My experience was great! I had called 40 minutes prior to see availability and came in at 4:40. I was attended to really quickly and spent more time picking a nail color. I had come in for a pedicure. Everything in the salon is adjusted to the the Covid-19 pandemic. The staff wears there mask. There are dividers in the pedicure seats and in the manicure locations. They even have the test results of all the staff pinned at the manicure stations. Maria attended me and when I tell you she's nice and quick I mean it. She cleaned my toes and all the skin thoroughly and painted my nails with precision. I came in not knowing if I was going to do a manicure because I was indecisive but I have no regrets. I love the experience and will definitely be coming back. I read some of the reviews before posting this and I did see that some people made comments about the workers not knowing English that well. I wanted a quick manicure and pedicure so I came here. The man at the front desk asked me to write my name on a pad and that the wait would be 30 mins. The place is very antiquated and like another reviewer said, there are a lot of religious decorations in the salon. After an hour wait I was called to the pedicure chair. After I sat down and my feet were soaking, the lady that was going to do my pedicure tells me "voy a comer, es mi hora de lunch" ("This is my lunch time, I'm going to eat"). Honestly, I was shocked. I waited 20 minutes for her to eat and come back to start on my pedicure. The woman was on the phone while during my pedicure. Again, unheard of. I had to tell her to please pay attention because she was hurting me. The same woman did my manicure. She noticed one of my nails was broken and she added some type of glue (similar to crazy glue) and it was all over my finger. The woman's own finger was sticking to my own. She saw I was annoyed and the said "It's fine, it comes off, it's not gonna be there all your life." Everything about this place was unprofessional. The workers were loud, laughing, gossiping in Spanish about the the other workers (even though they knew I understood Spanish). I will never come back to this place. read more

I was welcomed by the lady at the first desk she asked me what I wanted, repeated the service (gel pedicure) and told me to pick a color! I sat for 20 minutes because everyone was busy ( not a big deal). I noticed one of seats were about to be freed up so I made sure I was ready. The nail tech walked passed me and went to another customer that was clearly after me, she came in 10 minutes after I did! They didn't make appointments she was a walk-in as well ( I know that because they didn't make any appointments) After complaining about skipping me the same lady whom greeted me disappeared to the back and then came out to tell me someone was going to run my water! I don't even know who she was referring too I've been sitting there for 20 minutes and never saw an extra set of hands to help! So now they were giving me a mystery lady in the back and the girl that came after me already started to get her pedicure!!! Im very particular with my eyebrow waxing, and i explained how i liked my brows and how so many places mess them up, Bee was patient and did exactly what i wanted. She's got a client for life! First and last time there. I live upstairs and though I'd give it a try. Definitely not going back there. The bag with all the nail utensils, she opened it as if it was brand new, yet they all had rust on them. When she tried to clip around my nail, it wouldn't so she pulled on it. Do NOT go here! Apparently nail tech's here can make up their own price and charge you what they deem fit. Do not get serviced by the male nail tech that sits in the first table he will literally give you attitude for requesting anything other than simple color and will only do what he thinks is best for you. He will argue with you even if you want regular nail polish and not gel. This guy needs to learn what customer service means. read more

As a first time customer, one would think that the service would be good. Wrong!!!!! A co-worker and I walked in, the young lady asked what we wanted my co-worker replied "I have an appointment at 12 and I want a manicure and pedicure." The young lady said pick out a color and it will be a few minutes. She then asked me the same question, my response was only a pedicure. She advised us to both pick a color and the wait would be a few minutes. My co-worker was seen, as I still waited, when a spot opened up I made my way to the back. But was told that the women ahead of me signed in the book, left but came back so she goes ahead of me. Really??? Keep in mind at no time did they mention that I had to sign in a book. No apology or nothing and to think this place was recommended because they were so-called "Fast" and you could go during your lunch hour. What a crock of crap.
