Mr. Batth does not return my communications, and I am starting a series of reviews to denounce the lack of knowledge (yet acceptance of service for a fee) that led me to spend a lot of money on a non-valid claim according to IRS that acTax is not helping defend. By all means, I suggest all readers avoid this company for matters more complicated than simple cases. acTax as proven very difficult to get timely work from as other customers were always prioritized and the analysis of the company's owner was wrong.
