So we drive there, they had 2bays with cars on them, which indicates that he is busy working on them and that we were in for a wait. I went in and told him the problem, had him come out to see it, and he said ok no problem. He moved one of the cars out, drive our car in, replaced the faulty leaky valve in 10mins.
