I leased a Niro in Cerritos for cousins who live in Blythe. It developed an occasional, odd noise that sounded like a boat horn, occurring when accelerator pressed and the car started moving. We set appt at Fiesta, cousin's husband drove the 100 miles, we described the problem, told by clerk (Raul Gonzales) that he'd never heard of such a thing and could not imagine what we were talking about. He also emphatically, loudly repeatedly said we should be taking the car back to dealer in Cerritos (about 215 miles) although car was less than a year old, under warranty! Whenever we tried to explain problem and demonstrate the noise, Gonzales kept interrupting, raising voice to reassert that he had never heard of this issue, we should go to where we bought car, perhaps we were hearing the wind, etc. Finally after we kept politely insisting something was wrong, imitating the sound again, he became even more annoyed but impatiently agreed to investigate, so we left the car and went back to Blythe due to family's obligations. When we returned, he claimed car was test driven, no noise (which could be - it didn't do it constantly). We again mimicked the sound, tried to explain, but he again raised his voice, kept interrupting, said he had never heard of such a thing, nothing more could be done, inferred that we were making it up or confused. Eventually I asked to speak with manager; Alex, manager, was polite but also claimed he had never heard of such a problem and did not know how it could be possible. While we were talking, my cousin (she stayed home with baby) called us with recording of exact sound from a web site about Niros. We began to play the boat horn sound and LITERALLY WITHIN 2-3 SECONDS Alex announced that it was the calipers and rotors in left rear wheel, that they had a Niro in the shop that day with exact same sound and problem!!! Gonzales nodded in agreement! No apologies, although Gonzales was finally quiet and stopped interrupting. Alex instructed Gonzales to order the kit that was needed to fix problem (so they - and Kia - were so familiar with this issue that they had a kit!), Gonzales indicated he knew what was needed. They both apparently knew all along what had to be done but resisted, perhaps because it would cost dealership $$ since it was a warranty issue. They both seemed to be lying when they claimed they had no idea what we were talking about, and Gonzales especially so when he kept loudly interrupting us that he had never heard of such a sound, that it might be the weather, etc. Rather than point out their apparent duplicity, we arranged for repair which eventually took place about 2 weeks later. The repair was evidently correctly done as no noise since then, a credit to the repair crew, NOT to Gonzales or Alex. Be careful with this apparent charlatan, rude Gonzales - he seemingly will do anything to avoid honoring the warranty while being loudly disrespectful to and interrupting of customers, inferring that we were making it up! read more

Service here is always excellent - also got a free multi-point inspection, car is washed and they even found an additional recall I didn't know was needed. It's taken me so long to come to terms with how awful they treated me until I went for service today and saw the finance guy bald head (Anthony?) Yapping about his messy personal life at the service area. Which is just what he did when I was trying to buy my car. I "thought" I purchased my car in April 21 and traded my old car only to not have the new car financed until the end of may and my old car not paid off till after that. I was driving around my new Kia but wasn't financed on it and they had my old car not paid for but listed online as well as at the dealership for sale. I was the only one reaching out asking about what was going on with the financing. I was nicer then I needed to be only to have Anthony (? Bald head) not respond and then Billy as well not get it handled. I might have gotten over the fact that they couldn't get me the original interest rate they made the deal for if they had actually been in touch with me. They also gave me less for my trade but of course acted like they were giving me a deal lol But the topper is I now have 2 30 day lates on my credit from my old car from them not paying it off on time. Avoid This Dealership at All Costs! I wish I could give this dealership zero stars. I bought a car here, and it has been nothing but a nightmare since the day I drove it off the lot. They sold me a lemon that started having issues almost immediately. The check engine light came on within the first week, and when I brought it back, they brushed me off and refused to take responsibility. Every time l've contacted them, they've been rude and dismissive, making it clear they don't care about their customers once the sale is complete. With that said I guess they thought we would just leave the car thinking that quote was okay. Whomever owns this places is clearly ripping the heck out of people. Seniors live close by and that is not cool! Call around to other places who are the same as you know it to be (one flat rate). One charge for the diagnostic regardless of what the issues are on the vehicle. You would have to connect with us a little earlier to catch us off guard like that. Update: Fiesta Kia responds with the same tired response to all negative reviews. What they still don't do is advertise the correct price. If you want a honest Kia dealership go to San Bernardino Kia dealership. I brought a Kia Forte from them at the advertised price, no bait-n-switch. Its worth the 60 mile drive. You will save at least $4,000, I did. Bait-n-switch dealership. They advertise the prices on the web, you go to the dealership and every car on the lot cost between $3,777 to $4,600 more than advertised. I asked the salesman what's up, his response was, we are just trying to make a little money. That little money is $200 for nitrogen in the tires, $300 for mudguards that cost $60.95 on the Kia store website, floor mats for $400, a wax job for $1000 to $1400, etc. Most dealers will offer you that while you're with the finance person. Fiesta Kia puts that on all their cars and you have no option but to buy it. Other Kia dealerships in the area disclose that information when you click on the details of the pricing. Not Fiesta Kia, they prefer the bait-n-switch method. read more

I purchased a 2024 Sportage plug in, mat black color. When we got home we noticed a large scratch on the passenger door. I notified the salesman immediately and was told to bring the car back, I was asked if I could live with it and was offered oil changes in the future, I declined and said I wanted it repaired. They had the car for over 2 weeks and we were then informed that the color couldn't be matched and they wouldn't repaint the entire car, I was then offered more oil changes, tickets to local events and a restaurant gift card, I declined. I was to have a meeting with the General manager and showed up to speak to him, I was met by our salesman who said they agreed to swap out the car for another color and gave me two options, I chose one of them but the GM did not attend the conversation. I was told they would have to basically buyback my first car and then go through the process of purchasing the new car. I asked if we could take care of this the next day which worked for them as well. I came back the next day with an appointed time and had to wait 4 hours for the paperwork to be processed. They had everything they needed and I should never have waited for that length of time. I was pretty upset and I asked for some type of compensation, which I was promised but when I called Anthony, a manager, I was completely ignored. I dealt with Jimmy Reyes, finance to complete the purchase of the second car and he was the shining star in this whole mess! I didn't receive my license plates and due to a mistake on the dealerships part they needed to process the registration again. I received a check from Kia stating over payment for $57.79, I deposited it and then Kia didn't honor the check. I refinanced my car through my Credit Union and they paid off my Kia car loan, but Kia shows I'm behind on 3 payments and now is harassing me through phone calls but hang up when I answer. But the Kia website also shows the car is paid off. My credit is being dinged, my car can be repossessed and I haven't heard one word from the GM or the owners. Jimmy Reyes is the only one who is trying to take care of this but I know his hands are tied. He was successful for getting me the dinner owed. I guess my next move is to get an attorney and to get rid of this car...I'm ashamed it says Fiesta Kia on the back of the car. read more

Buyer beware bait and switch. Plus, straight up lies? You decide. I contacted this dealership about a Sportage they had advertised on their website, a vehicle I had been eyeing for several weeks as Indio was over two hours drive and I was hoping to find something closer to home. When I did finally contact them about negotiating a deal remotely, they began inquiring about my down payment and monthly payment, and after I laid out an initial offer I thought was very reasonable, they informed me they could not legally sell me this vehicle as there was an open recall for it. But.... "Is there another one you might be interested in that's on our website?" The person I was communicating with introduced themselves as Bobby Miranda, Sales Manager. Keep in mind that based on this particular vehicle's Carfax report it had been offered for sale starting two and a half months prior, and another car search engine had it listed on the market for 93 days at the point I contacted them. So for at least two and half months they had been advertising a vehicle for sale, that in their own words, "...legally cannot sell a vehicle [the Sportage] with an open recall and there is no fix for it yet." What I found most suspect however, was that I CHECKED for recalls on this vehicle -- something very easy to do -- and found there were none. The CARFAX report itself states "No Recalls Reported." And in addition I checked the VIN against the official Kia recalls page as well as the NHTSA site and both reported NO RECALLS for this vehicle. Also, it would not have been manufacture certified two and half months prior had their been an unresolved recall issue. Based on this research, it appears this dealership likes to advertise high demand vehicles they can't or won't sell, or may not even have in stock, in order to reel in buyers and try to sell them other inventory. I am curious, is it legal to advertise a vehicle you cannot legally sell, or is that just unethical? Either way, this dealership seems pretty shady, and I have fully documented all of the above information as I am considering whether this situation merits a complaint with the BBB. I then tell them, "I love the car, but I overpaid due to the side deal nonsense. However, they decided in the end to let me walk. They know I overpaid for the car. They know they sold it unethically. However, returning a 39,000 demo car was more important in the end than saving face and giving me the deal I should have received in the first place. KMIR 6 would love this story. However, I'm not going to tell the dirty little details since in the end they did return me my money back and definitely did not have to. Just curious, would you rather take back a 39,000 return and have an unhappy customer or a 3000 return and have a happy customer? As a retail sales GM, I have had to wheel and deal in the most ridiculous discounts due to our lovely visitors from the north. It is mind-blowing to me if anyone is paying sticker prices here in this valley. I did my research. I overpaid quite a bit for the car, my mistake, but I was in a unique situation, and they took advantage of it in an unethical way. I only wish I could have spoken to the man in charge, but obviously, I was not worthy of his time. Being dealt with in the third person is the most offensive. Telling me their owners are involved due to my next door post. I'm sure if that was the case, 3000 off an overpriced demo, with a defect on the panel, not to mention how they got me to sign the papers in the most unethical way. I'm sure any owner would have said to take care of it. Slam Dunk, you always please an upset customer who is blasting away on social media, calling her lawyer, wanting to tell the entire world how you did her dirty. BAD BUSINESS! KIA Fiesta has left a bad taste in my mouth. Just yesterday evening my dad shows up to test drive a vehicle that he's interested in and upon arriving, a sales manager by the name of James was there to assist him. Once they arrive back to the dealership my dad noticed an odd sound coming within the engine bay as well as inside the vehicle (Keep in mind my dad's a certified mechanic so he knows a thing or two) James assured him that it will be looked into the next day by a certified mechanic before making a deal. It couldn't be looked into right there and then since my dad arrived at almost closing hours. Soon after, I had received a text message from James where at that point we stayed in touch and even set a time and date. We talked about the vehicle and the potential issues it may have as well as financing options. The next day, i texted him early to confirm that I could go in a lot sooner then originally scheduled and assured he would be waiting for me. Upon arriving, I shake his hand and introduce myself. He acknowledges me and has me briefly wait as he retrieves the keys. Things go down hill from this point on. He is then stopped by his co worker and is told by him that the vehicle was SOLD. Even James looked at him shocked and as you can guess I was really disappointed. James checks in with this other managers in the office to confirm. Sure enough he comes back and he apologizes and that the vehicle was indeed gone despite it still being on the lot. Now remember, this is coming from a Manager that tells me he only handles the numbers side of deals. So you figure he still has some if not more experience in sales. So I expected a lot more from James. Either way I was very disappointed. He mentioned that that the vehicle was purchased via wire money and was getting ready to be shipped. Despite texting that entire morning you think he would have given me a courteous call letting me know that the vehicle was already sold. So overall, there was no transparency, communication and goes to prove that James and KIA fiesta does not value their customers. They figured it'd be easier to take the cash then to help a customer finance. James could have handled this a lot more smoother and should've been honest instead of telling me he was attending a meeting that entire morning. Either he had simply forgotten about my appointment date or KIA Fiesta just didn't care to do business with me because I wanted to fiance. I didn't even get the option to put a deposit down to secure the vehicle from the beginning. I just showed up and they tell me sorry it's gone. I won't be doing business with Kia fiesta after this experience and for those who are just be careful with the lack of communication and dishonesty. read more

Watch out for the scammers at this dealership, I went in and asked them what they would offer me for a trade in on my car and they offered $10,000 less than what I can get on CarMax. I told the sales guy that before we do anything I need to know what they can offer me before I commit to anything, he said we will not do anything, that was a lie. He went and stood around for almost an hour between the 2 times he came to see me, and, in the meantime, they ran my credit even though I told the salesperson not to do anything and then he proceeds to tell me that I signed the paper and he never said anything about not running my credit. My family and I have purchased multiple cars from this location. The sales team here is nothing more than inconsiderate, rude, and almost behave like they are trying to scam you. It's honestly disgusting and disheartening. I really enjoyed driving KIA, they make great cars and if you do your homework you can get a lot of bang for your buck. The sales team here continuously doesn't listen, they don't care about your needs, they want you to pick one car, talk about it for 2 mins run your credit and get you out the door. It's honestly insane. This dealership drove me out of my KIA and into a Hyundai. If you own a Kia, definitely go to the service department tho. They get it done quickly, they're honest and they even clean it like showroom ready for you. They're incredible, each service advisor is, not just one, they all are. It's a shame I can't give them a separate review but I will on my customer service email they sent me which inspired me to Leave one on yelp. If there was a separate yelp for them they would get a 5 for sure. Their customer lounge is awesome too. Free coffee and WiFi. I had no problem working remote from there. Don't buy a car here. I really would've thought this dealer would have done the right thing and been truthful from the start. This review is for the service department, since I have no experience with purchasing a vehicle at this location. I would very much recommend going here for service. For starters, I was able to get a same-day appointment on a Saturday, which was great (and unexpected). Jorge did a great job welcoming me and keeping me informed as to recommendations and the status of my vehicle every step of the way. The waiting area is nice and there's a big glass window looking out to the garage where you can see what's going on with your car in most cases. He was also able to handle my fuel reimbursement without any issues (my model was part of a program a few years ago where the mileage was overstated.... so I go to the dealer and get my mileage verified and get a refund). And having the AC on was a nice touch in the end when getting my car back. If you are in the Palm Springs area, I would make the extra drive out to this Indio location (really it's more like Palm Desert) instead of the PS Kia - I have had horrible experiences there in the past and am so happy that there is now a much better alternative. read more

It's if you need a car to be transferred from another dealer they will be able to mislead you on the actual price of the car you're going to purchase. I had many issues with my car purchase. My salesman, the finance department.... as well as I never got a call back from the general manager when I requested one. I'm hopeful the service department will be better! I did purchase my car from Fiesta. Unfortunately it was NOT easy or pleasant. I do love my new 2024 Sportage and I believe Kia makes a quality car. It's sad when you buy a new car and you're not speaking to anyone that was involved with the purchase.This is due to all the misrepresentation and errors that were made at the time of my purchase. No five star ratings here they go out of their way to RIP you off in service. To tell people you have to pay a separate charge to diagnose every issue at $200 each is called "We Will Rip You Off". Believe in reviews, tell the people you know, to tell the people they know not to trust this place. Call around and notice the price difference and hear the truth. They are crazy here. Owners, managers, why don't you address what the prices really are PER ITEM to have a car diagnosed there. ADDRESS IT PUBLICLY don't ask people to call you for a side conversation. I will not take my car to any other KIA dealer....I was told by a friend that Fiesta Kia was the best one to goto and after reading the reviews of the ones closer to me ....I thought well its a bit of a drive but I will give it a try.....Well, I will continue to make the drive because Fiesta Kia is on their game....The guy named George that helped navagate all things Kia service was honest and straight forward... He kept me updated and didnt seem putout by all my questions and even checked back with me after I got my car back to make sure everything was still going well after the service.... It was well worth the drive for top notch Customer service.....I'll be back...Thank you read more
