I really wanted to buy from their location but my contractor didn't want to pick up at Chino (too far), so i had to buy from El Monte location.

I stopped by to two items and purchase touch-up materials because some cabinets arrived scratched. I understand return policy, but remodeling timelines can easily extend beyond 30 days. In short, my experience with Cabazon / AAA was perfect from end to end - in particular it was…read moreMichelle that was amazing. I simply could not have asked for anything more from Michelle - from pricing, knowledge, flexibilty, customer service, responsiveness, everything! If you're looking for quality materials for a great price and excellent customer service - this is the place you need do all your business. Honestly, a perfect 10/10 experience. -- I recently purchased a condo in West LA and wanted to remodel shortly after. I searched many places for cabinets and countertops from West LA to East LA. I ended up checking out Cabazon a bit randomly and from the minute I stepped in, Michelle greeted my family and me and I knew this place was going to be different. This is my first home and first remodel so I was going into this remodel with almost no knowledge. Michelle was amazing. She was extremely patient in answering all of our questions about every detail about a remodel - cabinets, sinks, countertops, bathrooms, vanities, range hoods, windows and more. What was even better is that I didn't feel like she was trying to sell me at any point in any of our many conversations. She was very honest and genuine sharing her true thoughts of what is worth paying for and what probably isn't. Michelle was really the key behind our great experience at Cabazon. Not only did she teach us just about everything we needed to know, but she also helped design our kitchen with fully measured diagrams - perfectly! Not only that, but she also has a degree in interior design so she had awesome suggestions and recommendations! And even more so, she connected us with our contractor! Our original contractor didn't work out so we were searching for another one, and Michelle connected us with an awesome contractor! And for those of you that are hesitant to explore the San Gabriel area because of no or weak Chinese skills, Michelle's English is excellent! Michelle also didn't disappear after we purchased the materials from her. She was extremely responsive with all of our needs throughout the remodel - answering additional questions, making additional purchases, replacing pieces that were damaged in transit, coordinating with our contractor - literally everything we needed! Okay, I'll stop talking about how awesome Michelle is. The quality at Cabazon is also awesome. We ended up going with the white shaker cabinets and granite countertops. We went with a modern theme in our condo and these were perfect. The cabinets and drawers feel very sturdy and strong - not cheap flimsy wood. All the doors and drawers are built with slow close - got to love that. The granite selection was great as well - had a strong range of colors. They also had other countertop materials as well, but we wanted to stick with granite after discussing with Michelle. And all of these came at a really great price. Also, again, without going through the feeling that all Cabazon wanted to do was to push me to buy expensive materials. All in all, Cabazon / AAA is a great business with excellent materials but even better customer service. Thank you Michelle - you helped make our first remodel experience an absolutely amazing one despite it being a complex, and at times overwhelming, experience!

In their first home, they lived for years with a kitchen remodeled by G&M, and they recently purchased a second home, choosing G&M again. Because my friend was so happy with the quality and workmanship, I decided this was the company I wanted to use. From day one of contacting G&M, they were nothing but friendly, responsive, and answered all the questions I had prior to starting my kitchen remodel. Wing came to my house to take measurements and created a floor plan that best suited the size and layout of my kitchen. Wing was amazing throughout, always answering the phone and clearly explaining anything I had questions about. They work incredibly fast! Once my kitchen was prepped: new paint and drywall, I called Wing to let her know I was ready to begin. She immediately scheduled her workers, had all the materials in stock, and the entire job was completed in just two quick days, unheard of! The quality, service, and competitive pricing are why I recommend this company to anyone looking to get cabinets. I plan to work with them again soon to remodel our closets and bathrooms. Thank you, G&M! You guys are amazing!

I've had multiple disappointing experiences here due to what feel like shady business practices…read more During a kitchen renovation, I paid in full for cabinets. Later I realized that the height of the wall cabinets they recommended were the wrong height so I asked to change from 36" to 30" tall wall cabinets. This was before my contractor picked up the cabinets. Despite the cabinets being smaller, I was told there was no price difference. None of their pricing is posted, so I had to take their word for it. In a separate renovation project, I was given 2 base cabinets that were smaller than what I ordered and paid for, and my contractor unknowingly installed them. Since the cabinets received were smaller, I expected that I should have a credit back. I ordered two 36" wide cabinets with a drawer and door, but I was given two 27" wide cabinets with no drawer. When I brought this up, the salesperson lied and insisted I received the correct cabinets, even after I showed the invoice and 3D rendering proving otherwise. Since then, I've received no meaningful follow-up or resolution. And salesperson is avoiding my calls. Unfortunately, I am too busy to chase them down. Due to the lack of pricing transparency and refusal to take responsibility for mistakes, I can't recommend this business.
