I had a great experience with Upholstery Fix. A gentleman named Steve called me after I reached out…read moreand asked for a few pictures of my chair. As soon as I sent them, he called me right back and patiently walked me through troubleshooting the issue. He easily could have told me I needed a service visit, and I would've had no way of knowing otherwise since this isn't my area of expertise, but instead he was honest, kind, and incredibly helpful. It turned out something was simply unplugged under my chair. Once I plugged it back in, the headrest worked perfectly. The leg recliner still has some issues, but Steve even suggested that I could just use it as a regular chair instead of pushing for a paid repair. Not many people would do that when they could make money. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and customer service. Steve is a good guy, and I definitely recommend Upholstery Fix.

Feel so fortunate to have found Cheryl and Thad at Restoration Plus. Cheryl was very professional…read moreand organized on the phone, setting up our appointment and following through with reminders. Thad did an amazing job on our tall case clock that received some minor damage in a recent move. In fact, he did such an amazing job that you cannot even tell where he touched up or repaired. On top of his incredibly fine and meticulous work the charge was so reasonable, and we were so pleased, we added a $100 tip. Friendly, expert service at more than fair prices! We highly recommend Restoration Plus.

I inherited a dresser from my grandfather back in 1980 that was built in the early 1900's…read more Due to it's age, over the intervening years, it dried out and began to fall apart. The drawers stuck and the bottom of one of them simply fell apart and we lost part of it. After Chris picked it up, we found the missing piece and I sent him an email. He came and picked it up and put the original bottom back together. You can't even see the seam. The best part of the story is that one of the medallions around the lock on one of the upper drawers had come loose and I had put it into a small zip-lock bag. When the dresser was delivered, it was not installed. He said he didn't find it when he worked on it and I just assumed it got lost. A month later, he called and told me he had found it wedged in the bed of his pickup when unloading another job. He brought it over and installed it the next day! Absolutely fantastic work, the price was exactly as quoted and that included replacing a large oval mirror broken soon after I got it and service was absolutely tremendous! I recommend them highly and will use them again!
