I am super picky with both my nails and eyebrows but whenever I'm here, I don't ever have that nervous pit feeling in my stomach because I know I am in good hands. Number one thing for me when getting my nails done is cuticles. You can a bad paint job just please make sure to get my cuticles nice and clean, they do just that here. With my eyebrows, I have a rather full pair of eyebrows so any wrong little hair that is removed, I can tell because not only do I have full eyebrows but they are thick too. Juliana, the eyebrow lady there, she always designs my eyebrows nicely. Never removes too much and really takes her time in making sure they are symmetrical. In the past, I got my eyebrows done at a chinese salon and they never took time and gave some tlc to my eyebrows, it was just, 1, 2, 3, done, off you go. Juliana actually fixed the mess they made on my eyebrows because when I came in they were not symmetrical. After two waxes, my eyebrows are now perfect pairs. Now onto the brasilian wax. Let me tell you, I was peeing my pants basically because of how nervous I was of the pain I'd be experiencing while getting this done, but as we always say, beauty is pain. News flash, with Nadia, beauty is not pain, it is pain free actually. Nadia has the lightest and FASTEST hands in the world. Pressed on time and still need a wax? Come to Nadia's salon, she will get everything done in 15 minutes and when you leave, don't worry you will not be left burn or with patches. She has been doing this for years, both in Brasil and here in the states so you know she's set with those skills. I drive out of my way just to go to Nadia for my brasilian wax. Cheaper than European wax center, and a much better and cleaner job.

I specifically booked a Botox treatment with Zoila, the owner of the salon, since her name was listed among other stylists in the booking app. However, when I arrived, although she greeted me and explained the different treatments, she did not actually perform the service. Instead, someone else with less experience handled it, and I could tell because they kept asking Zoila questions during the process. For the price of $447, I expected the service to be done by the professional I booked with, especially the salon owner. The final disappointment came with the haircut -- I requested a butterfly cut, which Zoila herself did, and unfortunately the results speak for themselves (see attached photos for transparency). Overall, I left feeling let down and frustrated. When you pay a premium price, you should receive the experience and expertise you booked for.

I talked to their representative (Mommé was her name), she was very respectful and had a lot of knowledge about the hair and the quality. I asked her if they had any bundle package deals (usually people who sell weave do) and she let me know that they in fact did not have any deals going on at that time. However, she did inform me of special they were having on their Indian Hair. She allowed me to touch the hair and the quality was amazing. I then told her to take my information down and that I would be back on Friday. She quoted me a price and wrote it down and kept it by the desk for any employee who may be here when I came back to see. I made Another appearance at their establishment two days later to ensure that Mommé did not forget me, a man was in the store this time . I inquired on Mommé's whereabouts and he then informed me that she had in fact stepped out and would not be back that day . However, the paper that she did write with my information was still at the counter. I informed the man that the person on the paper was in fact me and I would be back on Friday. Now when I asked Mommé what time they opened she told me 10am . I returned on Friday at around 12:15pm, no one was there. The Gate was open, the door was locked and no one was inside. I waited approximately 1hour before called to inquire about the sale I was going to make . He then told me that Mommé did not work there any more and they where NOT going to honor the price she had wrote down on the paper, they were NOT going to call her and verify how she acquired the price , and on top of that I ordered a lace closure and he then informed me that they don't sell those and they never have . (Oh and while we were on the phone people were in the background yelling and playing around; during a business day though?!) I then asked him if he could call the owner and verify this information he told me that she does not take calls during the daytime ( seriously?! And she's the owner of an establishment?) I then told him he should be ashamed of himself especially working at this establishment with such horrible customer service, lack of knowledge and hostility. This has been the worst experience I've ever had…read more Yesterday I went to get an underarm wax, and the person who did it was not professional at all she didn't even know what she was doing. She burned my underarms, and now I have to use an antibiotic to relieve the pain and burning. This had never happened to me before. When I tried to tell her that something was wrong and bothering me, her response was, "It'll go away in 5 minutes." I could clearly see my skin was getting irritated. She didn't even use baby powder, which is usually applied before waxing, and I believe the wax temperature was way too hot, which caused the burns. Terrible service, I will never go back. I'm writing this review so that people can be careful about where they go to get a wax.
