Portions were great, vibe and decorations were cute. If this place was closer to central Sac, I would have visited more frequently. We're going to miss this place so much. This is a pretty quiet spot. They have a nice set up for dine in, but we were only one of two families at the time. It seems like there were several take out orders though while we were there. My stepmom and her family introduced me to Filipino food, so I've been eating it since I was a little girl. Not a lot of places to get pancit palabok around here, so I was happy to see they have it here. I was surprised we had to order a side of rice separately to go with the lechon kawali. I've never had food from the Philippines before. My son wanted to try this restaurant. From the exterior it looks like a place you'd order at the counter, seat yourself and then grab your food when your number was called. Not at all! What a nice surprise when we walked in! The quality of food is better than any Pinoy restaurant I've tasted in the county. You can taste the freshness of ingredients and that it was not just reheated. The flavors and textures were authentic, not too runny or dry, that you could tell the chef knew authentic Pinoy cooking. The service was great. She gave us enough info on the dishes we asked about and suggested tactfully. Responded to our needs in timely manner. The ambiance was great. It was not over the top with decoration and the plates and utensils, plus the platings of food look classy. I love this restaurant and I'm hoping it lasts for many years. Having said that, I feel that they should evaluate their pricing, cuz I think that the dishes are a bit pricey. Took my family here as I've tried it in the past with some friends when they had just opened and it was delicious. This time the adobo was a salty. But good with a white rice. Was served a large serving of pancit bihon, but it was flavorless. The slice of lemon helped, but would have been nice to have more than one slice of lemon on the serving plate. The pork sisig with egg was oily, but tasty. However, we had to ask our server if it was still coming out. We were nearly done with our dinner before it came out. Egg that topped the sisig was overcooked too. The garlic rice was cooked perfect. Very cute decor inside. We came before the dinner rush and were immediately seated. We just had a party at Fiesta and we all had a great time! Cat was an amazing owner and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We had special food accommodations we needed to make (my family doesn't eat pork) and the chef modified the ingredients so everyone was able to eat. The service was great too. Our hostess, Hillary, was accomodating and for a party of 70+ was always attentive. All the workers were so nice to us and our guests. We're sure this will be the first of many events we'll have. We're already planning on using them for another catering event in the future :) read more

We had no idea this place was here since 2022! Only regret is that we wish we found them sooner! All of our dishes in the photos were super delish! Went here last saturday because its my Grandmothers birthday and she really wants some Filipino Food. It a little bit far from us but we still went here to have some lunch. The place is great but as soon as we arrived they said its an hour wait. I paused and think if it is worth it to wait that long but we drove 25mins to get here and my grandmother is really looking forward to it. The cripy pata is good, dinuguan and pinakbet which is my grandmom's favorite of all. Disappointed with sisig and pancit palabok. Not so good to be honest. We waited aroung 40mins for our order. This restaurant is nestled near the industrial area of Rancho Cordova. Easy in and easy access from the freeway. There was adequate parking. First, I want to comment on how the place, staff and service was presented. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorative, reflecting the Filipino culture. The service and staff were awesome and the waitress was very attentive and friendly. Now the food, I ordered the Buko pandon drink, it was on the sweet side but very delicious. It had pandon jello stuffed work coconut strips, very good. I also ordered the topsilog, it had the sweet pork sausages, the taste was sweet and savory at the same time, done very well. It included your choice of eggs, I chose over hard and a mountain full of garlic rice, it complimented the entire dish. When I first started coming to Fiesta Philippines, it was a special occasion restaurant. I felt the restaurant and their food were more elevated than the usual Filipino eateries in the area. However, each visit seems to become a less enjoyable experience. The food quality isn't as good as it used to be. The service which was never great in the first place has just gotten worse. On our last visit, we were celebrating a special occasion. When I arrived I gave the server my credit card and asked him not to present the bill to our table. IFYKYK what happens when Asians fight for a bill. We ordered palabok, liempo, sinigang, ginataang lanka, tokwa at baboy and halo halo. The ginataang lanka and tokwa at baboy were very flavorful and delicious. However, the palabok had no flavor. I don't believe they added any patis or chicharon because it was absolutely bland. The sinigang also lacked the usual tartness. At our previous visits, the sinigang was the highlight of our meal. This time, it was extremely disappointing. We had to keep looking for servers to inquire about the liempo, which I think they forgot about. Nobody came to our table after the food was delivered. The only reason we didn't have to ask for water refills was because they water pitchers on our table. We also had to ask 2-3 times about the halo halo. At the end of our meal, they presented the bill to our table which I grabbed and gave to the server with the reminder that I had given them my credit card already. Before we left, I asked for a receipt which didn't seem to be forthcoming. Then they told me that they charged someone else's meal on my credit card. I had to wait for them to refund the charges and correctly charge my card. We were a party of five and they automatically charged us 20% tip. Personally, I would not have given 20% because of the lack of service and the quality of the food. Before, I could overlook the service because the food was worth coming back for. One of the questions was whether or not they had any more crispy pata left and when he went to ask it took him quite a while to come back. The table they seated at us was not too big. I feel when coming to a filipino restaurant you have to do it family style and need to try several dishes. We were even told most dishes were served family style. Food: Appetizer: Lumpiang Gulay: since one of my son's is vegetarian and we don't mind the veggie lumpia's this is what we ordered. Crispy on the outside and filled substantially. They added purple yam and tofu. Served with spicy vinegar. Entrees: Crispy pata which lived up to its name. It was crispy and was delicious. Pork Sinigang: Which came hot and steamy. All the veggies you expect and broth was deliciously and just a nice amount of sour. Altho since I cook mine with pork ribs my family was pretty upset that there were just a few pieces of what look like thick pork belly. Would possibly order again just for the broth. Oxtail kare-kare: I mean when there is oxtail on the menu then you should make a point to order it. Sauce wasn't up to my boys standards. They said it tasted like it was missing something. Also, the amount of oxtails in the bowl we were served was not mathing. We paid $23 for vegetable kare-kare and a few pieces of the end of the tail. Again, my family is used to larger sized pieces of kare-kare. I reminded them that's why when I make it I spend about $50 on meat alone. Served of course with a side of bagoong. You can't have kare-kare with out! It's an injustice! Laing: My vegetarian son loves laing. He just pulls the meat aside and sets it aside for me. It was yummy and had great coconut flavor. Of course I also ordered rice for 4. That should be a given but added it to my review any way. To go dessert: Halo-halo: was served huge. It was like going to Chow King for theirs when it was king size. The boys enjoyed it. Sago: sweet and the sago was soft like well made boba. When we were done I asked if I could pay with cash. A gem hidden in the greater Sacramento area. We called ahead to ensure they were open as some of the comments said their hours werent reflected on Yelp and thankfully they were. The restaurant was decently filled with individuals and groups that had the table filled with various dishes. Thankfully everything is served family style so you can share with 2-4 people, depending on how hungry everyone is. The food was filled with traditional filipino flavors and came out pretty fast. This place was good. It was heavy on the stomach, since portions are large and family style. Similarly it was heavy on the wallet, so that's the tradeoff. Lasang Pilipino, so that's the most important thing. If you want Filipino food, it will taste Filipino. They even had cans of Royal that you can order. Wait staff was young and they were nice. If you need something, like suka or patis, you can just ask. They had atsara when I asked, and that's appreciated. I enjoyed everything we had, and will be back to try other things on the menu. The TV screens were filled with Filipino events and activities and easy tunes filled the air. The servers were friendly and easy to get a hold of. We ordered Kare-Kare (deep-fried pork knuckles with soy sauce), Lechon Kawali (fried pork belly served with gravy sauce), Pinakbet (sautéed mixed vegetables with shrimp paste and pork), Longsilog (sweet pork sausage), and white rice. We wanted sisig but they ran out by the time we arrived, so note: not all dishes are available. The dishes came out between 10-15 minutes later. Everything was ok but just not amazing, no one really had a favorite nor did they have any dislikes either. The prices were reasonable and we took home some of the leftovers. I love garlic but don't be afraid of the rice having a strong garlic taste because it doesn't. I'm not sure how they season it for flavor, but it's good! And they sprinkle some fried garlic on top. -Pancit Canton: My boyfriend ordered this because he loves chow mien. This is similar but with a twist! It's sweet and tangy with bits of pork and shrimp. Taste very light. Does have more noodles than protein. The service was good but could use some improvements. The servers were not as attentive. We ordered Tocilog, Bangus sisig and oxtail Kare-kare. Excited to try their $16 Halo-halo, well we're even more disappointed, ingredients are very minimal for the big size container they use, it's more of ice and milk topped with one scoop of ube ice cream and 2 small pieces leche flan. It's the worst Halo-halo I've tried in my life. Our waiter was nice enough to offer another one but we had to leave. Customer service was alright, wait was long, had to signal our waiter that we're ready for our order. Seems like staff are learning themselves, not sure if it's under new ownership. It had a lot of veggies and meat. I like mine super sour, but it was sour enough with my fam bam. I wasn't too impressed with the palabok. It was a bit soupy for me. I didn't taste the bicon or the halo halo, but my family said it was pretty good. The Halo Halo was super big and it can be shared. The service was slow, but they let us know that it may take about 1/2 hr to get our food. I was ok with the wait because I saw on TikTok that it was good. I've been here in several occasions and each time the food tastes slightly different. I'm not mad at it but consistency is something I expect when I frequent a location. Now If you're looking for Filipino food that reminds you of home, this is it. I really do feel like I'm at my auntie's, grandma's or cousin's house. My only gripe would be the turon with ice cream. Where to start. 1st of all Food was ok...had better but my expectations and criticism comes from my food and beverage background of over 30 yrs. Overpriced on everything and service was...ehhh...The ambiance was ok..Not sure what they're trying to look like but it's pretty decent. Spent more here than any other Filipino restaurants I've been in from Vegas,to South Cali to Seattle to Hawaii. They're Kare Kare... Oxtail?? Yea right, I ain't dumb. They swear it's oxtail but I use to be a chef and it seems like its more beef chuck or flanks and to be honest...maybe just maybe oxtail cut into 3 little pieces without fat and the meat was very hard. As far as taste...ehhh. I Gave a for their bangus, very thick and I gotta say yes to that plate. for their lumpia Shanghai cause my daughter loved it. And a 3rd for just having red horse beer. Their palabok was also eh...noodles too thick and even the ground meat, don't know what style they're cooking from but even the streets of Manila and else where in the U.S is much very tasteful. CRISPY PATA......... It's usually my favorite. Gotta say, the crunch was on point. $35 for a very slim ,mostly bones with skin and few meat was not worth buying or even ordering for catering, you'll probably get ripped off. I support the Filipino community but as far as recommendations,maybe the Sacramento Filipinos like this kind of place but to all My Vegas Peeps.... don't even try it. Las Vegas Fiesta Filipina and Fiesta Filipino which is owned by the same family is MUCH better in authenticity and flavors and all less by $10 . So if any of my Vegas peeps think Fiesta Philippines is the same, It's NOT. But up to y'all. But wouldn't come back here. Happy to try it out though but I'm just brutally honest and critical when it comes to my family's culture food. I actually make way better palabok, and actually all that I ordered...Good thing I was hungry...lol. But Good luck to this place,I suggest not cutting the oxtail in 3 to 4 PCs and to cook it longer so the meat ain't too hard. Have the mango shakes be made better and less milk or cream in a larger poco glass. Switch to thinner noodles and also try a different way of Pork sisig with less tomato sauce... read more
