Niel was knowledgeable and kind, not a high pressure, get the sale guy. He listened to what I needed and found the best fit in my price range. When it came time for the buy the whole team came together like a well oiled machine. They got me a great rate from the bank and any time I had to wait they offered beverages and snacks even though my wait time wasn't long. I really appreciate how hard they worked to get me what I needed without taking all day. Highly recommend Niel and the Fletch's establishment!

When the brought my car out from the back lot is was covered, and I mean covered, in bird sh!t. After some load complaining they washed it for me. I got home still furious. And I notice my wheels, that were absolutely perfect when I took it in, were all hacked up from changing the tires. I called and they insisted it was road rash and was that way when I brought it in. Absolute b.s.!!! This car is a very low miles car and is show condition. The old tires only had a couple thousand miles and I had to change them because of age to have a TPMS changed. And road rash from a moving wheel has a lot more extended scrapping, not the damage on these wheels. I also have a Audi S7 that has a bumper-to-bumper Audi extended warranty, that still has 3yrs and a lot of miles left on it. My a/c was not cooling. I took it in and Fletch agreed it had a leak and it was low on refrigerant. They recharged the system and invoiced me for it. They said it was because they could not pin-point the leak. I asked where the refrigerant escaped and they said that I must have opened a valve and it escaped because they could not find a leak. Or that because they could not identify it specifically that they could not get reimbursed from the warranty. The service department at Fletch is a dumpster fire!

(That's what I expected.) But they are so lovely -- so generous and polite and thrifty (if anything they have only ever undercharged me -- like, "we didn't charge you for the additive because it was Audi's fault it leaked out"). They really go above and beyond and I try to map out my mileage so I'll have my oil changed during the summer, after I've driven from CA. Recently I had to turn in my beloved car ("emissions scandal" etc etc) and I spoke to the sales associate about the possibility about buying my new car in Michigan. I had pulled in on a whim and she kept the dealership open late to help me, printing out everything I did not feel like reading on line, because every dealership in the country has run out of brochures (Audi, print more brochures!). I am not the kind of person who loves to buy a new car. And I have an excellent dealership in LA. I am not totally thrilled with Audi as a company. But between my wonderful service department in LA and this excellent dealership here, I am thinking about forgiving Audi for stealing my beloved, beloved diesel from me.

My entire family takes their cars here and when I've been in GR and had trouble, I've called them…read moreup once or twice to ask them if the repairman was ripping me off. They treat us so well there, have great prices, and repairs are done in a timely manner. It's also connected to a dealership and we buy all our vehicles from them now. Last year, my younger sister bought a used car from the Tallberg's dealership (for a very reasonable price) and had trouble within two weeks - something they should have caught at the dealership, but didn't. The guys were super apologetic and the owner ended up paying for almost 3/4's of the repairs. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. I mean, it sucks bad enough when your car breaks down; don't make it suck more by going to some chain repair shop that won't treat you as well as these guys do.

Royal Tire has served me and my family well for the last 10-12 years. They are honest,…read moreaccommodating, and good at what they do. They don't just do tires and brakes - we've had their help for a variety of car troubles. Eric is the type of owner who still answers the phone and is in the shop almost every day. He'll tell you when something's beyond his scope instead of getting every last cent out of you. They have a very normal policy for a non-franchise, locally owned business, of not installing brand new tires that are purchased elsewhere. They are happy to install used tires, but as one would expect, are not going to enable someone buying tires at a discount place and then using their services. This is posted on a sign on their door and their staff is upfront about it as well. If other reviewers were told this on a phone call, it sounds like Royal was as upfront as they could be. Certainly nothing deserving a one-star review. I trust them with anything, and took the time to update my review because that other review guy ticked me off with his pettiness, lol.

They told me the number they were calling must have been incorrect and said they left messages, voicemails, etc which wasn't possible because the number they claimed to be calling was a disconnected number, proving they were lying straight to my face about leaving messages. After all this was resolved they hit me with a $3500 quote. I get a call that the work has been completed and get a ride over to their shop (over an hour away) the car wouldn't start and couldn't even be jumped. I leave the car and get another ride back home. They call me a few days later and say they fixed the issue. I go all the way back out there again to pick the car up. After saying they were going to fix the issue on them because it was their mistake, they charged me for the labor. On my way back with the car it stalled out while going 50mph 4 times and was struggling to start back up. The next day the car didn't even start at all. In my attempt to bring the car back to them today it broke down and wouldn't start at all. Bringing it somewhere else seems like the best idea. I will not be coming back and will be letting others know not to go to them. On top of everything they put their oily hands on the cloth of my door card. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
