some friends yesterday. My husband had never been to Fredericksburg, and I had only been once many years ago, but when I went many years ago, Six Shooters Cellars was one of the places I visited and I liked it so I wanted to show my husband and our friends. My husband doesn't drink wine, so I was excited when he decided to do the tasting with us. The lady said we could share tastings amongst the 4 of us, so our friends chose 6 and we chose 6 to share. My husband actually chose some, so when we got to the first one he chose, I said "hey this is one you chose," and this lady behind the bar said, "all white men with beards choose that one" and we were all kind of like "damn, ok" and I said, "really? Huh, I was going to choose it if he didn't" and she said yep, sorry but 99% of white men with a beard choose it because they think they're Vikings but they're not. Now, the name of the Mead was "Fate of the Gods". It did say something about Vikings under it which my husband never could've read because he didn't have his contacts in. We should've left then but we didn't. We were kind of caught off guard. Then while I and my friend were still sitting at the bar our husband's were looking at shirts they had for sale. My husband brought over a fishing shirt to show me that he wanted. My husband doesn't typically wear these kinds of shirts but he and his friend were talking about going fishing which my husband doesn't do much. They walked away to look at more and this lady behind the bar comes over to me and my friend and says, "that's the most basic bitch men's shirt" and walked away. Wow, really, what the hell??? I looked at my friend , "ok, that pushed me over the edge." My husband who was in a good mood, who likes to support the businesses we visit and like, walked back up with the shirt he was going to buy. I really didn't want to ruin his good mood, but I couldn't let him in good conscience give that woman any more money. We had already paid for the tastings before she made the last comment. We left. Obviously this white woman has something against white men with beards. I suppose one did her wrong at some point, but as a business owner, why would you take that out on your customers? Maybe see a therapist instead!! And keep your discriminating opinions to yourself. I felt terrible for having been the one who suggested we go there.
