They poured concrete (where our outdoor kitchen will go), laid turf and did a super cute walkway from the back to the side yard. They extended our drip line so I could plant on the back and opposite side yard. They guided us the whole way, from gopher wire, to rocks, to weed barrier. We brought ARC in to help us develop a strategy to mitigate moisture intrusion into our garage and improve overall drainage around the property. The scope included tying our downspouts directly into new drains, excavating four feet of soil from a planter opposite the garage wall and waterproofing it, and improving site drainage throughout. In addition, they installed new irrigation valves and valve boxes, drip irrigation, and a Rachio controller. They also finished the project with weed fabric and decorative rock, which really cleaned up the look of the space. ARC was easy to work with, responsive to requested changes, and professional throughout the process. While the long-term moisture performance will take more time to fully evaluate, we appreciate their effort and would absolutely consider working with them again for future landscaping projects.
