We have a nice site in a good location. Everyone from the owners down to the weekend camper are very friendly and everyone is helpful. They have been deal with COVID-19 well and have been in constant contact with us with updates etc. All the utilities are good and they continually keep things in good working order. We definitely made the right choice and hope to be here many years.

However, prior to quiet hours we were approached by staff stating we were too rowdy and that we were acting "stupid". We have been to several campgrounds over the years and have never been spoken to about being quiet prior to quiet time nor have we ever been insulted and called stupid. The staff could have certainly approached us differently instead of ridiculing us. Two sites down there were people who were louder than we were who did not get spoken to. Not sure why we were targeted. Unfortunately we will not return.

It is camping the way it used to be! The sites are spacious and can accommodate RVs of all sizes. There are also tent sites along the Lamprey River. Canoes and kayaks are available to borrow. There is a rec hall with ping pong, pool, puzzles, games, etc. A small store sells ice, firewood, snacks, and ice cream. There are monthly potluck dinners and other activities throughout the summer. The campground is kept neat and clean, and campers have commented on the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers. Wellington Camping Park is owned by the Wellington family, and it is managed by a woman named Gail. She is a wonderful manager, fair, and well respected. Give this campground a try. You will not be disappointed!

Bring a grate for the campfire, the one that is provided you can't cook burgers on unless you have a big pan because of the 6 inch gaps between the sections.

Few years ago the originally owners sold & changes started. Our site we had for 15 years turned seasonal, as much of the campground was trying. Just didn't have same feel to it anymore. Store went to bare but then brought some stuff back. It is a Beautiful spot, gorgeous lake to kayak on, is kept clean. But we said goodbye last year. Lost 5 families to another campground due to the changes. Very sad.

The trails passed by marshes, over creeks &, at times, we had to navigate through areas that had some minimal flooding. Signage is practically non-existent, with arrows primarily @ intersections & also kind of confusing where the parking lots are for the trailheads. There is very little blazing on the trees but again, the trail directions are obvious. Not too much indication of wildlife, although, of course, we were in the thick of the trees. The folks at the Visitor Center are super friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.

My husband payed our mortgage first. So the payment for camp would of been a few days late. At around 9 on saturday evening the guy (i will not say his name) came to my husband around 9 and said trailer needs to be pulled off the site. My husband tried sunday to reason with them and for our family to go home till it could be paid on friday. We where told it is unacceptable. We owed for the month there where campers there that owed way more than we did but its not the point is how can you tell a family at 9pm you have to pull your trailer and pack up and leave. So we pulled the trailer. There was not much for children to do anyways. There pond you can swim in has leaches. Our older son came out with one on his ankle. Your not allowed to have four wheelers unless you work there or are apart of there circle. We have since removed our trailer and it is at a new campground that is fantastic. So much more for our family. We swam in the lake last weekend and the best part came out with no leaches. Good luck to anyone who goes to 3 ponds cause if you have not been there for many years the staff and the campers (who have been there many years) put your nose up at you and treat you as they are better. I can't say enough great things about 3 Ponds, We went from HELL (Autumn Hills Campground in Weare NH) too HEAVEN at 3 Ponds Campground. The seasonal Campers are the kindness and most caring people you will ever meet along with the Staff and the owners they will go out of their way to help you and never ask for anything in returns. They do it because they truly want to. So Book your next camping trip at 3 Ponds Campground. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!!!
