    Chips and homemade salsa.

Food was a 4.5 out of 5. We had the lunch size carnitas and chimichanga without rice. It would have been a 5 if the pork was a little more moist. Service was very good. Had 3 different servers helping our table. Pretty landscaping outside. Inside carpets need to be professionally cleaned. Overall would definitely come back.

Stopped in for lunch today, it was my first time here. We were told to seat ourselves by the bartender at the bar. The menu is typical Mexican food. Chips and salsa were served and the chips were warm and fresh, the salsa was tasty but a little runny and really hard to scoop on your chips. My friend and I both ordered the lunch portion of Fiesta Fajitas, they came with shrimp, steak, chicken and chorizo they were very tasty, the rice had a great flavor as well. The ladies bathroom is dated and looks dingy but was clean. Unfortunately, there was extremely large cob webs on the window sills right next to us, it ruined the ambience and made the restaurant appear dirty to me. All in all a good meal, I'd give them a second chance.

This glass has been sitting empty for 30 minutes at the end of my table. I won't be back.

Wow. That was awful. The food was decent, but it arrived warm, not hot. While the staff was somewhat friendly (mostly with people they knew as custom tees), the service was unbelievably poor. Our waiter came and took our drink order, but he was more interested in other tables that were most likely regulars. The waiter brought our menus and our drinks and we sat for nearly 15 minutes waiting to place our order. I had to flag the manager down to take our order. When our order came, someone else dropped our warm entrees off and that was the Kast visit we had from any of the staff. After I finished my margarita, I put it near the edge of the table, and it sat there for 30 minutes. We got half way through our meal and no drink refresh. So we stopped eating, hoping to just get the check and go. No one stopped. No one noticed. Obviously, no one cared. Fair enough. I had to get my own to go boxes! I then went up to the front to ask for the check. I told him that maybe we weren't regulars but sure wouldn't be after this experience. While he and the waiter apologized, frankly, we won't go back.

Fiesta Cancun is the way to my heart. I have only had great experiences there. The food comes out fast, my water is always full, and they do well with the drinks. This is my favorite place to take people for their birthdays because they know how to have fun and can always accommodate a group. My favorite thing is the vegetarian fajitas but I also love the potato and spinach burritos.

I absolutely love this place. It's the only authentic Mexican food in vermilion. 10/10 would recommend and would go back.

We're a family of four and ordered totally different things -- and every single dish was exceptional. Our 6-year-old got a simple cheese quesadilla with rice. The quesadilla was perfectly fine... but the rice? She was in an actual trance. We've never seen her so focused and actually eating the food we ordered her. Parents of young grazers know that's basically a five-star review on its own. Our son ordered the ribeye and devoured it. He wasn't crazy about the rice and refried beans (he's picky about sides in general -- that says nothing about their flavor), but the steak itself was incredibly flavorful and gone in minutes. The grilled veggies on top weren't his thing either, so we brought them home and I'll be turning them into a stir fry later My husband ordered the enchiladas rancheros -- three enchiladas with three different sauces, served with rice and beans. Each sauce had its own distinct flavor profile, and all three were equally incredible. That's rare. I ordered the ahi tuna ceviche and I would drive the 2.5 hours from home just for that dish. Bright, fresh, perfectly balanced -- absolutely outstanding. Honestly not sure the leftovers are going to make it back to NY. On top of the food, the service was next level. Attentive, warm, efficient, and genuinely kind. You can tell when a place is well-managed, and this is one of them. Ambiance-wise, it was modern, clean, and comfortable. It wasn't overly busy when we were there, which made it even more enjoyable. TVs throughout, a really cool-looking bar area, and a booth that comfortably fit our family of four without feeling cramped. This is officially on our family's "must stop" list whenever we're anywhere near the area.

We typically go here with a larger group with kids as well. The service is always very quick and great! The salsa is superior here compared to other places around (my son tries to drink it, that's how much he likes it). The drinks are always perfection - the latest drink I got was the Watermelon Cucumber Margarita with Tajin rim 10/10. The food is always delicious and the portions are big! The vibe/ambiance is more modern than most Mexican restaurants but we like that. All in all - great place to go for lunch or dinner!

AMBIANCE & CLEANLINESS: Very authentic look and decor inside and out. Music was not blasting (which we appreciated!). Booths are a bit uncomfortable. Not a big place so if you go during busy times you will probably have a longer wait. Things appeared clean. HOSTESS & SERVER: The host was friendly and sat us right away. Our server was very nice, she explained anything we had questions on. And checked on us several times throughout our time there. I believe this is a family business that works here together. FOOD: This is what we ordered.... Chips & Salsa -- Taste: Delicious, crisp chips that are fresh and the salsa is perfect heat (not too spicy). Portion size: Great, you can have refills if needed. Price: $0 (complementary) #23 Enchiladas Jalisco -- Taste: This was the daily special, it was three cheese enchiladas topped with red sauce and shredded pork served with Mexican rice and refried beans and it was delicious. The enchiladas have great taste and the shredded pork is tender and perfect. The rice was balanced in flavors and the refried beans were some of the best we have had! True authentic Mexican food! Portion size: Normal compared to other similar restaurants of this style. Price: $10. and change (but this was the special, it is normally $11. and change). OVERALL THOUGHTS: Paid $40. and change (w/o tip included) which felt comparable to similar restaurants of this style (we drink water so no beverages just entrees). Server was very kind, service was fast. It's not a big place so it may be a wait if they are busy. Atmosphere is wonderful, music is at a good level that you can actually have a conversation. WOULD I RETURN? Yes, if we are in the area again. PLEASE NOTE: if you go to their website, the prices are NOT what is listed nor are the specials! The prices have increased by about an average of $3-4 (on each item). And the specials are not what are listed, I don't think they have updated their website in awhile.

Think snack bar at the roller rink or high school football game. Granted the menu is far from a snack bar and I do give them credit for aiming high with some pretty aspirational dishes. While other reviews suggest table service, that was not our experience. You ordered at the counter, given a pager, and fetched your food when the devices beeped incessantly. You buss your own table too. My wife ordered the lobster roll, which was rather competitively priced. Unfortunately, it was primarily filled with lettuce and tomatoes, with an OK amount lobster meat. She didn't care for the celery and green onion mixed in, not traditional lobster roll ingredients. I had the perch tacos, a first for me. Again, novel idea but lacking on execution. A few thin fish strips in each taco were more breading than fish. My wife couldn't have more than one sip of her cocktail and my IPA was warm. Anything waterside will have a natural appeal but the furniture and seating area is nothing more than a sidewalk. $61 for a serve yourself concession stand experience is more fitting for a stadium or sports arena.
