I purchased a 2023 Kia Telluride from Fiesta Kia. I purchased this vehicle fully remotely as I did not reside in Indio. I signed all of my paperwork via Docusign and members of the Fiesta team delivered the vehicle to me in San Diego. I have a few major complaints: #1 - I asked for a tow hitch be installed prior to delivery. I was told no problem and even paid for the hitch itself. A few day later I received a call saying that there is a problem with the 2023 Kia Telluride's and a hitch can not be installed. At this point I had already purchased the vehicle so I am without a hitch. #2 - Since I signed my financial paperwork remotely I was sent a link where I was supposed to be able to access all of the final paperwork. I had trouble with the link and reached out to Fiesta Kia several times. I was told this would be fixed and it never was. To this day I do not have access to my final paperwork. This is completely unacceptable! #3 - I tried to take the survey about my purchase experience and when I clicked on the link it says "expired". Clearly they do not want Kia corporate to receive poor customer reviews regarding Fiesta Kia. #4 - Post sales, every single person I have spoken with is extremely rude and no sense of customer service. I asked to speak to the General Manager - I was put through to his voicemail and I never received a call back. read more

So disappointing as i really wanted to make a deal, no call backs then i finally called to speak to a manager and they had no idea about the situation . Salesman was suppose to call me the following morning with a decision /rate . Basically forgot about me. No communication from finance manager still waiting for my call back by 4:00 pm last Friday. I have been looking for a car for three weeks. It has been a dreadful experience. I had a free Sunday so I figured I would go down to fiesta Kia in Indio California. I never expected to leave having bought a car. My salesman, Randy Pellum was outstanding. He was friendly and helpful, and I never felt pressured or pushed into a sale. The price that I got on a brand new Kia Niro was much better than any other price I was quoted, and I have been searching dealerships from Los Angeles to Indio! The two general managers, Marty D, and Anthony B worked with Randy to get me the very best deal. They actually beat my Costco code discount in Los Angeles! If you are looking for a clean, professional, beautiful showroom with courteous staff- this is your place. If you are looking for a car, don't waste your time elsewhere. It has been an exhausting three week search every day, and I wish I would've started here I have bought multiple cars in my lifetime, I am in my 70s, and have never had an experience of this good. I picked it up and was going to junk it only to find out Kia has never even looked at it car..... service advisor told me differently....to make things worse my wife initially dropped off car and felt MANPLAINED and insulted....she's a senior law enforcement officer.....I doubt sister Ford dealership will be seeing their ford explorer for service in the future read more

I went in to look at a telluride. Test drove it and was very clear on our intentions and everything we were doing was contingent on what they would offer us on my trade in. I specifically said that I do not my credit ran on a couple separate occasions. We did not like what they came back with and we decided to sell my car privately to get more $ for it. We get home last night and it turns out that he ran our credit. We are LIVID. We NEVER gave permission. We NEVER gave permission to run our credit and would have NEVER because we were contingent on what they were giving us for the trade in. This is not ok. This is unacceptable. This is the WORST Kia I have ever been to and I've had my car for 4 years... was on a road trip from Anaheim to phoenix Arizona when my check engine light on and my car started violently shaking.. I stopped here to see if they were able to run the codes to see what the issue was or just look at my vehicle in general before driving another 5 hours unable to go above 40 MPH. As soon as I got out of the car to service I was in line and the employee was being very aggressive with an elderly lady ahead of me and would not give me the time of day after he was done berating her.. They were BEYOND RUDE completely unwilling to even answer any questions and stated I would have to leave my vehicle all day for it to MAYBE be looked at by 5 pm not even a guarantee knowing I do not live any where NEAR. They continued to pass me to other employees and refused to help in any manor. As a 22 year old woman 5 hours away from home with practically no vehicle you'd think the least they could do is call the Palm Springs Kia 20 minutes away to see if they had availability.. I purchased my EV9 in Ventura. Our first trip was driving to our vacation home in LaQuinta. I had problems with Kia Access and needed an extensive introduction to all of the technical features of the car. The technical adviser at Fiesta Kia, Clarissa, was an excellent teacher. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, and was very good at explaining. The dealer is fortunate to have a worker as conscientious, patient, and well versed as Clarissa. read more

I had to take the time to review this dealership so other people who may not be as fortunate as myself and my family won't fall victim to these people. Now that I have looked through previous reviewers comments it seems to be a common theme however with this particular dealership. I decided to stop by and check out the inventory on a Kia telluride as we have been discussing possibly trading in our vehicle and getting a new one. We did see one that we liked enough to discuss a possible deal with. We gave the sales gentleman some information as we were thinking of trading in our current vehicle. Now I have to say I have typically driven luxury cars prior to having my youngest daughter so I am not a stranger to a higher priced car but what happened next literally almost made me spit out my water. The guy made the show of coming back to "call the auction guys" about my current car to get the trade in price-ok. While he was doing that my husband happened to see the printout he brought of the Telluride we were looking at. Now I haven't done my research on this car which is bad on me but my husband has and the price they had come with was $75,000. Now yes. It did have custom rims. But this is a KIA!!! I almost laughed so hard I cried. Then the cherry on top is they tried to offer me 16K for my GMC Denali Acadia 2019 which is in perfect condition and KBB says trade is 21-23K. So you are basically trying to overprice the car from anywhere to about 15-20k and then offer me nothing for my trade in! Completely rude. Disrespectful. Oh and then have the audacity to illegally run my credit without asking me. Never did I consent to that nor say that was ok. Completely unethical dealership. Take your business to one of the MANY other places out there. Also funny because depending on how this deal worked out we were going to get a car for my husband there too because he needs a new car as well but not a chance on this earth would I deal with these shady people again. I bought a car at this dealership end of January, deal finally closed 10 days ago. it was not a credit problem it was the dealership who couldn't get their act together. After numerous calls and texts on my part, the deal closed. I was promised at least one free oil change for my troubles, but have never heard a word from them, and yes, once again I have tried to get ahold of them to no avail. Went in to buy a 2023 Sorento. I have a 2020 Honda Passport to trade, spotless condition, only 30,500 miles; I have a Kelly Bluebook Trade In offer of $30,865 and a Carmax offer of $28,000. Our 2nd time to the dealership, we had an appointment. After waiting for over an hour, they offered me a low ball $21,000 for my Honda. The sticker on the Sorento was $44,650 and they were asking $55,000! So they were only $20,000 out of the ballpark!! My wife has the patience of Job and she looked at me and said "I want nothing to do with these people" - my recommendation exactly. Go elsewhere... read more

Bought a used car from this dealership. Not only did they offer me a very low price for my trade in, but the car apparently had all the engine codes reset before our test drive. Next day we have a completely useless car. Towed in, and the dealership has had it for 3 weeks now. The service manager says they have had trouble getting the parts. No idea how much they are going to charge for the 'repairs' and no idea if they will be worth the time. read more

Save yourself a ton of money and go to AutoZone! I went to this Kia dealership place on Monday morning when they opened, the guy with the man bun told me I would have to leave my car most of the day and it would be over $200 just for the diagnostic, even though I told him that there was a indicator light on, and he wasn't able to tell me what that meant, but he had no trouble telling me I was gonna be overcharged and inconvenienced in a very rude way. What good are the indicator lamps if they're still going to overcharge you for Diagnostics? For the same amount of money as the diagnostic I got a new battery & my car is working fine. These guys really need a lesson in Customer Service. They could be more pleasant, instead all 3 associates were just giving dirty looks. why can't dealerships just be cool with people? they all seem so unhappy. read more

This review is for the Fiesta Kia Service Dept - not the Sales Division. My husband and I purchased a new car at Fiesta Kia and immediately noticed a substantial problem with the windshield. Neither our sales rep Jesus nor the Sales Manager would respond to us regarding a repair to the damaged windshield on our new car. After writing a bad Yelp review and reaching out to Kia Corporation I was contacted by a Kia rep and told to call Anthony in the Fiesta Kia Service Dept. Anthony immediately took care of getting us a new windshield and having it installed. The service department staff were all friendly and courteous to us. Anthony is an outstanding service person and the reason for this 5 Star review. Hopefully the people in charge of sales will get their sales people re-trained in customer service and honest representation. read more

Bought a used Ford 500 from them. First off, it was on their website but at a different dealer. It took them an hour to retrieve it. I should have left. Car was pristine, drove really nice, good price. So we sat down to work the finance. They left us cooling for 2 hours. I should have left. The deal they came back with was terrible, over 3x what they had advertised. So I got a loan from my credit union. They left us sitting for an hour. Finally signed the papers, which showed the financing I had asked for but was told was impossible. Whatever, we drove home. Next day was chore day, but i did drop off the payment for the car. Day after we went for lunch and the car stalled, luckily we werent on a busy street. In to firestone for diagnostic. Car shows 4 transmission codes. I was sold an unsafe car! With a 4 yr old in the backseat no less! Called Kia, they told me take it to Ford. Ford told me it's a used car, take it to their outside service. Outside service doesn't do transmissions, take it to Ford. Finally got rerouted to Jorge at Kia service. We towed the car in. For a week now I've been calling. No answer and mail box is full. And the kicker? The finance guy I paid apparently told me the wrong amount so they want me to pay an additional $1000. No car, i still have a car payment due, and they want more money. I'd give them negative stars if I could. read more
