Everything from booking to the end of the party was seamless They have party packages where everything is included minus the cake for a smooth, stress free, beautiful party! EVERYONE was so amazed at how beautiful everything was, the decorations! Blanca is the most amazing owner! You can tell she loves what she does and wants you to have the most amazing experience she is on top of everything, doesn't miss a beat! We signed the contract with Marisol and she is also amazing! Asks you everything you want and expect and she makes it happen! I was expecting less as it is an all included package, which A LOT of event venues in San Diego county don't have! They went above and beyond my expectations! Even seeing the venue semi decorated throughout our appointments, did not prepare me for what they had in store for us! My daughter was not 100% sure on her initial choice for decorations and Marisol made sure to set us up for a second appointment so she can be certain she would not regret her initial decision! Marisol listened to my daughter, every single thing she said she would help her make it happen and Jackie was also very sweet and attentive letting her know she could switch the decoration choices as many times as she needed so she can be 100% sure of her decision of table set up. Not once did either of them seem bothered, they both were so calm and relaxed doing what my daughter was asking. We also had an assistant helping us throughout the night, Mario! He had our backs, which helped me so much to not be stressed throughout the whole event! From my 8 year old daughter asking her if she needed anything, food, snacks, water, a drink. Helping me have glow sticks, light up head bands, light up glasses ready for the guests to just start partying. Ensuring my 15 year old (party girl), my 20 year old and my husband had exactly what they needed at all times. He was so efficient, had so much attention to detail helping me get goodies prepared for my daughter to pass around. Mario was truly the person that with the rest of the team made everything a dream come true and so stress free! Thank you Blanca, Marisol, Mario, and Jackie for making my daughter's Dream Quinceañera come to life! I am beyond happy and blessed to have chosen this event space for her quinceañera. We had Sonora barbacoa, chicken poblano our family wouldn't stop telling us how delicious their plate where and how all the servers were so polite & attentive. I had my daughter's XV on August 9. My experience was great from the beginning to end. Marisol is amazing !Personnel is very professional, attentive and super nice. My daughter's day was perfect. Everyone loved the music, DJ was great. Food was delicious. Nice large hall great for events and parties. I got to take some pictures at an event a week ago and it was beautifully decorated inside. Blanca and the staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The dance floor lights up and there is a large video monitor so you can see what is going on from your seat if it is being televised. My family & I had (2) weeks to prepare for our grandmother's service for 310 family and friends. Marisol was amazing, she was incredibly helpful down to the smallest detail & very compassionate. I had to gather my thoughts before posting on Yelp. We had our daughters XV in October. Initially things went well Marisol (Asst. to owner) was very communicative and responsive to my questions prior to booking. Once I booked the communication was VERY poor. I finally had to talk the owner, Blanca and she assured me that she will communicate with me better than Marisol. That made me feel better. I payed off our event within 6 months of booking. Which made me feel that we were left to fend for ourselves. When the date got closer it was me calling and asking when am I supposed to meet the DJ? When am I having food tasting? When do you need a final head count? Neither Blanca nor Marisol set up a meeting with final details. If anything they were surprised that I hadn't done any of the above. As if I was supposed to set up these details. Part of getting a package deal with venue is to not stress on all details. And for my daughters XV I had nothing but stress. Which could have been eliminated if there was better communication. The day of the event I will say the DJ can't remember his name was amazing! He helped more of a coordinator than Blanca. Who was there "helping" but really didn't help. She kept changing my whole time line. Because of her my daughter didn't do her grand entrance with the song she chose. As far as food and drinks... I will say dinner was delicious. My guest enjoyed that it was hot and the taste was good. That's a plus. I was disappointed that my guest didn't have water offered to their arriving. They were sitting there with no one passing out water. The bar wasn't "open" because according to Blanca my contract stated that bar opens after dinner. Which wasn't true. Thankfully I had her pull up my contract to confirm that it wasn't true. With that being said they did open the bar but passed out MY BEER. That I brought. Not the beer they were supposed to provide. I'm assuming the bartender didn't appreciate me opening the bar early because he looked annoyed the whole night. I will say my guest were tipping so I don't know what his problem was. Which I learned that some of my guest payed him off before dinner to give them hard alcohol. Tostiloco bar was a hit! Which was good. The cake never got cut. Which was very very disappointing. Overall Blanca does a good job making things pretty. I will say she likes to do things her way. She may try to sway you to do things the way she feels is best. Just remember this is your event and it's what you want. The paying costumer. We are having another XV in Two years. And sadly we will not return to this hall. Just because of the over all experience. My event wasn't cheap, and for the price that we payed I expected a better experience. read more

Walked in for a quote on wedding equipment. As I entered the doorway I was stared down like I was there to rob the place. I was given dirty looks and the worst face I've ever seen. Customer service here is very poor. The attitude is absolutely unacceptable. I'm the groom. I am paying the bill and I was treated like I was there to clean the bathrooms. My fiancé was informed that if they didn't involve themselves in everything they wouldn't help us in anything. Excellent way to scare off future business. Good luck to you folks. Buyer beware. This hall was rented by Lifespan screening for health screenings. I went to obtain a health screening there, I used their restroom , but there was not any hand soap left, empty bottle. I asked the girl in the Fiesta hall office if could get me some soap, she stated they didn't have any . The nurses let me use their hand sanitizer. How irresponsible of Fiesta hall to not have soap in their bathroom, especially with this pandemic. Also this hall is decorated so tacky and gawdy!!!! I don't usually take the time to rate places or express my discontents with a a business but this time I am. The venue in itself is beautiful and I would use this place again. However, a few things I learned after my event was over. When hosting a big event such as a Quinceañera take the time to go over every single detail with Blanca and Marisol who are the persons who will be helping you. Make things clear and make sure everyone is on the same page, otherwise things don't go as smoothly as you would hope for. We had an issue with the food, we ordered pizza for the "kids" and ordered extra food from the venue itself to make sure we had enough food for our guests- which we did. The kitchen took it upon themselves to serve pizza to all the young adults instead of asking us if they should serve them an adult plate or the pizza we ordered for the kids. I had no idea they were served pizza instead of the chicken dinner. I'm disappointed knowing this happened after the fact because that was not what we had planned for and we ordered extra food $30 a plate (x40) our guest (young adults) should have been served an adult plate. We had plenty of food, and we didn't use it all, it was never offered to take it home. They just kept it. Communication with the staff is highly important and we didn't have the opportunity to meet with them until the day of at the event. Which at that time you are extremely busy greeting your guest. I would recommend to request meeting with them all staff prior to your event to communicate what the plan is. Bar tender, Security, Captain of waiters, DJ, etc... Another thing we learned that nobody told us was ordering the smoke machine service we paid an additional $250 for that service. Safe your $ and don't order this, the smoke ruins your photos and video, thankfully our videographer warned us and we opted not to use it last minute but unfortunately we din't get our $ back. They will upsell you everything and everything is extra $ so be sure to know if you really need it. read more

We had our daughters quinceañera at this venue on 9/3/2021. The owner Blanca, her son Mario and the main person in the office Marisol were all great. Everyone was so helpful in answering questions and helping us find solutions. The night of the event everything went perfect. On September 17th, we celebrated our wedding. They day of our wedding, all the staff were supper helpful, trying to make sure we were taken care off. All of our guest were delighted with the food, music and drinks. Blanca helped us coordinate and maintain our schedule. Every event there's always hiccups by the staff and Blanca were always attentive to any issues that could've possibly come up, and sort them out right away. This was the most organize staffed that I've dealt with.My main priority was to make sure that my wife was taking care, since it was our 5th year anniversary on our wedding day, so making sure she was happy and that everything was running as smooth as possible. The venue had everything in place the music was on point and even when we were doing our first dance as husband and wife the sparkles were phenomenal. I truly recommend this venue. We had blast. I called the office and told me that the Corporation would be handling my case. I haven't heard anything yet. parking is TERRIBLE. dj didn't play any of the music we asked him to play. my package included pizza and pasta for kids, the pizza i had to buy and the pasta was no where to be seen. they also told me i had to run to the 99 cents store to buy plates for the pizza even thou i was told that would be taken care of. bathrooms need an upgrade,book keepig on their end is a mess. if youre making payments, make sure you keep records of every single one. lighting, decoration, center pieces are great. inside is huge but parking really does not reflect that read more

My sisters sweet 16 was May 10th her theme was red and gold, decorations were amazing dance floor was amazing candy table was worth it. the reason im giving 2 stars was before my sisters grand entrance on the dance floor was a MOUSE!!! everyone saw it!!! it was disgusting and gross we were all shocked that a place so elegant could be this careless and tell me that because of the building being tore down and the ditch in the back there's rodents coming in, uhm excuse me your building has been there for how many years and so has the ditch? The Lady that was suppose to overlook the night was BLANCA more than 1 person came up to her telling her to catch the rodent that it was gross since we haven't even gotten our food. After being notified she disappeared and she had the main waiter worry about us? what kind of owner makes someone else in charge of the party, her excuse was that she wasnt dressed for the occasion, im sorry? but if you know you are going to be hosting a party you dress up for it right? but forget that at the moment you would think who cares what your wearing theres a fu$%ing MOUSE in the building. so the whole night my mother is telling everyone to calm down and relax just to enjoy the night, so it passes at the very end once everything is done, the owner doesnt come out of her office to APOLOGIZE or anything, so now my sisters sweet 16 memories will include a MOUSE. This place looks like crap from outside and isnt in the best location but once you go inside your jaw will drop. I have been here twice, once for a 15 year old party (Quincinera) and the other for a wedding. It was beautiful and very big inside. The food was good and the staff was professional. It was really amazing all the detail and hard work that was put into this place. I hear its expensive , at least 10K. I dont think I would pay that much for the location but for some people it might be worth is since it comes with everything!! Regardless its very classy and beautiful inside. My cousin had her sweet 16 here. The reason for my 1 star is that there was a rat and roaches . My family paid a lot to make this day amazing and perfect for my cousin, just to have it ruined . All everyone was talking about is this rat. I couldn't even sit comfortable and eat my dinner , all I kept thinking is this rat crawling around . Then to make matters worse the manager didn't even help in any way . They didn't offer no type of reimbursement or anything. My sisters sweet 16 was May 10th her theme was red and gold, decorations were amazing dance floor was amazing candy table was worth it. the reason im giving 1 stars was before my sisters grand entrance on the dance floor was a MOUSE!!! everyone saw it!!! it was disgusting and gross we were all shocked that a place so elegant could be this careless and tell me that because of the building being tore down and the ditch in the back there's rodents coming in, uhm excuse me your building has been there for how many years and so has the ditch? The Lady that was suppose to overlook the night was BLANCA more than 1 person came up to her telling her to catch the rodent that it was gross since we haven't even gotten our food. After being notified she disappeared and she had the main waiter worry about us? what kind of owner makes someone else in charge of the party, her excuse was that she wasnt dressed for the occasion, im sorry? but if you know you are going to be hosting a party you dress up for it right? but forget that at the moment you would think who cares what your wearing theres a fu$%ing MOUSE in the building. so the whole night my mother is telling everyone to calm down and relax just to enjoy the night, so it passes at the very end once everything is done, the owner doesnt come out of her office to APOLOGIZE or anything, so now my sisters sweet 16 memories will include a MOUSE. I wait the weekend and text Marisol how horrible was the experience and she calls me back confused because she doesnt know of anything that happened??? how is it that the owner doesnt notify the staff of things like this?. i call her and speak to BLANCA and let her know that it was very unprofessional of her leaving and having us to deal with their mess. guess what she said " im sorry that i didnt reach out to you and apologize right away, its just we usually call everyone on Monday so all of the parties have past" are you kidding me if this has never happened in your salon/venue wouldnt you as a business owner reach out to your clients and make sure how they are doing?? we didnt ask for money back or anything, her way to make it up to us was asking for our photographers number so she could ask for a picture and pay to blow it up and give it to my sister ... really $60?? i can do that myself... not even hey if you want to do another party we can give you a discount? or maybe heres your $1000 deposit back...? we paid $9000 plus $300 extra for a dance floor plus $500 for a photo booth ... I am a Hairdresser i run my own business, and if i have an unsatisfied client i do everything in my power to correct it. im guessing BLANCA isint a professional owner. so a week or two pass and one of our family member reaches out notifying me of some inappropriate comments made by the staff, this family members friend is doing her daughters 15 in the same place, she tells her to tell them to do some rodent extermination because of the MOUSE she notifies them of it and they had the audacity to say whoever told you that must've been drunk!!! SERIOUSLY thats what pushed me to write this review how can you be so unprofessional and rude !!! and to think i wanted to give this place a second chance and throw my mother her 50th birthday party, ha guess not. read more

I've had my 3 daughter's Quinceañeras at this beautiful hall! They were all different themes and they were breathtakingly beautiful! The owner prides herself in her work and it shows! I was surprised of the recent negative review. This person is obviously one that planned to go through with the event and premeditated a false accusation to get reimbursed. How tacky is that! What a way to show how much your daughter is worth! Goes to show how there are classy people in this world and classless ones too. To Fiesta Hall, keep on doing what you're doing! read more

This is the 4th Time having our events at Fiesta Hall, yes it's a little Expansive but every Penny is Worth, they have one of the best DJ , Fiesta Latina that has the best music and very professional. Blanca and Marisol help us with other vender's like the Limo and Cake, they are very flexible and help you thru all you event. We had a reception for 350 and and only 320 show up, all the food that was left over it was put in containers for us to take home. The best part is that you don't have to worry about anything, we had a crew of 20 helping us that date, just enjoy the party. We will book again vary soon. read more

Hired Jorge through Fiesta Hall for my daughter's sweet 16. It's been 2 years and I have received the photos, video or album that has already been paid in full before the event. Oh! And he kept the original photos of my daughter of her growing up that was given to him for the slideshow. He doesn't return phone calls, voicemails or text messages....doesn't acknowledge messages what so ever. When you bother him enough he replies and gives the run around and has the nerve to ask for more time. I filed a complaint on BBB website under Fiesta Hall since he was contracted under them. read more

Mediocre service & hall all in 1. The waiters at my cousins 15 were horrible & did when asked for something they did it whenever they wanted & seemed to give attitude for it. They told my dad to take his hat off too, out of everyone in the hall, they singled him out. read more
