Overall, it was a very positive experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my check-in. The facility was clean, modern, and had a welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. I didn't have to wait long before being called back, which was a huge relief. (the first time I went) The medical staff were professional and attentive. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, review my progress, and explain the next steps in my recovery plan in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated their thoroughness and the genuine care they showed throughout my visit. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that there was a slight delay when I was waiting for my discharge instructions and follow-up care paperwork. While not a major issue, it did make the visit longer than I had anticipated. Despite that minor inconvenience, I would highly recommend Next Level Urgent Care - Spring. Their professionalism, clean environment, and attentive staff made this a reassuring stop on my recovery journey.

I became ill and had already done a virtual visit with a Dr. at another location but after a week I wasn't getting any better. Going in for a visit I knew I didn't have insurance, worried about the cost, and knew it would be self-pay. Danielle was the NP that treated me on Monday. She did my vitals and found my oxygen, heartbeat and blood pressure were below normal rage. Danielle was concerned but you wouldn't have known it by her demeanor. She was honest with me about what was going on. She felt a chest x-ray would tell us more about what was going on with my lungs. I knew the chest x-ray would be an additional cost to what I had already paid. Danielle did a breathing treatment on me and left me with a cup of hot tea to think about what I wanted to do next. She returned and I had decided to do the chest x-ray. Danielle has the ability to be empathetic towards her patients and at that moment that was exactly what I needed. I left the clinic calmly and felt she had my best interest at heart and had given me the knowledge of what I needed to do to get better. Today she called to check on me, and I am doing better in 2 days than I had all last week and for that I am truly grateful to her and the staff.

The kicker: my EPIC MyChart is linked to Memorial Hermann, and it shows my originally scheduled appointment, the one I made online and pre-checked in for, as a "NoShow". SUPER BONUS POINTS: they tell you upfront what your insurance is or isn't paying for, if they're in or out of network! No surprises. This is a lost art. I say that bc I work in medical plan administration, so I know my medical plan up down left & right. But many people don't understand how medical insurance works so a lot of these urgent care centers take advantage of that. First, the "doctor" I'll use that term loosely in this review, when I first complained of abdominal pain she rushed me out to take a pregnancy test while asking me for $20 immediately to cover the cost. I had to take the test before she would move on just Incase because "if she prescribed me anything that could harm me I could take her license away" real professional here. Then a basic consult was done and I was sent on my way with some basic stomach meds that didn't help at all. I paid cash for this visit and now, 6 months later I'm getting a bill for the whole visit!! I called to get this fixed and no one answers the phone or returns your calls. Horrible service, no one is professional and I guess the front desk attendants made an extra $200 take home cash from my pain.

The first child had an ear infection and it was diagnosed as TMJ and we were told to bring him to a dentist? The second was not any better prescribing over the counter cough medicine for a sick kid. Turns out he also had an ear infection but instead of treating that we were advised we needed an EKG? If you are bringing a sick child to a doctor on a weekend you are looking for help. This was not very helpful in either instance. We will find a new provider for emergencies
