I was greeted with a warm smile and felt welcomed instantly by one of their associates, Kana. I'd mentioned to her that I'd drifted from wearing makeup on a regular basis, and was in search of more natural products for easing back into the routine. Kana was incredibly knowledgeable about W3LL PEOPLE history, products and application. Her customer service was outstanding, and after she spent nearly a half hour with me, finding the correct shades, applying products to my skin, etc., I felt I'd been transformed! I'm so grateful for her time and expertise! Unfortunately, I realized my gift card can only be used for online products. I left the store confident in what to purchase and feeling incredibly cared for. I returned home and placed my online order immediately. I wish Kana could have received the credit for her exceptional service today. She was lovely!

I made my appt roughly 10 days in advance. I was sent a confirmation text 2 "days" prior to my appt via the person's cell phone at nearly 10pm... I wake up at 3AM each day and didn't receive it that evening. I replied the next morning at an hour that wouldn't be TOO inconsiderate (7:30 am) with a compliment and what was going to be my confirmation...(seeming as how I'm aware that 3AM when I get up wouldn't be, despite the late hour I was sent the text... ) I am promptly replied to with "you never replied so gave away your appt. After about a week or so I went to use one of the two and when I removed the cap the plastic top was as broken off making it not useable. I figured I would use the other and exchange the broken one as soon as I was back in the area. I brought it back to the store to exchange and make an additional purchase. The young lady there asked me if I broke it with her many questions (did you drop it, did you drop my bag with the product inside it, how long ago did you buy it, are you sure it is broken...etc). This item clearly has a tag from this store and I showed her the broken part. I didn't ask for a return only an exchange for the same product in working condition even though I should have asked for a return but I was thinking an exchange would be fair even though in reality it's not fair to purchase a broken product and have to waste my time and money coming back to make it right. Finally she called someone else to see if they could exchange this and this lady said they could only exchange if it was clogged. I guess clogged overrides a broken item. It seems like common sense that a clogged bottle can be run under warm/hot water to be unclogged and the broken one can't be used at all. This makes me wonder how many times do people bring back clogged mousse purchases and if so, these products must be VERY old as I've never had a problem with mousse clogging. Hairspray, yes. Mousse, never. And I've had plenty of mousse products for years too long and they still never clogged. Any product that is purchased broken and not useable should be on the top of the exchange list if you expect to have repeat customers. This should be the best reason to exchange a product especially if you can clearly see it is broken and never used. I politely explained that this was not good for business and to let their manager or whoever is in charge know that this mistake on the stores part is costing them a lot more in the long run by losing repeat customers. The ladies then said, well it's been a really long time since you bought this and we only exchange the first 14 days. Clearly this went right over their heads. It seems they might be penalized in some form or fashion to not understand the simplest fix or really just don't care. Either way, don't waste your money here.

I took my teen daughter with me, who decided a while ago that she wanted to go FULL RED (she's a natural brunette with bleached blonde accents). They told her straight up that the bleached areas would be WAY more orange than her brunette areas which would be the coppery color she wanted, and she totally loved the idea. She walked out happy as a clam, her fiery hair on full display.
