I opted for water as my grandson did and his fiancé order a glass of white wine. It was Sauvignon Blanc, and she found very satisfying. For an appetizer, we shared a truffle pizza. It was a different flavor that I never had before, but very tasty. For entrees they ordered a sliced steak and chicken parm. I went for the seared duck with mushroom gravy. I never had duck served this way. I really really enjoyed it. No one wanted a dessert so my grandson ordered espresso and I ordered a cappuccino. The waitress brought us thin slices of powdered sugar biscotti as a compliment. The ambience is quiet and cozy and dimly lit with an electric light on each table. On the menu it mentions like this restaurant is a sister location of Cafe Alia, also in Scarsdale. This was an excellent choice for Thursday night. You won't be disappointed.Sal E. New Rochelle

I've been coming here since they opened a couple of years ago. The menu has changed from a tapas…read morestyle and meal place to more of an entree style trattoria. The service is always stellar with a good wine menu. The ambiance is peaceful and cozy always with the Garth Road locals who are such wonderful people. But I actually came here twice this week because of their personal pizzas. The manager told me to try it and I fell in love with it, in addition to their mouth watering paella. I even stopped by there yesterday just to have a couple of glasses of wine. Knowing myself, I'll be back there this weekend or next week.

We were given the option of sitting inside or outside in the beer garden and chose outside. Our server was very knowledgeable about the beers and menu items and the food was great. Mid meal the manager Patti came out to greet us and asked about our meal and was very welcoming and friendly. She also came by after our meal to see how everything was. Overall GREAT FIND. highly recommend.

The water was served without ice and it was a bit warm outside. Cocktails are between $12-$14 each but are a good strength. We ordered the Curried Veggies, Fish & Chips, and the Asian Glazed Salmon. All were quite good but nothing to write home about. Portions were a good size, all three of us had enough to take home but we weren't particularly hungry to begin with. Food came within 20 minutes but our waters were never refilled... not the end of the world because I was the only one at my table who needed a refill. The location would be a little difficult to find, but there are plenty of signs to lead the way. You can see the Hudson from the street outside, and it's maybe a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. Street parking only.

As always, I often order a plain slice and a Sicilian slice with a Diet Coke. The regular slice was crunchy and firm with a perfect consistency of cheese and sauce. The gentleman behind the counter was so friendly. He told me, "I have a fresh Sicilian pie coming out of the oven. Eat this slice first and I'll bring you your fresh Sicilian." I devoured the tasty slice and couldn't resist waiting for the Sicilian. He brought the Sicilian to me and it was worth the wait. Both slices had the perfect blend and balance of cheese and delicious sauce. Now this place has about 3-4 booths and a few tables. They also sell beer and wine if you feel like having them with your other Italian dishes. I'll definitely stop by again soon to sample some of their other pizza dishes. In addition to their delicious pizza, I felt as though I was at home with family.

Came with roasted potatoes plus a huge side of pasta and delicious garlic knots. Incredible value and high quality! Got the rigatoni burrata which was a vodka sauce and absolute perfection! Also a huge portion. So delicious. I would absolutely recommend the pasta and entrees here. The Italian man who works here is also so sweet and friendly - it's a pleasure to visit him.
