I reached out to them and they said it wasn't their problem and that I would have to pay to have it fixed. I went to another company who confirmed that the fence posts are the wrong length which is why the fence wobbles so much and they didn't use cedar which is why bugs are eating the fence already. All of the reviews of this company were good but they hired a local contractor to put the fence and nobody from the company ever actually came to inspect the work that was completed. I dont think this company actually cares for their customers or have any pride in the work that is being done in their name.

For $15k cash you think this guy would put more care and effort and craftsmanship, or at the very least use decent material. 3 months later and the fence is literally falling apart. And he refuses to fix his work even though he swears to warranty his work, he does not. This clown is an absolute scam artist. Certified fence and deck ? More like certified scam artist. Extremely disappointed with our experience with Certified Fence & Deck. We paid top dollar prices…read moreexpecting quality craftsmanship and materials, but unfortunately, the work did not come close to matching the price. The gate door and posts are leaning and uneven, and the gate that was installed was such poor quality that we ultimately had to pay another $500 to have someone else install a proper gate. That is an additional expense we should never have had to pay after already paying a premium price for a fence. The fence was also only given one coat of paint, and it is very noticeable. A second coat should have been applied, and the installer knew that. The finish is uneven and does not look like the quality of work you would expect from a company charging what they charge. We also discovered that the wrong type of nails were used, which is extremely concerning because it can affect the longevity of the fence. When you're paying top dollar for a fence, you shouldn't have to worry about whether the proper materials and installation methods were used. The biggest issue, however, is the warranty. They claim to stand behind their work, but when we brought these problems to their attention, they did not stand behind the work the way we expected them to. At this point, we've paid premium pricing, been left with poor craftsmanship and questionable material choices, and then had to spend another $500 out of pocket to correct part of the work. If you were considering them, DON'T! I strongly recommend asking exactly what materials will be used, and getting very clear information about what their warranty actually covers. For the amount of money we paid, we expected a fence that was straight, level, properly constructed, properly painted, and built to last. That is not what we received. I'd give them zero stars if I could
