Good food and friendly service. One thing I appreciate about this chain is that their food is consistent and it has good flavor. I love getting the side order of fried chilies . The one downside for me as I wish they had some hotter salsa read more

We ate at this lovely establishment tonight and can I just say that the wonderful group of people who waited on us were all amazing! Great service, Happy , smiling faces and fantastic food! It's rare anymore to get really good food , pleasant, funny and very sweet people all in one place. They were so accommodating! We will be back the next time we visit Hamilton!! read more

Very good Mexican food and fast service. Great Margaritas. Nice atmosphere. Been there several times.

Service was pretty good but there were 8 of us and another table with 8 as well, so she was busy but up to the challenge. Margaritas were decent as were the chips. Salsa was very mild and the food was very bland with no real flavor. A couple of the dishes at our table were not very warm even tho the plates were hot. Not the best Mexican food in town but the only one with a liquor license that I know of. read more

Food was delicious. Our order came out hot and fast . Very tasty and an abundance of food. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly

Excellent service! Didn't wait very long to be served. Very good food. Very fair price.

Excellent food and service. We had reservations at another place in town and the power went out from a snowstorm. The restaurant sent us to Jalisco and they seating a party of 10. The entire place filled up in an hour since they were the only place with power and they still provided excellent service. read more

This is our favorite place to get Mexican food! They make delicious food and usually always have my husbands favorite chicken fajita soup!

Good food for a good price. The portions were a lot bigger than what we usually get with takeout, but even the takeout portions are a good size. read more

This is a so-so restaurant chain. I don't really care for the food here. The chips and salsa are always good though. I prefer to go elsewhere for Mexican food because this is not that great. Service is mediocre. And the ambience is not that wonderful either.. read more

This place was awesome. Pepe & Marlene are great owners who strive for excellence! The entire team was fabulous. Gabrielle was our server and was very attentive and had a great personality. Thank you for a great evening! Daddy / Daughter trip. read more

I would say over all pretty good. Warm chips and salsa on the table when you sit down. I got the steak burrito- very large, served on large plate with salsa and other fixings over the top of it. My husband got the Chili Colorado, again big plate with rice and beans. I had a frozen margarita, they have a number of flavors. very good We went on a friday, the place was packed- a number of people had to wait for a seat. Overall pleased with the place. prices can be a little high but you get a lot of food, we both brought home a good amount of left overs. read more

Great friendly service, very fast and delicious dinners. Nice atmosphere. We would come here again.

Got right in. Place was empty. Bar area is closed except for Fridays. Lunch menu goes until 3:00 pm. We got there after 3:00 pm and still got the lunch menu. Asked for a tomatillo sauce instead of red and told it wasn't allowed as the tomatillo/verde sauce is only for pork. Not impressed, won't be back. Margs too sweet with lime aid. Tasted like sweet Gatorade. Molé sauce with the chicken enchiladas was okay. Chicken itself was dry and bland. No seasoning. Rice and beans not fresh made, no seasoning. Right out of the can or reconstituted from dehydrated. Nothing remarkable, not even the chips or salsa. Wouldn't come back. read more

The queso and warm chips were awesome! My chalupa was ok but my husband loved his enchilada! I love the interior... painted tiles and super clean. Exterior was attractive with flowers and paving stones. Service was not bad considering it was a busy lunch hour. :) read more

Their homemade salsa is excellent. The homemade chips are sufficient for hosting the wonderful salsa, but look like they'd flare up pretty good if a match touched them. Greasy. I ordered the chicken quesadilla. The tortella was hard in some places. The guacamole had a few brown spots that I scraped off, not fresh. The margarita was good. It's still my favorite Mexican restaurant in Hamilton or nearby, but there isn't much competition. read more

The crew there is great. The food is awesome and the service is even better. They had a large selection of dishes that do not disappoint. Do not miss out, go there now and have some great food. read more

Seated right away as it was a Tuesday at 3:10 PM. Service was fast since there were only two tables for her. Chips were fairly thick, and they were not fresh. Salsa had large chunks of onion, and was watery with strong flavors of cayenne, and cumin. We were only offered the lunch menu even though lunch ended at 3:00. I ordered cheese enchiladas and asked for the tomatillo (verde) sauce. I was told that is only for the pork. The red enchilada sauce was typical powdered and add water type sauce. Husband ordered chicken mole enchiladas. Chicken was dry, and flavorless. Mole sauce was ok, not the worst but there are certainly much better mole sauces. We ordered two margaritas on the rocks... they gave lemon lime Gatorade a run for their money on taste and sugar content. Flies and yellow jackets/wasps were on the inside of the windows at our booth as were also crawling on the hot sauce bottles at the table. read more

Good food poor service. Cooking staff whistling and saying Wahoo quite often and loud. Was very annoying to listen to. Lots of service staff they just did not round at tables read more

This restaurant is awesome, MarleenShrimp Fajitas and Pepe, owners, our waitresses,Gabrielle, were spot on. I rarely give reviews but this restaurant stands out. read more

Their service is mockable, and it is far from exemplary. I have called 7 times at various times not to mention and not one time could I get an answer to place an order. I get it if you're busy but no customer should ever have to call in 7 times to no answer. They have wonderful food but their service skills are lacking and it shows. read more

Food just ok Service was great. A good family choice! Go for lunch, less crowded and more seat selection.

Fiesta Jalisco has about 9 locations in Missoula and the Bitterroot Valley. One of the best for Mexican food. The Hamilton location is run by a local guy and his gringa wife is one of the waitresses. Great service, always crowded. Food is excellent. I think one of the best in restaurant-sparce Hamilton. The food is cooked by actual Latinos who know what they are doing, so take advantage of that fact. I like these guys and the bar of Victorian Casino which provides the alcohol for the diners. This is a good place to eat. read more

I would rate less than one if possible. Owner lacks integrity and honesty. We frequented this restaurant many times over the past few months. On two other occasions we were refused seating because they "ran out" of food...and were "too busy" to take more customers even though their hours of operation indicated they were still open for another 45minutes. We were willing to overlook this and tried to be understanding. BUT a third time...come on!!! Get your act together. We showed up, again 45 minutes before closing. Waited patiently at the front and let the cashier know there would be two for lunch. We waited for her to cash-out 6 patrons (took almost 15 minutes) at which time the owner comes and shuts the open sign off. After everyone was finished paying the cashier tells us they are no longer open....ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I explained how we had been waiting the entire time and they weren't going to serve us...even though they were still open for another 30 minutes according to their signage. I urge you to learn how to properly run an establishment. What other restaurants could get away with this. Clearly you need to attend business management courses. I politely asked the cashier if there would be any consideration since we had been waiting for what I would consider more than enough time to be served... but NO...the cowardly owner wouldn't even support her staff and handle business in a respectable manner. The entire time her facial expressions were less than friendly and extremely unpleasant. We were then told that all the cooks had already left. REALLY...they managed to shut down the kitchen apparently while we were waiting to be seated. BIG FAT lie. You should be ashamed that you asked your staff to LIE on your behalf. I feel sorry for her workers. I suggest you step out of the customer service business and seek a profession that allows deception, false tactics, and rude behavior. I would NEVER recommend!!!!!! read more

I ordered the T-bone Ranchero and it was served without the tenderloin and the top part of the bone was gone. For 25$ Pepe needs to stop false advertising and serve the meal how it looks on the menu. My friend had the same thing 2weeks ago and it was the same. No tenderloin just the strip steak. Leo read more

We are from So California. The epicenter of great Mexican food. We were traveling through Montana looking at property to buy and stoped in for a late lunch. The food was incredible!!! So impressed to find such great Mexican food in such a small town. We hope to move here some day and if we do we will definitely be back at least once a week. Service was great too!!! Chips are fresh and good salsa. It's 1,100 miles from home and we will seriously debate taking the drive just for the food. Lol. read more

Meh. It's just okay flavor-wise and my guts were not happy afterwards. Everyone's really nice and the service was fast and the restaurant's clean. I guess it'd be okay if you just need a real quick bite; they do have an extensive menu. read more

Fiesta Jalisco is very Americanized Mexican food. I had Mole Chicken burrito that was awful. Mole was disgustingly sweet and thin. My wife had a shrimp dish Smothered in cheese. Rice was dry, retried beans tasteless. No return. read more

This is okay Mexican food if you just want your belly full of food. The margaritas are so-so, their chips & salsa are really nothing to right home about. My husband ordered chicken chipotle sauce with flour tortillas. He had me try it, not spicy at all, tasted more like a pink sour cream sauce. We grew up in Southern California, where you can get great tasting Mexican food on practically every town. Sorry to say, this is not it. People are friendly who work there, that's why I'm giving it 2 stars. read more

It was pretty good! The service was great this go around and the Mexican food was good for Montana.

Poor server experience. Guess she did t like we were wearing masks. No other patrons or employees wore masks either. Food was ok, my order was't correct. Never checked back on us. Would have ordered another beer if we could. The guy who brought chips, salsa and kept our water full was the one working the hardest. If you aren't local just avoid. Also clear they don't care for outsiders. Too many other good places to eat in Hamilton. read more

Service was terrible. Food was very sub-par. Carbon tacos were so full of gristle and we left hungry. Drink order was wrong. Told us after we ordered and food was on the table that they were out of items that went with our order. When we went to pay, we were asked how the food was. We answered, "It was really bad tonight". He responded, "That's too bad" and continued to charge us full price. 2 meals and paying over $40 with that service and lack of food quality is going to be a "too bad, we will eat elsewhere"! read more

The service was good and super friendly. The food, however, is lacking. The tortilla shells used for the tacos are not fresh. They are the same as Del Taco. The lettuce on the taco tasted a little off and I am pretty sure it was out of a bag rather than fresh. Rice was crunchy. Chips also taste like bought in bulk and not freshly made. All in all, very disappointed and won't be going back. read more

We had the best server, Madison. She was so outgoing and attentive. We had a larger group and she did a great job making rounds to ensure we all had full drinks. Went here with a very large group. All of the food ordered was fresh and tasted really good. The food came out all at the same time which is a miracle in some restaurants. We are new to the area, Mexican is one of our favorites. Long drive to get to town yesterday 9/22/21, ( 11 hours ). went looking for a Mex place, and found this one. the parking lot was full so... VERY good sign, so we went in, wait time was very short for a table. They were busy but the bus staff were quick to land menus and water, chips n salsa. Which I might add were so very very good. Warm chips and salsa not to hot, fantastic flavor. Margarita & diet pepsi for drinks, Margarita was very good. Flautas were good and two are plenty, I ordered Ground Beef, but got shredded beef instead, no complaints as it was better in my opinion. Husband ordered enchilada & taco with ground beef, my thoughts were that it could have used just a bit more flavor seasoning, so I was extra happy with the shredded beef. Everything was just so good. We will be regulars for sure. The bus staff 5 Stars, waitress, 3.5 Stars... wow. very good. Two Thumbs up, 5 stars overall. read more
