FFC installed $7000 worth of fencing in April of 2021. Now it's November and both of the 10' gates are sagging.. Called and spoke with Joe and he basically said we were on our own.. Blamed it on our 19 and 23 year old kids that have never touched the gates as they are off at college. FFC does not stand behind their shotty work. I would never use them again. read more

I have written a negative review and an update but for some reason the update appears as not recommended and the initial review has disappeared. I know YELP claims that businesses can't pay to have reviews removed. And I have no doubt that vulgar or obscene language will not appear, rightfully so. I stand by my review, the work crew was cordial and did a good job. Customer service and communications with customers on the other hand is horrendous. read more

I've done business with Ffc a couple of times over the past 7 years. I continue to purchase and recommend their products because I appreciate the quality and longevity of the items I purchase and install. While the big box stores have lower cost fence options, the quality is not any where near the quality and lifespan of Ffc products. I purchased and installed a hand railing for my front porch 7 years ago. Two years ago I added brick pillars to my porch posts and the length of each section of railing needed to be shortened by about 8" to fit between the new pillars. The railing was still in great shape, I was able to disassemble, cut and reassemble the railing without any cracking or evidence of brittleness. The railing looks as good as the day I purchased it and it is sturdy enough to actually function as a hand rail for my porch steps. So much of this type of product is not designed to take the weight of an elderly person, or survive the weather in Indiana. Last summer I installed a privacy fence for a customer and I found the style that my customer selected from Ffc to be of the same high quality material as what I have at home, so I have no concerns that the color will fade or the fence will sag. The products that Ffc sells are far superior to other retail products and I will only install their fencing for my customers. Since I install my own products I cannot speak for their customer service, but my orders have always been handled efficiently and arrived when promised. The sales people seem to have a good handle on the products they sell and are well informed about shipment arrival. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is I wish I could buy the stuff a little cheaper. Because of the quality, I keep coming back. read more
