Love this Urgent Care. I think what so many other Urgent Cares have forgotten is the word "urgent."…read moreIf you have to wait for hours to see the doctor it's not urgent care. I made an appointment for 11 and was called at 11:05. Not only that, my father came with me at the last minute so he was a walk in. But, he got right in by 11:15. All the women we interacted with were very friendly and very professional! Only little thing was my father's prescription went to the CVS we wanted next door, but mine somehow ended up in Eastchester. No big deal and I'm not knocking any points off because everything else was so smooth and fast!

The care you will receive is low quality (mostly freshly on-boarded nurse-practitioners who hardly know their script), the costs you will face are ridiculously high - 700 USD per consultation for those very same very green nurse practitioners) - while being told that you should really join Dr Lee s 15.000 USD concierge or membership programs to get the full attention of the doctor...thanks, but definitely no thanks! There are many great doctors and practices out there - and she is not even in any way a reputable. It s just a waste of time and money. Very annoying experience!

I feel that both Dr's Lee understand me and how my body reacts to medicines. As a result, I am a huge believer in the care I have received. They monitor me for my Thyroid and also monitor my Medical Cannabis (without which I would literally not be able to type this). They keep track of multiple blood markers and as a result I have bene able to fine tune my blood chemistry using some of their supplements and vitamins. If you are looking for a Doctor to prescribe you endless medications then lookk elsewhere. If you want a true holistic Doctor who will take the time to understand your needs and your body and help you maximize your body naturally then this is the right place.

1-Star Review I took my 93-year-old mother to see Dr…read more Jeanette Yuen at Scarsdale Medical Group, and it was one of the most unprofessional medical visits we've ever had. My mother doesn't speak English well, so I helped translate. We explained her internist needed clearance from a cardiologist to restart blood pressure medication, which had previously been stopped during a hospital stay. Dr. Yuen didn't bother reviewing any of my mother's recent tests or consulting her family doctor. Instead, she demanded a repeat EKG and blood work and refused to help when my mother expressed concern over insurance coverage and test duplication. When I asked if she would speak with the internist or provide the necessary clearance, Dr. Yuen said, "Your mother refused testing," and walked out. Moments later, she called security--on a 93-year-old woman with limited English who had done nothing wrong. It was shocking, cold, and completely lacking in compassion. She showed no interest in helping and seemed focused on rushing to the next patient. I left feeling like this was all about billing, not care. I would never recommend Dr. Yuen or Scarsdale Medical Group. Our elders deserve far better.

On Saturday morning I woke with a weird throbbing sensation in index finger. I realized a little…read morepaper cut had become inflamed and suddenly I wasn't sure if this a was serious problem. My wife suggested going over to Scarsdale Medical, where you don't need an appointment .i drove over and in less than two minutes of waiting, I was ushered into an examination room. Five minutes later Dr.Rodriguez had examined me and assured me that once I took her prescribed antibiotics, I'd be fine! I paid my $15 copay and left feeling great! I wrote the review about two years ago but I wanted to write an updated one. Last night I called the office after they had closed and described a new medical issue that freaked me out( I'll spare you the details). I spoke to the receptionist on call who assured me I'd hear from the doctor on call within 20 minutes. I was skeptical but within 15 minutes, Dr. Adler called and reassured me but suggested I drop into their Heathcote office on Saturday morning to see a doctor. Scarsdale Medical has walk in hours on Saturday and Sunday, no appointments are necessary. I showed up at 7:55, and while their hours are 8am-5pm, their office was open and within 10 minutes, I was seen by Dr. Sarah Van Wagner. Dr. Wagner took my vitals, examined me and within another 20 minutes I walked out of their office with a smile on my face, feeling great. I think it's pretty amazing to be able to get such amazing medical treatment from such a dedicated team of professionals. I've been a patient of Scarsdale Medical for over 20 years and I have been consistently impressed with their empathetic and dedication to their patients!

She appeared very knowledgeable, kind and patient. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it is a hassle to schedule an appointment over the phone, at least until you reach a live person. I just came home from my 8 am appointment and realized I forgot to give them my new insurance information. I called the office,it was 9:06 am, and the voice recording was telling me that 'the office is currently closed, please call back during the open hours 9 am to 5 pm', which didn't make any sense, I knew for a fact the office was not closed.
