I ordered from Moreno because it was cheaper, and I had a feeling their delivery service would be far better than Wayfair or Home Depot's. I know I made the right choice. Once my order was confirmed, I was able to schedule my delivery date and time range. The delivery team who brought my vanity carried it inside my house, down into my basement and helped me unpackage it so I could inspect it before signing off on the delivery. It was SUCH a valuable touch, especially after reading all the poor reviews on Home Depot and Wayfair, primarily about issues with their vanities arriving damaged or missing parts. I didn't even mention how beautiful it is. It's beautiful. But the delivery service alone is reason for me to leave this 5-star review!

The return policy written on the website is, at best, extremely misleading. The policy states that…read morereturn shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted, which reasonably suggests a customer would still receive a meaningful portion of their refund back. In reality, on a $725 vanity, the combined fees for restock plus return shipping total over $550. That means nearly 75% of the purchase price is forfeited for returning a new, unused, uninstalled item. Had the website clearly communicated that returning a vanity could realistically result in losing the vast majority of the purchase price, I never would have made the purchase. Do not recommend.

I forget the gentleman's name but it was similar to Eddie (sorry if I am mistaken). He was very welcoming. Showed us the stock he had and how the ordering process would be. My husband was very interested in the ramp style sinks which I felt was not splash minimizing. He wasn't convinced I was right until Eddie corrected his misconception. Seeing that we had kids, he definitely didn't recommend the ramp style unless it's for a guest room or we had a cleaner maintaining it daily. The more practice and useful sink is the tradition basin ones. It was nice to be right but most importantly it was backed up by someone who had professional experience. We looked at some hang up vanities and stationary. The warehouse product amount wasn't overwhelming but also wasn't lacking in my opinion. Though we didn't go with them for a vanity purchase due to price, their quality of work on the products looked good. Customer service is great and definitely not trying to up sell anyone here. Super patient with me on answering all my questions and helping me find the best measurement and solution that will fit my daily home needs. Jason came out two times because we ended up getting measurement for our kitchen and restroom cabinets as well since wanted the same set for both restrooms and cabinets for color and feels. The process was so seamless and their quotes were by far the best in town. After all the measurement is done and we finalize our designs, we went in store to pick out our stone and handles. I think that was the only hard part of the whole process because they had so many choices for handles and stones to choose from. After all that is done, their installation team came out on the scheduled date and time we scheduled and got the whole thing done in less than 2 days.
