Now that the dust has settled, I had to revisit my experience. I went to get my wedding dress in June and I got married in October, and I had three months in between. Instead of getting me a better fitting dress, they sent me to an alteration place that charged me $900 to not even add boning to my dress and lie to my face. They send clients to places they must have some arrangements with because why else would I pay $900 on a $1,300 dress? Pricing wasn't transparent either. This boutique and the quotation place both should be reported to BBB. On top of all of that, they had the audacity to ask for a tip at the end. The dress was pretty and all that but the alteration, where they told me they've never had any complains with left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. Upon questioning, they gave me bad attitude, silent treatment, lied about the services, did a bad job with the bustle, sleeves wouldn't sit on the shoulders and what not. I wonder if this has happened to other brides. I'm definitely going to look into this. I couldn't even dance on my wedding because of the bustle and the shoulder of the dress mind which I bought the dress for but during alteration had to be completely changed. My very first appointment was great! Staff was wonderful, and very patient. Found the PERFECT dress. Ordered my dress and paid for it that day, left very pleased that day. 4 months later my dress has arrived and I am ready to schedule a pick-up, which was scheduled via text message with one of the staff girls. My appointment is scheduled for 11:30 on a Sunday, I arrive at 11:25 to locked doors and lights off, the building does not open until noon. A staff member walks up and is kind enough to let us in. Once inside, my dress is given to me- I had to try on my dress in the dark, without any assistance. Luckily I brought a couple friend with me. I was never offered help or alterations. I left with my dress and now having to find alterations else where. Would have 100% recommended this boutique, until the time of my pick-up. read more

I had the worst experience at Fiancee Bridal!! I did find my dress here though...by some miracle! When I walked in, I told the stylist what I was looking for (since I had come from another bridal appointment). It is like she didn't even listen to anything I said. She came down with 5-6 dresses that were the exact opposite of what I told her I wanted. So then she took me upstairs to pick out some dresses. I picked a few to try on. I picked my dress & said yes! I tried on a couple veils just to see what I liked with my dress. Then I set an appointment to pick up my dress and the stylist that helped with my first appointment helped me try on my dress again. She tried to get me out of there as soon as I put on my dress. My mom wanted me to try on a couple more veils and you would have thought I was pulling teeth. She gave my mom so much attitude about how I had already tried on all the veils...like 3 month previously. Sorry I was trying to possibly going to give you more business...after that I was over it and just left with my dress. If you are looking to have a glamours bridal appointment, I do not recommend this place. Stylist are not friendly nor helpful. Dress selection is mediocre. I found a dress that I really liked, however, the back was not what I imagined. They recommended that I take the dress to Luxury Tailors by Monica in Spring and she did a FANTASTIC JOB at making my dress into what I had imagined. However, when making the appointment, I spent hours texting back and forth with the business. They asked all types of questions about styles of dresses I like and I even sent photos of dresses I had tried on and liked. The girl assigned to help me didn't read any of the notes until after the appointment started and only after I told her I had already answered all the questions she was asking. Checkout: there's a tip line - which is indicative of a business now paying their employees enough. The girl at the front desk informed us they don't get a commission, instead the sales person gets a very low flat rate bonus for selling a dress. read more

Loved this place! It's so cute and located in Old Town Spring. First store I went to and I'm glad I didn't waste time going to any other. I found my dress, and it was a dress I would've never even cared to try on. Thanks to Gaby for choosing the dress. I would've never gone for this style. Price was more than affordable. From the moment I walked into the shop I was treated with so much kindness and grace. I had my son 4 months ago and haven't felt good in anything I've worn since then. Kelsey was so kind and understanding about dealing with a postpartum body. She listened to everything I said and took all of my critiques about the dresses and my body and was able to find my dream dress. She hyped my up for my ENTIRE appt! even with my baby screaming, she never rushed me or made me feel like I didn't belong there. All the girls at the shop were incredible when it came to be brining my baby with me. I finally got to have a moment to myself that was all mine.
