Fiancé Bridal was a pleasant experience. Although i did not find my "I do" dress here. My bridal consultant was very nice and helpful. I'm sorry i can't remember her exact name, it was either Alice or Alyssa but she was wonderful. She made me very comfortable throughout the appointment and seemed to really care. read more

Now that the dust has settled, I had to revisit my experience. I went to get my wedding dress in June and I got married in October, and I had three months in between. Instead of getting me a better fitting dress, they sent me to an alteration place that charged me $900 to not even add boning to my dress and lie to my face. They send clients to places they must have some arrangements with because why else would I pay $900 on a $1,300 dress? Pricing wasn't transparent either. This boutique and the quotation place both should be reported to BBB. On top of all of that, they had the audacity to ask for a tip at the end. The dress was pretty and all that but the alteration, where they told me they've never had any complains with left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. Upon questioning, they gave me bad attitude, silent treatment, lied about the services, did a bad job with the bustle, sleeves wouldn't sit on the shoulders and what not. I wonder if this has happened to other brides. I'm definitely going to look into this. I couldn't even dance on my wedding because of the bustle and the shoulder of the dress mind which I bought the dress for but during alteration had to be completely changed. Just look at what I bought and how I wore for the wedding. read more

Such a great place to get your dress. You won't see it everywhere like you would if you got it somewhere like David's bridal. All of the ladies there are very attentive and patient with helping you find the PERFECT dress that you'll love! The only thing is that I wish they also had a tailor. Made it have to be one extra step to get that done somewhere else, but it was perfect nonetheless. read more

Fiancee Bridal Boutique is the absolute best place you could go for wedding dress shopping! They respond promptly to questions before the visit, are willing and actually do accommodate to your preferred price range and timeline, they're willing to get you in on late notice, and they truly care for you and for finding the dress you will absolutely love!! They do the dress shopping for you, which I was hesitant about at first, but Kelsey did such a fabulous job listening to my critiques of each dress, and finding better and better options until finally finding THE dress! After shopping at another bridal shop and having to choose out dresses ourselves, I realized what a blessing and weight off your shoulders it is to let a professional find the dress that meets all of your qualifications and specific interests. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I STRONGLY encourage any bride-to-be to go try Fiancee!! read more

Angela I believe was my consultant. Angela made not only my dreams come true, she helped me in the ways family couldn't. She was knowledgeable, passionate, and overall a joy. I felt comfortable in my skin (as a person with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia this was huge for me) I felt comfortable giving her my honest opinion. She knew exactly what she was doing! She helped me find THE dress (: The shop itself is so so clean and beautiful, the selection of dresses is better than a lot even on the same street. Everyone and everything was perfect, thank y'all for making my dreams come true read more

Big shout out to Kelsey who helped me at my appointment!! All throughout, she kept great communication and enthusiasm in helping find the perfect wedding dress. I came in with a specific idea in what I wanted in price range and dress style and Kelsey was soooo amazing at making this the perfect experience for me. I came in with the intention of not buying a dress at my first try on but one of the dresses Kelsey pulled for me was absolutely perfect and under my budget. I could not have asked for anything better. I loved the enthusiasm and how sweet everyone here was. Kelsey listened to what I liked and didn't like from each dress and that's how we stumbled upon the perfect wedding dress. Absolutely recommend this cute quaint place for anyone wanting to try on beautiful dresses with a great experience. You have your own little area for you and your crew, they offer water and will make you feel like the queen that day! Their "yes to the dress" sign is also cute and I was even able to get free "bride" bachelorette earrings for getting my dress same day. Parking is a bit tough- only street parking and a few lots so make sure to give enough time to account for the walk there. Again, so excited I said yes to the dress! read more

I have not had a less than PHENOMENAL experience here! My girls and I love this place! (So much that my Maid of Honor wanted to be sure to she could drive from Louisiana to be here for my try on AND Pick up appointment) From Angela helping me find THE dress: she listened intently to every detail I had, she was so sweet and understanding and very very patient with me, she really understood the assignment! And for my pick up appointment, Kelsey? Just wow! Kelsey was absolutely perfect, and I do mean perfect! Her personality, her attentiveness, and amazing customer service was out of this world! She even gave me recommendations and suggestions for all of my bridal needs and she was very thorough with showing my maid of honor all of the ins and outs of my dress for the day of! Both of these ladies made my dress finding & trying experience one that we will remember for the rest of our lives! We are ready now!! I'm so excited and so happy that I chose this place. these ladies made it the most wonderful experience thank you guys again! I said yes to the dress! read more

Fiancee Bridal Boutique - Taking my dress home! - Bridal Near Me - Spring, Texas

Can not say enough positive things about Fiancee Bridal!! Mostly because of my girl Kelsey who was absolutely amazing at everything from start to finish! Kelsey knows her stuff and worked with me who knew what she didn't want, but had no clue what I truly wanted. I would highly recommend asking for her or finding out when she works! I loved that she even recommended their sister studio if I didn't absolutely love what I was trying on. Fiancée only has bridal gowns and not mother of the bride or anything so if you need that at the same spot this isn't the place for you! Make an appointment and trust me you can't go wrong!! read more

Alexis was my consultant and let me start off by saying she was SUPER helpful and PATIENT! I was torn between two dresses at the end of the day & I probably switched back and forth a total of 3 times between the two, before making my decision. I had previously purchased a dress 3 weeks prior & after comparing it to my Pinterest boards, I decided to book an appt here. I came in and showed her exactly what I liked and style / color. She did some looking and brought back dresses for me to try on and BOOM, I left with my dream dress! Overall; I would totally recommend! Thank you so much, Alexis! read more

I had the absolute BEST experience here and would recommend this bridal boutique over and over again. Mayra was so amazing. I just had the most amazing experience today with Gaby as my stylist!! I said, "Yes!" to the dress and I couldn't be happier. Gaby was kind, very patient, a great listener, and had a wonderful eye for style as she is the one who picked out dresses my entire dress posse loved. She is what every bridal consultant should be and more. The dress collection at Fiancée Bridal Boutique is great, with a wide range of sizes. I loved that the dresses here felt more unique and different than what I've seen in other stores. Also, the price was right. I ended up coming in under budget! I'd highly recommend this store for anybody looking for a wedding dress!! In fact, my co-maid of honor decided that she will be back at the store later to shop for her dress! This was the 4th place I had been to and it was definitely the best one in terms of everything - dress selection, price, atmosphere, and customer service. I promise you won't regret coming here. And for those that don't live in the area like myself (outside of Spring), I truly believe that it's worth the drive!! read more

We had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping for my daughter's wedding dress! She said she felt so special! We got a beautiful dress and she is very happy with it. The only thing I would change is the pressure. They said they would give us a percentage off but we HAD to buy it today and don't spend much time thinking about it or we would have to pay full price. Overall we were very happy with the selection and the dress my daughter chose. read more

I had the most wonderful experience buying my dream wedding dress at Fiancee Bridal Boutique! My consultant, Kelsey, was so attentive at listening to exactly what I wanted. She was so patient me and my family, and made sure I tried a handful of different styles so there was no doubt in my mind that I had found the one. She was the most sweetest, bubbly personality and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. It was such a fun memory with my family that we will cherish forever! read more

Incredible experience. Kelsey is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, she was so kind and energetic. She listened to what I wanted and allowed me to be honest in my opinions. She was also very inclusive of the group with me. At the end of the day she made sure to value what I wanted and I ended up finding "the dress." Ask for Allison. She is seriously amazing and made my shopping experience so easy and comfortable for me. I was incredibly nervous to go wedding dress shopping and she made it such a positive experience. She knew what was going to fit my body well and had a lot of suggestions! Also - in reference to the review about masks - if you're afraid of people not wearing masks then don't go wedding dress shopping in the middle of a pandemic KAREN. read more

Today was supposed to be my fiancé's special day with her girlfriends and my mother who flew in from Massachusetts to be here today. Michelle, the owner was all nice to her via email, texting and over the phone. This WAS NOT the case today in person. My fiancé who is a minority was talked to and treated completely different than the group of blonde Caucasian women who were also there today. She came home and I could see it on her face. She was so shocked that this is still happening today. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY! This will more than likely happen again. read more

Kelsey did a wonderful job with my fitting!! I did not end up choosing a dress from here - but hands down the best consultant I interacted with on my dress search. So had to take the time to write a review for her and my experience at Fiancee. Kelsey was professional, prepared, and willing to adapt with our group's many requests. Had a great time and would definitely recommend Fiancee to other brides in the Houston area! read more

I had the BEST experience ever! I was greeted immediately by the friendly staff. My stylist was Mayra, she greeted my crew, and did a great job getting to know me! (So much that we found out her family is from the same town my family is from! ) I told her my vision, and when I tried on the dress exactly like I envisioned for me, I ended up not liking it. However, Mayra was patient and took my likes and dislikes, played around with some looks, and brought me the perfect dress! She made my experience so enjoyable and was the perfect hype woman! The staff was so friendly and made me feel beautiful! Definitely recommend this bridal shop! Thank you Fiancee Bridal Boutique-spring location!! read more

My very first appointment was great! Staff was wonderful, and very patient. Found the PERFECT dress. Ordered my dress and paid for it that day, left very pleased that day. 4 months later my dress has arrived and I am ready to schedule a pick-up, which was scheduled via text message with one of the staff girls. My appointment is scheduled for 11:30 on a Sunday, I arrive at 11:25 to locked doors and lights off, the building does not open until noon. A staff member walks up and is kind enough to let us in. Once inside, my dress is given to me- I had to try on my dress in the dark, without any assistance. Luckily I brought a couple friend with me. I was never offered help or alterations. I left with my dress and now having to find alterations else where. Would have 100% recommended this boutique, until the time of my pick-up. read more

I had the worst experience at Fiancee Bridal!! I did find my dress here though...by some miracle! When I walked in, I told the stylist what I was looking for (since I had come from another bridal appointment). It is like she didn't even listen to anything I said. She came down with 5-6 dresses that were the exact opposite of what I told her I wanted. So then she took me upstairs to pick out some dresses. I picked a few to try on. I picked my dress & said yes! I tried on a couple veils just to see what I liked with my dress. Then I set an appointment to pick up my dress and the stylist that helped with my first appointment helped me try on my dress again. She tried to get me out of there as soon as I put on my dress. My mom wanted me to try on a couple more veils and you would have thought I was pulling teeth. She gave my mom so much attitude about how I had already tried on all the veils...like 3 month previously. Sorry I was trying to possibly going to give you more business...after that I was over it and just left with my dress. If you are looking to have a glamours bridal appointment, I do not recommend this place. Stylist are not friendly nor helpful. Dress selection is mediocre. I just got super lucky that I found my dress here. read more

Incredible selection of high-quality and tasteful gowns. After visiting 4 other places, I was pleasantly surprised that this small boutique had more choices that I liked vs the giant stores that make you try dresses 8 sizes bigger and tell you to wait 5+months. Fiancée Bridal Boutique exceed my expectations by a long shot. Michelle is a great listener that doesn't rush you--plus she has exquisite taste with the most practical & girlfriend-like advice. The accessories are also very pretty & classy. This is the boutique for the bride that is smart about her money without compromising elegance and quality. I walked out right away with a beautiful new gown that fits me perfectly. Thank you! read more

I was running out of options to find a dress and had family in town so we found this super cute bridal boutique in old town spring. I found a dress that I really liked, however, the back was not what I imagined. I definitely recommend both Fiancee Bridal Boutique and Luxury Tailors by Monica to make your wedding day dream come true! read more

Jillian helped me pick my perfect dress! It was so easy and stress free. I would recommend this bridal shop to all my friends!

TLDR: very nice staff, nice dresses, good prices, time wasting processes, cheap owners who don't pay their employees appropriately. I did find a great dress at a great price here. However, when making the appointment, I spent hours texting back and forth with the business. They asked all types of questions about styles of dresses I like and I even sent photos of dresses I had tried on and liked. The girl assigned to help me didn't read any of the notes until after the appointment started and only after I told her I had already answered all the questions she was asking. Checkout: there's a tip line - which is indicative of a business now paying their employees enough. The girl at the front desk informed us they don't get a commission, instead the sales person gets a very low flat rate bonus for selling a dress. read more

I would absolutely recommend Fiancee to any bride looking for a dress! All the ladies who work there are so nice and helped me find my perfect dress. I also loved the fact that I didn't have to go through the store hunting or clipping--she brought the dresses down to me that she thought would work. When we paid for the dress they forgot to apply the 10% discount for purchasing the same day of my appointment and they were so easy to work with when we called back to ask about it. The owner called and refunded the 10% :) read more

RINGWORM!!! If you don't want to get ringworm, do not shop at this boutique. Absolutely perfect experience and If I could rate higher I would. Michelle was so patient and sweet with me! Fiancé bridal was the last place I went to look for a dress and it was by far THE BEST experience I had. Nowhere else compared to the amazing and detailed service I received.
