After calling around, Area Jumpers stood out immediately for their value. We rented both a jumper and a cotton candy machine, and the entire process was easy from start to finish. Delivery was prompt, setup was fast, and everything arrived clean and well maintained. The jumper looked great, and the cotton candy machine was spotless and worked perfectly. The best surprise was the cotton candy package itself. It included the sugar floss and cones needed for the event. As someone who had already mentally prepared to end up with five pounds of leftover sugar and 500 cones from Amazon, this was a welcome discovery. The kids loved it, the adults appreciated how smoothly everything ran, and I appreciated not having to spend the morning troubleshooting equipment or making emergency party-supply purchases. One small note for future customers: the remaining balance was requested via cash or Venmo at delivery. I wasn't expecting that, so it would have been helpful to know upfront. It wasn't a problem, but it's worth being prepared so you're not scrambling for payment at the last minute. Overall, great value, clean equipment, reliable service, and a very smooth experience. Philip was working hard because those sweats don't lie, lol. Used 2 outlets for the jumper, so be sure to have outlets available. And that they do not connect to each other, so the electricity would not shut off because of too much power. Kenji came to pick up with Philip around 8-9pm on Sunday. Which was perfect because by then everyone would of left and got ready for school the next day (today). They came, picked up, and left. Fast, efficient and professional. During the week I felt nervous (only because I've heard so many bounce house rental horror stories about other companies no-showing) and Tony was communicative by text to confirm our reservation. Tony delivered the obstacle course several hours before the party started so we weren't stressed. He was so friendly and kind and really cared about the kids having fun. He gave us lots of suggestions about the best place to set up the equipment, how to make it a water slide if the kids got hot, etc. He then spent about an hour at hour house cleaning and adjusting the bounce course so it was perfect. The next morning he arrived right on time to take it away. All that, plus his prices were hundreds of dollars less than other companies we talked to. There were a few tape patches on the bounce house, but we didn't care about that and neither did the kiddos. It worked perfectly and held up to a dozen teenagers crashing around on it all night. Tony was the hero of our kid's birthday party :-)
