It's a bit culturally sanitized and less authentically Mexican than some large Latino grocery stores in larger cities. It's okay. Not great. I would have gone to three stars, but this is kind of the only place in town. Quality is good on some things and very poor on others. Even within departments, you can see this. It's clearly visible in the meat and seafood departments. But what this is is a large Latino (mostly Mexican) focused grocery store. It has more Mexican specialty items under one roof than any other place in WA that I can think of. And, for that, I am a fan. I just wish they would open a couple of these in the Seattle area.

I'm a little bit upset that I've never been to fiesta foods before today. The spot has got some wonderful stuff going on! Upon walking in, I noticed how lovely the place smelled. It was like walking into a Mexican restaurant and bakery - which it basically is as well as a grocery store. Along the east wall and the Southwall are where the magic truly happens. This is the locations of the deli and the meat counter respectively. The deli is serving up some awesome Mexican food including some spectacular tamales. If it's relatively inexpensive and it's ready to go for you when you're there. The meat counter here was very impressive! They had less common stuff like tripe and beef feet, all the way up to carne al pastor and asada. The price is really good as well! Whilst at the deli counter buying tamales for lunch the tent in front of me ordered a drink I hadn't seen before and recommended it - straight up the champurrado was magic! It was like a thick Mexican hot chocolate or a warm Horchata. Deliciously creamy and worth trying! The produce section with solid as well. The aisle shopping was by no means sparse, but was definitely smaller than that of somewhere like Safeway. Everybody here was super friendly and to boot they had about 20 different types of hot sauce, as well as homemade salsa available in bulk! Will definitely be back and we will definitely be hungry when we go!

Huge clean grocery store with a heavy focus on ethnic foods. Bought a big walla walla onion, some jalapenos, limes, tamalies & pastries. Hubby got 2 tamales from the deli to eat and they were delish!!

The middle of the store!

Rosauers is a good option for groceries on the west side of town. It's an employee owned company,…read morewhich is great, but prices are undoubtedly some of the highest for a grocery store in town. This store is one of the nicer grocery stores in Yakima. The store is bright, clean, and is well kept. Rosauers tends to focus on customer service as opposed to price. As it generally works, as customer service goes up, prices follow! I'll stop in here occasionally when we need one or two things, but it's pretty pricey if you do all your shopping here. They run "13 hour sales" fairly regularly (1-ish per month) and you can get some solid deals. During one of the recent meat sales, they had some good deals on pork chops - however I found that the "13 hour sale" price was still slightly more than Costco's everyday price....but you don't have to buy it in bulk here, which works better for a lot of people! The meat section is good and the butcher will help you out if you have any questions. In my experience, they have been pretty knowledgeable and have made some good suggestions. They have an awesome assortment of cheese near the deli counter. They've got all sorts, including sheep and goat cheese - if you're interested in mixing it up! The deli has a wide variety of dishes. I've only had a couple of them, but they are fresh. Be weary of the hot deli. I recently had some potato wedges from there and I'm almost certain these were leather based. They were awful, but fortunately I only got a few $'s worth! This is a nice store and you the staff is super friendly. As noted, they cater to customer service. There aren't many places left where you can get paper bags and have a high school worker load your car for you! If you aren't overly price conscious, this is great option for you!

Sitting here eating one of their sausages I pulled out of the freezer and I'm still amazed at how…read moredamn delicious these sausages are. My family has been eating these very sausages for as long as I can remember and it's always been a treat. I can honestly say that I have been eating these same sausages my whole entire life. My family doesn't just shop for dinner here, we pack our freezers! My mom will order several pounds the smoked German sausage when she's in town and fly them back home to Texas. Are they the best in the world? Probably not, but being a classic dinner here and there throughout my 40 years on this earth and having grown up in the Yakima Valley makes them the best in my world. The smoked German sausage and spicy German sausage: -Perfect texture -Prefect bite -Amazing flavor -Meaty, juicy, perfect amount of fat! -Consistent quality! Look no further. This is THE place for the best German sausage in town, hell, probably for hundreds, maybe thousands of miles. I promise you that!

We were so glad after getting some of their wonderful pepperoni and other fine meats . This is a great little mom and paw type of store. We actually met the grandson. Who was there late on a Saturday and let us in to get our selections. The pepperoni is exceptionally moist compared to some of the others I have had and I'm a bit of a pepperoni connoisseur so I highly recommend this great little store.
