It wasn't that busy, and I knew he couldn't go too far so I gave him some space and let him play with his friends. I also had no choice but to give him space because they wouldn't let me cross through the gate with the iced coffee I brought in. I get it, but other parents there had coffee and other drinks in their reusable tumblers so I didn't really understand the point. It didn't matter though as I could see my son playing from the entrance just fine. Once I entered the play place they ask that you take your shoes off. I think with everyone's shoes off the place just smelled a little off. Other play places have you take your shoes off and they don't really smell, but this Catch Air had that smell to it which wasn't very pleasant. I don't know if they updated their safety policies, but the employees were very on top of the safety announcements and reminding everyone of the rules. They made announcements quite often. We went to one of the side rooms for the birthday lunch and cake. I don't know if something happened, but they were short on pizza, and I think they offered the hosts more time to play. Of course my son enjoyed that. I can see this place being overwhelming if it gets super crowded as it isn't huge. And it's kinda dark (because of the cool space theme). Overall, I think we will be back because my son wants to play there again, but it wouldn't be one of my top play places to go to.

I've never had a bad visit, and both birthday parties went incredibly smoothly. One tip, especially for families with younger children: go early. I always arrive at opening and schedule parties for opening time whenever possible. It's usually much less crowded, which means shorter waits, more space, and a safer, more relaxed experience. The membership is also an amazing value if you visit regularly. In my experience, you break even by going roughly once every two months. When the weather isn't good enough for the pool, Urban Air is one of my favorite places to spend a Saturday or Sunday morning. There's even a quiet room where parents can get some work done while the kids play, provided they're old enough to be independent or another adult is supervising them. With the doors closed, it's surprisingly peaceful. After five years, two birthday parties, and countless visits, I can confidently say this has been a consistently great place for our family.

Parking lot sucked to the point where I parked all the way in the back of the warehouses and walked cuz no one was leaving. I got inside and it was a freaking jungle. All age group of kids were there with at least 12 party rooms, hosting probably 20 kids/adults in each room. My son had a great time, but I watched him like a hawk with tons of older kids around him, jumping in the trampolines and diving into the ball pits. Some kid also threw up all over the place and they had to move tables to bring a steamer out to clean up. The food sucked- typical pizza, nuggets, and fries that were soggy. Our hostess was friendly enough and did her best to feed kids and adults. The fact that there's no separation between different age grouped kids is insane to me- for someone who has high anxiety when it comes to their kid, this place was the worst. Unsanitary, terrible food, and the "supervision" at each area was minimal at best.

It is the perfect place to bring kids. The amount of activities all in one place is quite remarkable. There's the Nickelodeon theme park, DreamWorks water park, Sesame Place, Legoland, mini golf, laser tag, an arcade, an aquarium, and much more. Everything is indoors and connected, so it's super easy to get from one place to the next. There is even a bridge to the MetLife stadium next door. In addition to the more interactive attractions, there are tons of food options and regular mall stores. There is a connected parking garage and parking rates are extremely reasonable. We were there for about 5 hours and paid $6.40. It's very easy to get around with a stroller, but there isn't a ton to do for kids under 1, I'd say. The Nickelodeon theme park did have a play space with blocks and places to climb for young ones, but all the rides, including the trains, required kids to be 3 feet and up in height. You can easily spend a whole day here. Each attraction has a separate fee so things can add up quickly, but it's a great place for endless entertainment.

It's a great fun-plex for families offering an amusement park, water park, ninja adventure park, aquarium, Lego land, multiple mini-golf experiences, a SNOW HILL to ski or snowboard or tube down (even has a play in the snow option for littles), and an ice rink that transitions to a court for other activities. The met life stadium is right across the road along with a hotel super close. That all being said they struggle with quality. They made the halls look beautiful the array of options immense but unfortunately quality is slipping through the cracks. Still an epic experience but starting to go down a smidge in comparison to previous years. The food options need help and the easily accessible food court with typical fast food was overrun there was not enough seating and no way for cleaning crew to keep up so expect a dirty table if you choose the third floor cafeteria. The restaurants were ok but overpriced immensely considering what you get. Is it worth visiting? Absolutely. It's a fun experience walking the halls seeing the art and everything they offer. Would I go there regularly? Absolutely not. For reference a family of four attempting to go to the water park on a weekend should expect roughly $100 a person just to get in. Almost every place we went the beginning price for a family of four was minimum $100. I'd use that as the gauge to budget and plan. Their website sucks and lagged endlessly and glitched multiple times which made it hard to research so I ended up just googling each activity along with the location to get to the right pages. Plan a whole day and know you won't see it all in a day, they will be adding a movie theater and I believe go carts soon!
