Overall, it was a very positive experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my check-in. The facility was clean, modern, and had a welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. I didn't have to wait long before being called back, which was a huge relief. (the first time I went) The medical staff were professional and attentive. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, review my progress, and explain the next steps in my recovery plan in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated their thoroughness and the genuine care they showed throughout my visit. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that there was a slight delay when I was waiting for my discharge instructions and follow-up care paperwork. While not a major issue, it did make the visit longer than I had anticipated. Despite that minor inconvenience, I would highly recommend Next Level Urgent Care - Spring. Their professionalism, clean environment, and attentive staff made this a reassuring stop on my recovery journey.

Before the appointment even started, we realized my daughter had accidentally left her glasses at home. The staff told us we either had to drive all the way back home right then to grab the glasses or come back the next morning. I agreed to return the next morning, assuming our payment would carry over since my daughter never received her physical or any care that day. To my shock, they then informed me that if we came back tomorrow, we would have to pay the full fee all over again, even though no physical was performed! Charging twice for a service that was never delivered is completely unreasonable and feels like a total scam. Then a basic consult was done and I was sent on my way with some basic stomach meds that didn't help at all. Before today I've never had the absolute pleasure of a Covid 19 test. I had previously read about…read moreit on the internet and on CNN where they said Donald Trump and Covid 19 was going to kill everyone. Prior to my visit here today at Brazos Urgent Care I had not needed to be tested for the dreaded Coronavirus - 19 which originated in Wuhan China and although traditionally pandemic like viruses are named after their region or source of origin, such as the Spanish flu, MERS, etc. But since Donald Trump is racist, we do not refer to Covid -19 as the China virus, but covid 19, which is strange because we didn't do that with covid 1-18 but none the less here we are. Anyways when I called the person I talked to on the phone was friendly and upbeat and encouraged me to come by and let me talk and answered my questions. She set an expectation that was reasonable and when I came by that expectation was met and exceeded. The Dr came to visit and was very friendly. I learned that he likes Little Ceasars pizza and seemed very relatable and friendly. He nonverbal communicated that my jokes were funny but not as funny as I thought they were and left. Next there was a (I'm not sure if what word to use here if nurse? Medical assistant? Doctor? Covid Diagnostician? ) came in and gave me a very fun poke in the nose with a stick. They made it about as painless and comfortable as I would imagine it could be and definitely not as violent and awful as I had read and heard from people. It was definitely a lot less uncomfortable than I was told it would be and I was pleased with that. Anyways fun and friendly staff. If I need medical related stuff will certainly come back here. The first child had an ear infection and it was diagnosed as TMJ and we were told to bring him to a dentist? The second was not any better prescribing over the counter cough medicine for a sick kid. Turns out he also had an ear infection but instead of treating that we were advised we needed an EKG? If you are bringing a sick child to a doctor on a weekend you are looking for help. This was not very helpful in either instance. We will find a new provider for emergencies
