I was slack jawed by the poor customer service followed by the nastiest attitude by the owner of this shop, in response to a simple exchange request. I was gifted an item from this store, the previous day. It was too small and we went back, merely asking to exchange it for a larger size. I had every intention of spending whatever amount was necessary to find something that suited me, both in size and style. What ensued was a harsh lesson in 'final sales' that was apparently more important for her ego than the additional money was for her cash drawer. read more

On Monday August 28, 2023 I walked into the Fierce store where I was physically assaulted by The owner Sherry! For whatever reason she felt it was okay to lay her hands on me. She grabbed both of my hands and dug her nails into my palms whilst gripping my hands very hard and not letting me go! I told her to let go and asked her why did she do that? She said, oh it didn't hurt. I have it on video! I'll show you! She then turned around and said, No, I don't have to show you! I told her I was going to call the police because she assaulted me and she laughed and again tried to grab my hands! I was able to pull away before she hurt me again! She screamed at me to leave her store which I did. I was in shock and couldn't believe what had just occurred. By now my right hand which is compromised from a previous injury was throbbing and I was in a lot of pain. I called the police and they took my information and my friend's information who witnessed the entire episode. l have filed an assault and battery report. read more

We walked into this store and met the nicest person. The owner Sherry is a wonderful, honest person. Any review about this angel that is bad is for sure untrue. BEWARE. I did a purchase for a client and was told I could pull 6 items and had 5 days to return for store credit or exchange, by the owner via telephone when I was in the store. I returned the next day and was yelled at by the store owner who blamed her employee for not knowing what she was doing. The employee during the day of purchase had us on the phone with the owner who confirmed this was okay. Blaming your own employee is an embarrassment. Upon return and being told all of the above was incorrect we were then told store credit only lasted ONE WEEK. Beware and do not support this store. I will not be returning. read more

This is THE place to purchase evening gowns in OC. They carry many Jovani, Sherri Hill, Faviana, etc. dresses in store, but more importantly - they can order in any dress directly from the designer for you to pick up! As they put it, "if we can't get it for you, no one else can!" It's a beautiful store - clean and sparkly. But the best part about Fierce is Lynda. She is the kindest, most helpful person I have ever worked with. Before I came in, we spoke on the phone and shorty after, she called me with all the available dresses and styles in my size and promised to have them ready for me if I decided to come in. Surely enough, she had already set up a room for me all ready to go when I arrived. Lynda gave me her honest opinions and told me what made me shine and what didn't. (She has dressed celebrities for the red carpet so she knows what she's saying!) What I appreciated most was Lynda's patience and respect. My mom and I were there until 1am making decisions, and not once did she rush us, pressure us, or give us a hard time. We walked out that night without a purchase, but Lynda still sent us off with gratitude and a smile. Beautiful woman, phenomenal attitude, and a gem of a store. read more

Yeah go here if you want to get scammed. I bought TWO dresses, went home with a tank top that got rung up and stuck in my bag when I wasn't looking. Went back the next day and explained what had happened and they said all sale items were final! I tried to tell them this was THEIR error but the owner just called me rude and dug her heels in. Oh, and this was while I was in the dressing room trying to buy MORE clothes from them! Horrible horrible customer service, keep in mind this was THEIR ERROR! Wish I could give -5 stars. Visiting Laguna area after being out of the area for a year. Came in today and the sales woman was incredibly rude. Kept asking me where in Los Angeles I live and other questions in a rude tone. Additionally when I asked for a card for a website and info she wrote down the name of the store on a post it then proceeded to purposefully drop it on the floor and say, "oh can you believe it just fell like that?". Can I believe you just let it fall to the ground? Yes, I can. It doesn't seem outside your shitty attitude. My friend was about to purchase an outfit and caught that going on so instead of buying anything we left. Bye bye. My favorite boutique in Laguna! Whenever I'm in the area I HAVE to come here. They carry the best styles. On top of the clothing, they have a wide selection of accessories. One time when I was visiting the beach, I kept coming back into the store to buy sunglasses. I think I ended up with 5 pairs that day. The best! The employees are also welcoming and nice. I've been here a few times and I absolutely love it. The clothes are so chic! I love that I can go in and try on something I might not normally wear, and realize I can totally rock fashion I've never tried before! They always have such a wonderful selection of clothes, and their sales are fantastic. When I went in, the owner and an employee were working and both were so friendly and helpful. Love this little boutique! Came to Laguna beach for the first time and stumbled in to Fierce a month ago. My roomate and I left with so much stuff- sun dresses, shirts, cover ups. Awesome perky staff willing to help and assist. Just returned yesterday and raided the sale section, 75% off! Entire Store was half off for Labor Day. Lynda helped my friend and I find perfect dresses for our birthdays. Best shopping experience ever. Alyssa was so extremely helpful I have two small babies I push around in a double stroller making shopping a bit hectic and stressful but I was leaving for a wedding and needed a couple dresses. Alyssa was so helpful always taking my selections to the fitting room and getting me different sizes and colors. The MOST important thing was that my kids loved her and she was so attentive to my children while I tried on clothes. I have never had such an amazing experience shopping with my babies. Alyssa really went above and beyond I really can't see myself shopping anywhere else bc she provides the best costumer service. Next time I need a dress this is where I will be going even though it's 30 minutes out of the way for me. I also will call ahead of time to see if Alyssa is working.
