The car only needed some minor parts to make it a 100% which Joe took care of. Also, the check engine light came on shortly after we officially bought the car and were driving it home. Joe took care of that too replacing two O2 sensors. Honestly, these guys are top notch. They pick up quality low mile vehicles from Philly to sell up here where the car selection is much poorer and provide customer service that is over and beyond. They even offered to install a dvd system and rear view back up camera for us that we bought on Amazon! After which he then went a head to tell me I don't have to take the service if I don't want it. Once he got to the standing and voice increased I walked away because I work in a world where customer service is valued and appreciated. The car was missing rear seat headrests and they promised to order them and ship them to me, I wasn't sure that it would actually happen, but they were good to their word. This was the best experience I've ever had at a used car dealer, and I'll be back when I'm in the market for a used car and will recommend them to friends and family.
