We found KB Electric online and decided to give them a try. The phone was answered immediately by Alicia who was so helpful, listened to what we needed done and set up an appointment for us immediately, which we were so grateful for. The electric wire going into the house was hanging very low and we realized the attachment on the house (for lack of a better explanation) was hanging off the house. That far; not an issue, we all make mistakes, but after spending days waiting for him, getting texts saying that he needed to reschedule well into and passed the promised time, until finally nothing, other than me leaving vms, (unreturned), my opinion changed to what you are reading.
