We truly appreciated the steady communication from Omri and the hard work of the entire crew. Everything turned out beautifully! There is abrasive dust all over my back yard, side yard and the front of my house. My catio in covered with this dust and my cats are rolling in it and bringing it into my house. I just bought a new car and I've had to have it detailed 4 times. Thankfully I've just managed to make room in the garage for that one. However, my other car has been parked in front of my house this whole time and it has a roughness to the paint from the abrasive dust. Also, one of the trucks making deliveries of stones, dirt and bricks has side swiped the front corner of this vehicle. When asked about it, "not his responsibility" So, I am stuck with the cleanup of all the dust all over my house, a dented vehicle and detailing bills. As a handicapped person, I will have to hire people to clean for me. I cant stand up or walk so I can't do it. The workers making the clouds of dust should have either erected a tent or watered down the stuff they were cutting. I watched the clouds drifting from them to my house and was amazed at their lack of concern. I am very upset and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

They did seriously beautiful work on everything - this is old-school quality craftsmanship, they did careful and meticulous work from start to finish. Dor managed our project and he was incredibly professional, respectful, and kept me updated regularly. This project with Lusso Design was easily the best experience I've had with a contractor - yes, it can be a positive experience! Their bid came in higher than their competitors, but in my experience you get what you pay for... the quality of their work and their professionalism were worth that price. We are very happy with everything they did for us. When we have another project in the future, Lusso Design and Build will be the first call.

The marble, gold accents, and Kohler fixtures are absolutely gorgeous and give the space such an elevated, timeless feel. Eddie was our foreman and was extremely attentive and pleasant to work with. Same goes for the entire crew who worked so hard, showing up on time Monday through Saturday, and their attention to detail really shows in the finished result. They will never move onto the next step before consulting with me on placement and how I liked it. I was extremely happy that I did not need to micro-manage since I know that I am very particular and attentive to design and details. You can tell they take pride in their work. Every little corner and finish was done so carefully. Dor (project manager) and Avi (owner) were also AMAZING to work with. From the start, Dor never pressured us into signing any contracts right away, adding things that didn't make sense, nor did he ever make us feel like we were wasting his time. Prior to getting a quote from Lusso, another company gave a whole spiel about them losing money every time they went out to quote a potential client. Then they said that if they left our house without us signing a contract then we wouldn't get any discount. Not only did it make us feel really uncomfortable and horrible but their prices were ridiculous compared to Lusso. No matter what time of day it was, Dor & Avi responded right away. They are great communicators and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, always checking in without ever pressuring us into anything. We felt comfortable the entire way through, and that meant so much. The only regret that I had was not doing this sooner since I'm pregnant in my 3rd trimester. We're beyond happy that they finished so quick with 2 months to spare before our baby comes so that we can truly enjoy our dual shower. We love how everything turned out and so grateful to the whole team for making our dream bathroom come true. Highly recommend them if you're looking for quality, honesty, and a truly beautiful result!
