Also, salt and pepper was needed--if it was there, I didn't see any. But hey, this is the most complete salad bar I've seen in Wenatchee. It's kind of a big metal two-story industrial looking shack. You might even wonder if you're in the right spot, though there's a sign on the building that says "Rivers Edge Restaurant." The restaurant is upstairs; I recommend rounding the corner to park up at the lot above rather than below. There's a side entrance you'll use, go past the restrooms, round another corner to go past the kitchen, and then you'll finally find the counter. You can order to-go or be seated in the dining area (which is also where there are a few slot machines and a billiards table). The guy running the place is friendly and attentive; he refilled our drinks while we were there. There's a decent number of options on the menu, with some great affordable options. Overall a great experience and a good way to get some food in us to resume our road trip.
