We've seen a few different doctors (sometimes we aren't able to see his PCP) and everyone is very knowledge, cordial and kind. The nurses are all great and attempt to calm my son down who get a a bit nervous as he's only 2.5 (he started seeing his doctor at 18 months when we moved to NYC). At times during afternoon visits when they're busier the wait time can be a little long but that's fine. We are patient and things work out.

I have a lot of medical issues and in the past 5 years, have been to more doctors than I can count…read more So I am really confidant in saying this: Dr. George Falk is the BEST doctor I've ever had. My entire family goes to him now and everyone is happy! He's VERY thorough, very careful and methodical, exactly what you want from a doctor. Even with the routine stuff that I bet he's done a jillion times, I notice him checking labels and making sure stuff is correct before starting. His bedside manner is great, very kind, understanding, and you never feel rushed during the appointment. He asks several times if you have any questions or things he needs to know. He's the first doctor to also tell me to forward results from my dermatologist to him so that he stays in the loop. I feel he really cares about getting the whole picture, when it comes to my health. The staff is great too - kind yet straight to the point, they seem very familiar with their jobs. I really appreciate that the receptionist gave me a rundown of how HMOs work when I showed her my card (about seeking referrals), because no other office has every taken the initiative to educate patients like that in my experience. Wait times are short, the office is cozy. There's a blood lab literally the next building down, so doing your whole annual exam is really convenient (and its in my network!) I have had no trouble calling them on the phone for referrals to specialists, or getting results back. Can't recommend him enough, absolutely the best doctor ever. I seriously wish more doctors were even a fifth as caring and careful as he is, Dr. Falk is doing it right.

Dr. Abroon has all the qualities that are important to me in building a healthy doctor/patient relationship! At the top of my list is that Dr. Abroon is a good listener. He never rushes my appointment and always addresses my concerns, thoughts, opinions and viewpoint. For example, Dr. Abroon will take the time to read an article I clipped from a health newsletter on a subject I felt was pertinent to my care. Dr. Abroon is very knowledgeable, concerned for my well-being, will make referrals when necessary and follow up on my reports. Dr. Abroon is empathetic, compassionate and caring. The staff is always cheerful, efficient and polite. There are times I forget to mention something at my appointment and get upset with myself. But, I feel comfortable calling the office when I get home. I know that Dr. Abroon will return my call and with his calming voice say, "Alice, how are you? How can I help you?" These are the qualities that are important to me!

At the actual appointment, my daughter was asked to sign a waiver -- without it being explained to her -- that removed our ability to submit an international insurance claim. When I raised this, the office gave vague, shifting explanations for why they wouldn't support an international claim, despite the fact that we'd already paid Dr. Abroon directly, so there was no financial risk to the practice either way. After reading other reviews describing billing issues -- including patients alleging they were charged both directly and through insurance for the same services -- this pattern is concerning. I'd recommend other patients read the waiver carefully before signing and clarify insurance handling in writing before booking

This is a terrible waste of my time!! A routine dental cleaning should not have taken up my entire morning, and yet it has. I have had this experience one too many times here and I am the foolish one that continues to come back because I am hopeful that you will get it together one day. Frankly, this location is convenient for me because it is walking distance from my house. Even so, I dread coming here because my experience is always the same. If you cannot keep your appointments, don't give them, simple. Stop wasting your patients' time, energy and patience. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I have been a patient of Dr Lusky since 2005. He was always professional, welcoming and friendly to…read moreme. Wilson who worked as the front desk receptionist was always pleasant and accompanying when it came to scheduling appointments and retrieving test results. Also notable was Cheri, who helped out up front as well for the care of patients in the back. That all being said, the overall office's professionalism and utmost care of patients has drastically changed for the worse with the new additional staff that was brought in. I was unknowingly assigned to Dr Pulcheri. She seemed professional at first but had many issues from prescriptions not being filled correctly when requested, to months of unavailability to see me and falsifying medical records from teladoc calls. I tried my best to accommodate her derelict of job duties but to no success. I even tried to get the new receptionist Natalie, who was hired after Wilson, to help facilitate my health needs. At first it seemed like she could handle the fast paced and demanding position of answering phones. but that was short lived. She quickly became unprofessional and contentious on the phone. She would over talk me, cut me off in mid speech and wouldn't relay my messages to Dr Pulcheri. This went on for the past year. I had to ultimately make the hard decision to leave the East Medical Practice. No ill will towards Dr Lusky or others at the practice not mentioned in my review. I just can't continue arguing with an unsuited receptionist and a doctor who seems more concerned about her travel plans and personal obligations ( as she would tell me when I visited ) than of her patients, leaving them with no medical care or alternative support.

Me staying w/him as my doc for 10 years speaks volumes. Dr. Goodman is a kind, calm and very professional physician w/excellent bedside manner & great knowledge. Like an another reviewer said, he's that 'old fashioned' kind of doc that has no 'God complex' that a lot of docs have, and patient care is his #1 concern and he encourages you to ask as many questions as you want & he will happily explain. When I didn't have insurance, he was VERY accommodating with his cash fees. Yes the wait is usually long (about 1 hour), but Dr. Goodman is SO WORTH IT. I can't recommend him enough. : )
