Absolutely love how cozy and chill this place is. We came here on a Saturday evening- it looks a bit off the beaten path and it's like a nice hidden place. Bright lights are around the building so you can't miss it. I had their Salted Caramel hard seltzer and by golly, totally tasted like it. There are some nice lounging couches and chairs, inviting you and your buddies to chill. The music is not over bearing. Maybe I was overbearing because we were singing along

Google map directed us to this brewery in route from hotel in Schaumburg to Des Plains Thearter. This place was great. Out in n endustial area, but did not disappoint. Ambiance was cool like a dive bar imeets garage bar meets Hollywood. It was great. Service was excellent. Like meeting an old friend. Now the beer: an assortment of many things to chose from. I had the Cream Ale and my friend had a barrel stout. Of course the list varies. We both loved what we had...sometimes breweries beers taste the same، this was a. Ice change of pace. Cheers to Fibs!

Fibs is a nice and laid back place. I came here on a beautiful summer early evening, so there was outdoor seating. The lady who helped us in the counter was very friendly and welcoming. I tried a flight of the seltzers and a Kolsch. The flavors of the seltzers were delicious but I liked their Kolsch the best. We also ordered Sausage & Pepperoni pizza. I know it was frozen pizza but it was actually delicious! The place had a fun and great vibe. It was clean and parking was easy as well. I will be back for sure. Til next time!

Fibs is a total vibe and I love the FIBS (F*ck1nG Illinois Bastards) who work there lol. Dean and Greg are two awesome dudes who run this cute little brewery. My girlfriends and I were getting dinner around the area and discovered this gem of a spot. It's right by the high school I went to. I thought it was new but they've actually been open for six years! It's a pretty small place with limited seating. They have card games, board games, and delicious drinks. We started off with a shot of Scooby Snack ($9- YUM! It tastes like a piña colada). I tried their Guatemalan Grappler ($8) which was SO good, like an espresso martini, but in beer form. So creamy and delicious. I also had the Eight-Legged Octopus ($8), a light and tasty drink! My girlfriends also really enjoyed PBJB ($8), tastes like peanut butter & raspberry jelly sandwich, but in beer form, and Nefarious Sinberry ($8). We stayed at Fibs for hours just yapping away. We got to take a shot with Greg and yap away with Dean. We also tried one of their bar snacks, crackers with goat cheese. They gave us a WHOLE tub of cheese. Amazing. I probably mentioned bringing our BFs, fiancé, and husband to this spot like 50 times. They also have live music outside during the summertime! I can't wait to go back and bring my bf next time!!

Cool eclectic brewery with a full bar. Small, but good food menu and drinks for everyone.

A hidden gem. We stopped in on a Sunday evening. It is hidden in an industrial park, and on a Sunday there is very little activity. They offer a variety of beers , some unusual, like the jolly rancher. They were all very good., and they can be purchased in a different sizes. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and has indoor and outdoor seating. The server was very nice and his suggestions were great. We ordered the pizza and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Definitely will be back.

This is my second or third time being here, this place is a Hidden Gem best beers in town, they keep switching their beers which is also good I like trying new things, I highly recommend coming here, top two beers for me were eight legged octopus apple ale and strawberry cheesecake hard seltzer, and I'm not a big fan of hard sellers at all this is probably one of the best tasting hard seltzers I ever had

I love locally sourced brewed beers. Moved from Iowa and I like connecting with the community and with the owner welcoming I would say I felt connected. Tried 5 Beers watermelon jolly rancher's Fib Cage, some cream ale, some IPA and chocolate coffee all of them were different. Pizzas in the house were good This was overall a fun place to be! I would've loved to get drunk but loved the fact I was sober on a weekday.

Went here a few weeks ago. They had a decent selection of beers and you can try them in different sizes which was nice. We sat outside since the weather was great. The lighting from the buildings was horrendous at night. There was also a party with a band; when the band was playing you could not speak to another person and actually hear them. But I would come here again!

This was a pleasant suprise!! I Was in town for a family emergency and my father in law suggested it. He had never been but thought it might be decent. I had their DIPA and a Russian Imperial stout. Both were good. It is a pretty small batch production and I suspect they have new brews often. I will DEFINITLY stop back when I'm town.

Guatemalan Grappler, skittles flight (strawberry, grape, orange, cherry)
    Mave R.

First time stopping in, place has a great feel - and surprisingly for being busy it wasn't obnoxiously loud inside. Beers were good, skittles flight, nice flavor not overly sour, and the Guatemalan Grappler matched the description (tho I do wish it would've been heavier). All in all was a very great place, will most definitely be back again ...

Small hidden gem! This place is located in an industrial business area.Space is a little cramped with very limited seating, but if you can get a seat it's great vibes.Very good & friendly service.Drinks & food we ordered were good, refreshing and reasonably priced. Loved that it's pet & kid friendly. I will definitely be back when the weather is warmer for patio seating and live entertainment.

This is an out of the way place that you should make time to visit. Great pizza and beer. Not a lot of variety of pizza but what they do they do well. Great beer variety with inventive flavors. The watermelon jolly rancher beer was very creative. I never thought I'd be able to drink a jolly rancher. Fibs brewing is also Pet friendly too. This is a great place to spend a warm summer day outside with friends. The décor inside is very interesting as well.

Established (as the wall told me) in 1936, I expected "Polish" to be in menu alone...and I was wrong. The gal behind the bar had an accent. Halfway through the Bears game, I started hearing folks concerning and cheering in Polish. I felt like I had slipped into a cool little club to which I would never have otherwise been invited. Loud (but not too loud) and boisterous. I read some other reviews talking about rude regulars: rubbish. Chicago is loud and direct. If you don't like that vibe, the shoulders in this city may just be a little too broad for you. The pierogi and the pyzy were great, both served with sour cream. The beers, while not draft, had a wide, Euro-leaning selection but still respected some local favorites (Old Style). Good food. Good folks. Confusingly brilliant ambiance. We were greeted straight away and brought water. You can also get a full meal here which we did not know but noted for our next visit. They had a special Valentine's menu as well as their regular cocktail menu. For my first cocktail, I got the paper plane which was light, lemony, and lovely with the adorable touch of a small paper plane pinned to the cocktail with a clothespin. For my second, I got one of their Valentine's specials which was essentially a Boulevardier made with a small float of mezcal on top. What an amazing addition to this classic cocktail! This was a spur-of-the-moment choice but ended up being very fun for drinks and dinner!…read more I LOVE tiki bars and my husband noticed this one in the area near where we happened to be on Google maps, so off we went! We had about a 15 minute wait for a table but it gave us time to peruse the menu in the car. They offer many classic tiki cocktails, a page full of seasonal drinks, a page of "Designated Driver" mocktails (nice to have an option for something other than just a Shirley Temple!), Polynesian appetizers and entrees, and then Lola's Pizza. For drinks, I got the seasonal Gingerbread Painkiller and my husband got a Green Flash mocktail. (Pro tip on the seasonal drinks: check the regular cocktail menu to see how many skull and crossbones are listed under the regular version of your drink, if applicable, to see if it's a super strong one!) Mine was creamy and spicy but quite powerful. Props to our waitress, Makayla, who checked if anyone at the table was epileptic, because normally the "flash" part of my husband's drink is a strobing LED ice cube; I actually am photosensitive, so it came in the drink in non-strobe mode and just glowed an alien green. She said this was the first time it had actually paid off to ask, but I'm glad she did! The food was tasty: I ordered rumaki, an old-school appetizer of bacon-wrapped water chestnuts that you don't see very often these days, and he got loaded fries. We also got a small Lola's Pizza, which was very good, with a crisp but also chewy crust. The atmosphere here is pure tiki, with a fountain, swag lamps, bamboo, and Hawaiian-influenced Christmas music playing for the season. Lots of big groups here; everyone seemed to be having as good a time as we were! What a laid-back gem in Arlington Heights! We'll be back. Mahalo!
