I received an alert that it had been delivered along with a photo. It was delivered to the wrong house. Or course the customer service rep offered either a refund or replacement, that would probably take a week to receive. My cats needed the food this week. I tried their auto ship service because it was a few dollars cheaper. But it's not worth the headache. I will be returning to Chewy. I have never had any issues with their auto ship service.

The girl who helped me had tons of information on the variety of cat food available and she she made great suggestions. They even opened the doors for us as we walked in the store and I witnessed them helping someone with a larger purchase to their car! If I lived in this area, I wouldn't shop at another pet store.
