This management company are the worst! They don't care about reading emails, responding to them or returning phone calls. They are also managing properties that their staff don't feel like driving to meet with new renters. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE ENTIRE CONTRACT. They are really just collecting rent for people, and this has been the worst experience with them blaming the owners for just about anything. They can't get the owners to do anything that needs to be done either. The property that I was living in got sold while I was living there and that was an entire shit show. A realtor just texted us out of nowhere and then people started touring our apartments without hearing anything from the rental company until all of the tenants started complaining. Michael Cintron was the worst! Didn't respond after a week or more of me emailing and calling. Then told me he was a realtor if I wanted helping finding a home. Isn't that a conflict if I am still renting from them and wanting to leave because this experience was so bad?! He also just tells you what you want to hear. I made sure to give the new owners a detailed account of the "service" they provided and recommended they never seek them out for services! Again, total shit show and I will never rent through them again!! read more

Fetch home management go fuck yourselves. We lived in a nice ish decent ish apartment that we loved. Before fetch took over our issues were taken care of but once fetch took over we had a ceiling leak over our kitchen that never stopped bc fetch will have a different "vendor" come out every other day and never approved the fix so for 8 months kitchen was not usable. Then bathroom was completely unusable bc the bathroom ceiling completely fell through and was pouring water they don't know what to do bc they don't know what's causing it. Fetch home management does not provide stable living at their propertie. read more

Poor communication. Will never call you back. Will never answer the phone. If you need help with anything, they will just tell you that they were in a meeting and they'll call you back later. They want $900 a month for apartments filled with bugs read more

A horrible property management company. I am a new tenant and this has been the WORST experience I have ever had in my life. Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism, unresponsive and failure in a management company. They fail to communicate, my calls go unanswered, my maintenance tickets get cancelled and the list goes on and on. Calls seem to disappear and end up in the lost valley of voicemails and they "never received any messages". The maintenance people never show, cancel tickets and when they finally show up they say they will be right back and never come back again. I don't know if this is a magician act or if I should contact the cops for a disappearance. Save yourself time and money it's not worth the stress. The only good thing I can say is that Cameron the receptionist is respectful and listens to all complaints but there is only so much she can do. I could go on and on but I don't have enough space on here and need my energy for my next battle Fetch Management. Run fast and far away from this "company". read more

Don't even get me started. Just a gentrifying price gouging landlord service that begs for application costs. The owner Zane and his Karen of a co-owner are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Told me one second the apartment is mine and then the next second told me I couldn't afford $900 in rent despite my income being enough. Extremely rude and dismissive regarding potential tenants unless you fit their cookie cutter mold and make 5x what the rent is. On top of that their communication is PURE TRASH. Don't fall for this company. They may have cute places to rent but it comes at a cost and is not worth the hassle. Choose anywhere else (except Home365/SlateHouse) you won't regret it. read more

I use to rent with this people at 239 union st Columbia pa , to begin with they take forever to fix anything that is bad with the apartment, You call and call and they don't answer, I told them I have a emergency and needed maintenace right away and it took them a month to get it fixed. second off all I told them that I needed to move out of state because of my mom and they charge me a arm and a leg and they threatened to take me to court. they took all of my security deposit and still charging me with 392dollars . they charged me with someone else's trash and not only me but every resident when it was the contractor that left the trash there. so please do not waste your money with this company, they are no good at all. not professional at all. read more

I filled out an application a few weeks ago with my wife.We had to pay for two applications for the same rental. We viewed the apartment and decided to proceed with the process. I called and left several messages to speak to a property manager regarding the status of our application. In addition , I also sent several emails without a responses. Don't use or fill out any applications regarding Fetch Home Management. They take your application fee and DO NOT CONTACT you back for your application status. This is a very bad business practice. After this post, I am calling my credit card company to reverse the charges on my credit card. read more

Unprofessional they do as they please without notifying tenants it's like playing a game of phone tag with them sadly.

Sent several emails and now one answers there. My apt is very small and I am being charged $700. Now they are charging me $75 a month for water and in the 18 years I have lived here I never paid for water and it wasn't in my lease. I asked for a bill so I could get assistance they have ignored me. When they changed over I never received or signed a new lease. Not happy!!! read more

Want to experience the eviction court process? I never thought I would be able to on $5, but sure enough, without going through the legal process my lease and their website states, they follow, on Jan 22, 2022 I receive an Eviction Hearing date for 1/31 and under notices it is marked "no notice required." Which I am confused because my lease under Terms line 9 states I must receive notification before an attempt to terminate tenanacy. I start calling. texting and emailing right then. On Tues. the "receptionist" from their UPS store office texts that Ms Miller would like to speak on Wendesday regading my eviction. What she didn't tell me was it was a script read with direction notes not a discussion. I was to sit down and let her do all the talking. "I will take care of everything It is so fast, you don't even need legal representation." I did need to bring the court filing fees though. Since this company bills themself as top rated in Lancaster, my attorney wanted to see this company in action! So the script changed a little when he came into the court room. Now, somehow my past due balance jumped over $500 and when I presented my statement she stated delayed access to that updated information. I'm supposed to let her do the talking but according to my email documentation we discussed the amount early in the week. Before I could say something, the judge said "in 23 years on the bench this is the most ridiculous case ever brought before me this case is dismissed." As I paid my Feb rent, I sent her a little note just stating that due to her system being delayed I wanted to share with my rent payment receipt." What I considered a thoughtful gesture received a email "i will not tolerate any further personal attacks. Do not message unless it is regarding rent." Well, after being released from a long stay in LGH due to covid-19 pneumonia and complications with my congestive heart failure, I emailed about the delay processing my leave of absence pay. And then I emailed every time a payment was submitted. Never knew there was an issue until Eviction hearing received. But hey, that works for me, next time I have to print out emails i didn't receive a response, I can use the 100 pages I took for this eviction hearing again! Funds running low but interested in the legal process? NO MATTER HOW LITTLE YOU HAVE Fetch can make that happen, oh and that little amount, yeah, they want that too, oh and a late fee double the national average, they want that too, problem with your check sent for payment because the information on the site and their checking cashing process is different, yeah, the are gonna want that back plus another $25. They know the process listed is different, but you are dealing with the TOP RATED IN LANCASTER! Master class service comes with a price! read more

It's important to understand that this review I'm posting is based on an experience i had with them in my search for a rental property. Using another format (zillow in this case) I found a property that appealed to myself and my girlfriend. And while this review is not a reflection of their properties they offer, this is a reflection of I feel, they do business. We requested to view the property within 1 hour of its posting on zillow by this company, and within a timely manner, an automated service scheduled us for a viewing, with a person from fetch. Much to our surprise, he had a total of 15 (not only did this person tell us this number, we saw this as we all tried to view this place) interested parties all in this one bedroom property. We came fully prepared to begin the process to rent. We asked the person how to proceed, and it was in that moment I realized what was going on here. He explained there were already 3 interested parties that had previously applied, awaiting to go through a selection process, upon which, he a vaguely explained. This provides a very clear understanding of how this property management works, and where their priorities are in terms of business. Being well versed in psychology, business and marketing techniques, I immediately took note of the their exploitation of fear to generate money and business. When people feel rushed, or afraid that they might miss out on something they really want, they become easily influenced to spend additional money to protect or secure what they want, when in reality, the business cares not for their clients, but rather their ability to make more money. I decided to turn my back on their property (which I liked) as doing business with a property manager who clearly cares to generate money off the fears of its clients is not the type of property manager I want, especially if issues arise, as they always do in life. Stay away from them if you don't want to be involved in scummy marketing techniques. Personally, I choose to give my (earned) money to a business who values my time as much as I do. read more

Renting from Fetch was a horrible experience that caused my family a great deal of stress. There were numerous red flags from the first day - heating system had been changed over to electric after we signed the lease and we were not informed and only discovered it at move-in; at which time we noticed multiple broken/missing things, apartment was dirty, neighbors were outside cussing at maintenance staff. We proceeded to move in as the old lease had ended and all of our belongings were already packed in the uhaul. Things only got worse from there. Work orders were closed on several occasions without the issue being fixed. We had to pay out of pocket to have internet installed after the wire had been cut prior to move-in. The tenants below were routinely using drugs and causing scary disturbances (Fetch knew about these problem tenants and moved us, including my 5 year old child, in anyway). We were later horrified to discover the same tenants gave us bedbugs (which we ended up paying to treat). We began asking for help with a heating issue in November (work order closed without fix, subsequent texts, calls emails ignored), we were unable to get the heat in our apartment over 60 degrees for a month until finally the pipes froze. Had to spend Christmas eve at a friend's house because it was so cold in our apartment, and ended up having to call the city to get help. Days later our pipes burst and we called the emergency line, opened a work order, and texted our PM, Zane and the maintenance scheduler - all of which were ignored. Water continued to spray on our belongings from the burst pipe for 2 hours until another call the city had to be made to get help. We went roughly 6 days without hot water after that. After months of issues, mounting stress and out-of-pocket expenses we finally made the decision to break our lease early as things showed no sign of improvement, they kept our security deposit and charged us for rent beyond our move-out date as a consequence. They never acknowledged their faults and it left us feeling completely used, stressed, ignored, frustrated and sad. I know they will get on here and dispute/offer excuses for what we went through but the fact is that it is inexcusable. I write this review in hopes of helping others avoid what we experienced. read more
