I…read moreinitially was going to replace them with the same Michelin MXM 4's since I had good luck with the ones I had--They were 2 years old with over 45,000 miles on them. Tom suggested another brand (Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady) and said they were even better than the Michelins (at around the same price point). So I did some research and decided to go with the Goodyears and so far so good. Tires came with lifetime free rotation, balance, tire repair, 50% off oil changes and a few other perks. I had an appointment for 3 pm on a Thursday and when I arrived a little sooner than expected, they took it right in. I waited maybe 90 minutes for tires and an alignment. Service was great and Tom was very helpful and has a wonderful personality. I'll be back.

I found myself getting new tires yearly...it was clear the tire rotations were being incorrectly done as well as my alignment that was absolutely uneven. The last few times I have used this place I have only had issues. I have also found places with cheaper prices for the same services ( oil change, tire rotation, alignment). I do not recommend.

Let me say this was one of the worst experiences I have had dealing with an auto repair company. I understand this is located in NEPA, but there's no need to be so condescending to women. I was treated with disrespect, was patronized, and was made fun of in front of their colleagues by a man with dirt under his fingernails. He went so far as to say "maybe you can check the local Jaguar dealerships". He and I both know there's no Jaguar dealership in Luzerne County. But he thought it was a nice joke to make in front of his colleagues. I'm a professional and I treat people with respect. But the things he said to me were so ridiculous and overtly condescending that even my boyfriend privately said that he heard exactly what upset me. I refused to accept the charges that were given to me and their 'scare tactics'. My boyfriend agreed to pay for the fees because I knew I was being ripped off and after being treated with such blatent misogyny, I couldn't in good faith give my money to this company. I refused to even go in to pick up my car. I have never been treated this poorly by a group of men in my life. That is saying a lot. Trust me, if you are a woman, you do not want to deal with this group. But if they treat women this poorly, I am sure they treat men this poorly too.
