She never pressured me while I was still considering whether to get an interior designer or not, and she was very upfront about her costs and services. She made the whole process really comfortable. When Ammie came to see the space, she had an eye for making the house a home. She immediately knew to recommend adding a kitchen island. This was something I was actually going back and forth on for a really long time, and I had so many people telling me not to do it and how it would look weird or there wouldn't be enough space in the kitchen, etc. After renovations, I'm so glad we got an island because it's functional and it really elevates the space, I love it. All her measurements and recommendations are spot on. Ammie took a lot of stress and weight off my shoulders because I knew whatever she recommended was in my best interest and aesthetic. I also asked so many questions and she was always prompt to answer. 10/10 recommend working with Ammie on your next design project. Thank you Ammie! :)

Vyanca has an outstanding eye for color, texture, and layout, creating spaces that are not only exquisite, but also functional and perfectly tailored to our needs, desires, and life style. Vyanca is an incredible visionary and wise beyond her years. Vyanca envisions concepts that "mere mortals" can't even conceive. To say she is cutting edge and revolutionary, doesn't even begin to describe her extraordinary talents and mind's eye. Additionally, Vyanca is incredibly well connected! All of her vendors and her contacts speak so highly of her, as do her previous clients! Vyanca continually makes pilgrimage to Europe to bring back the latest and most cutting edge products, ideas and materials. Every decision made serves a specific goal, and is very intentional. Vyanca ensures that form follows function (a concept we learned from her). Throughout the entire process, Vyanca was attentive to our needs, requests, desires (and in some cases our wild dreams). She was organized, paid great attention to every detail, and was genuinely passionate about delivering the best possible results and products. We were able to work with Vyanka using one of her virtual design packages. This works well if you have experience with past renovation projects and can project manage the implementation of the design. Or you can get a package where Vyanka and team will manage all the details. After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath. Vyanka's style is elegant and modern. But she can help you with any design option that you are looking for. We wanted a Spa like atmosphere and the pictures speak for themselves. During the construction process, Vyanka was very responsive in providing details like how the tile should be laid out or helping with details like tile trim. I finally found the best contractor and just had an amazing experience building an 880sqft ADU. From the first day I discussed the project with Sergio the owner, I felt a sense of ease and trust. Segio is a standup guy and a solid business owner. He has excellent knowledge of all types of remodels and new construction. The proposal was clear and straightforward. His estimate was fair and competitive. Also, there were no change-orders for the project. Sergio hates change-orders just as much as we all do. I chose to add a few things throughout the project and his charges were more than fair. He even did some extra things at no charge. As far as the craftsmanship, the team at OSH is excellent from the crew that built the foundation to the plumbing, electrical, drywall, finishes and painting. OSH has a good size team and self performs almost everything, which gives you peace of mind and better control over timing, budget and quality. Now here is the icing on the cake, OSH Construction completed the job ahead of schedule. Sergio provided a schedule that was already very aggressive. I honestly didn't think it is even possible. The entire house was built in less than 5 months. They were often waiting on us to make decisions and select finishes. They are so fast and efficient while providing the best quality craftsmanship. If you hire OSH Construction, have all your ducks in a row and you will have your remodel completed in no time. I highly recommend OSH Construction and Sergio in particular as a contractor. You will rarely find someone like him these days. A man of his word, who cares about his clients, his employees and does the right thing all the time.
