Security lines were long but went quickly. The fair is huge! So much to see and do. All the outrageous fair food you could ask for, along with vegan food options! The information booth worker was nice and helpful. She knew exactly where the vegan food booth was and directed us right where we needed to go. I was not expecting the vegan food options at the booth to be that good. Everything was delicious, including the churro flavored vegan ice cream sandwich. Even though there was only one dedicated vegan food booth, most stands had a non-meat and/or vegetable option. If you're vegetarian, you have even more options. There were multiple aguas frescas booths, much to my delight. They were very refreshing. My little cousin did most of the riding of rides while us adults just vibed. I did get on the Ferris wheel with him though. That's when I could see just how far the fair spanned. (There are 3 Ferris wheels spread out across the fairgrounds.) Lots of people. Can be expensive if you're buying food and ride tickets for a family. Open late on weekends.

I love things like this..Amusement parks, arcades, rides etc.. So on July 29th at 3:05 pm, we entered their HUGE parking lot and parked our car very near to the Fair. Parking was $15.00 even. Which I thought was not too bad for parking. I have seen worse. Approached the Will Call window to pick up our tickets that we have purchased on line 2 weeks prior. $12.00 each. Prices are different for adults, seniors and kids. Once we got inside the Fair, my adrenaline was kicking SO bad out of excitement. My son was just standing there looking at me with a cute smile. I am more of a kid when it comes to stuff like this than he is. We decided to get a wristband for both of us. Each cost $54.00 for unlimited rides, few games and other attractions. We practically got on every ride and played few games. The place has 2 Amphitheaters. From which one was the Hanger that I did a different review on for Tom Petty's tribute. It has over 50 rides and 30 games to play. Also has little snack shops all around, but not an actual restaurant for people to sit down and have lunch/dinner.. It also has multiple restrooms inside and outside of the Fair.. Used 3 of them and were super clean with all the essentials fully stocked. Park was very clean, not too crowded and had a great vibe to it from everyone. 90% of employees were kind, sweet, and very helpful. They have a different section for Art exhibits that is really worth checking it out. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the park is open until 11pm for our convenience. We shot down the park and left 10 minutes before 11pm. I am so glad and happy that we went. If I lived close by, I would probably be there at least 3x a week. We were able to cover so much, but there was still a lot to cover/discover. Had SO much fun.... Thank you all very much, until next year...:-))))))

There were tons of Halloween decorations all over which definitely put us in a festive mood. Camp Snoopy was open to guests because the area was transformed to a Trick or Treat Trail. The trail was included with the purchase of a Junior Tasting Card. For the older guests, bags are available to purchase which allows you to collect candy along the trail with your little ones. The bags are party favor size, but at each station we got three pieces of candy such as Hershey's bars, Kit Kats, Junior Mints, Twizzlers in different colors and flavors, large Swedish Fish and Sour Patch Kids, Jolly Rancher lollipops and Hershey's Cookies and Cream bars. Our bags were more than half way filled. Guests can also walk through the trail without purchasing a treat bag and just enjoy the decorations. The entrance to Camp Snoopy is through Fiesta Village. A lot of the food and drink items were fall themed, which meant a lot of pumpkin things. We had a couple of MAD Shirley Temples, Graveyard Funnel Cake, Caramel Apple Cheesecake Trifle, Corn on the Cob, Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese, Sausage and Chicken Jambalaya, Boysenberry Beer, Boysenberry Smoothie, Pumpkin Spice Churro Sticks, Orange Creamsicle ICEE Float, Creepy Cheeseburger Slider with French Fries and Cookies and Scream Whoopie Pie. We did notice it got more crowded towards the evening and there definitely were more guests at this event than at the Taste of Knott's. Thank you for allowing families like mine to visit your theme park even without the rides being open. It was so nice just to be able to walk around and enjoy the sights!

Covid-19 review!…read more Since all my fave Halloween events are closed this year, my fiancé and I loved Knott's Taste of Fall-O-Ween to get at least SOME type of Halloween activity in! The park is fully decorated for Halloween, but unfortunately there are no rides open and no scare actors like Knott's Scary Farm. There are a few costumed cast members interacting from a distance! Parking is FREE! Tickets are date specific and currently sold out. Each attendee is scanned with a body temperature scanner prior to entering. Face coverings and social distancing is enforced. I did notice a staff member ask someone to cover their face in the park while this person was walking around. Staff members did a great job at wiping tables and surfaces. You receive a tasting card which contains your barcode to scan for 5 tastings! I thought it was pretty easy to navigate around the park and find the food stations. There are maps for assistance as well. I looked up Yelp photos and Youtube videos of the foods so I already knew what I wanted. There are a few food items that are available at more than one food station. My initial thought was that 5 tastings for each of us would leave us still hungry but BOY, WAS I WRONG! We shared our first 3 tastings (so 6 in total because we each ordered 3 different things) and we were STUFFED! The servings are fair in size! If you run out of tasting scans, you can buy items for $7. My favorites were the pastrami tater tots and open face reuben sandwich! The tater tots were so flavorful and I thought the portion was huge. You can get BOTH at "Sutter's Grill" (Letter E) in Ghost Town. Ghost Town is located to the left when you enter the park. The "Graveyard Funnel Cake" has chocolate and vanilla funnel cake, but the chocolate funnel cake portion was HARD! While I was ordering, another customer returned hers saying the whole thing was too hard to eat. We just ate around the hard chocolate funnel cake and enjoyed it! We walked through the Camp Snoopy trick-or-treating trail which was cute! Lots of photo-ops inside. The headless horseman on a real horse, actors in scarecrow costumes and snoopy were there at a distance. I noticed some recycled sets/props from Knott's Scary Farm, but nothing scary popping out so it remains kid friendly. I would definitely do this again next year!

This is such a hidden gem! It's a fun animatronic show with birds, singing statues, such classic whimsical Disney charm and it's not overly cheesy! This was SUCH a great reprieve from the 100+ degree heat this past weekend, the air conditioning was great. We sat in the back area where there's back support (lol I'm so old) and they also let you bring food and drinks in, so it's a great place to sip your drink and sit back and enjoy. It's such a great break after walking around all day at the park where you can rest your feet. The animatronics are still very impressive to me??? Such a fun experience

This nostalgic show features a cast of animatronic birds, flowers, and tiki figures that come to life through music, lights, and storytelling. While it may not have the thrills of some of the newer attractions, it's a relaxing and entertaining experience that showcases Disney's classic Imagineering. One of the biggest perks is that it's an excellent place to take a break from the sun. If you're visiting with children, need to rest your feet, or simply want a few moments in the shade and air conditioning, this is a great spot to cool down and recharge. There's also a Dole Whip stand located just outside the theater, making it easy to grab a refreshing treat before or after the show. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a piece of Disneyland history. For families and longtime Disney fans, it's well worth a visit.

Finally got to try this and it was such a great experience! You have to make reservations well in…read moreadvance, but it's definitely worth it if you're able to secure them. Essentially, you have unlimited access to this area for 4hrs and a great view for fireworks. You get an entree, specialty drink, and dessert for dinner as well as a complimentary sipper; you also get unlimited bottled/canned drinks. The cost can be pricey for some, but overall the ambiance, accessibility, and privacy was well worth it for us. We booked a reservation during Halloween time, so everything for us was Halloween themed! Here's what we ordered/got: - Drinks: blood orange slush and villain's potion - Entrees: fried pork rice bowl and pot roast Philly - Desserts: Maleficent mousse brownie and Queen of Hearts raspberry mousse - Sippers: Donald and Darth Vader The food overall wasn't bad, if anything, the drinks were the most enjoyable. The fried pork was pretty savory but the rice was a little dry. The Philly was PACKED with meat but still had a nice flavor. Both desserts were decent, the brownie was pretty fudge-y and the mousse was airy. The orange slush was sweet and the villain's potion was spicy, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The unlimited bottled/canned beverages were nice, I got quite a few water bottles for myself and cans of Sprite for my husband; the cast members even made sure we took some for the road! Additionally, unlimited hot cocoa was an option which I will definitely try next time. Unfortunately, due to the high winds that night, we were unable to watch any fireworks as they were cancelled. Regardless, we still really enjoyed our experience and would love to come back. The cast members were all very nice and accommodating, and having a private area to rest was definitely worth it. If you're a frequent park visitor and you've been curious about this for a while now, I suggest giving it a try as long as you're ok with the price; it might not be for everyone! If you're budget conscious, this is an additional thing you could do to potentially enhance your experience, but certainly not something needed when you visit the parks!

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!…read more I went on a Saturday morning and the pizza was extremely salty and honestly not enjoyable. The location was also so busy that it was nearly impossible to find an employee to speak with at the time. I ordered a medium cheese pizza + large supreme and they were both extremely salty... I called the next day to address the issue and spoke with Vicki, who told me there was nothing they could do and that I should have spoken to an employee while I was there. The problem is, when the place is extremely busy and you can't even get an employee's attention, that isn't a reasonable solution. I expected better customer service, especially when trying to address a legitimate concern. Very disappointing experience overall.

It is kind of a miniature Dave and Busters with a lot of mechanical type games, some video games, and a big carousel in the middle. We played some air hockey, skeet ball, and a few "drop the claw to grab a prize" games. One of the staff members was restocking an identical machine that we were playing next to us and he gave us a wink and said he'd leave a few items in an easy position which was nice of him. Of course we took advantage of his kindness and nabbed a few small stuffed animals. To play the games, you put cash or a credit card into the token machine and get a plastic token card to use with the various games. I just put in $20 and it was a fun way to kill 20 minutes.
