While waiting I overheard the employee on the desk take back to back calls from customers and he was so professional and patient and took each call with equal helpfulness despite it being about 30 min to closing. I was assisted by Erik, the manager and Pierre P., a sales specialist. My profile did not carry over as they told me it would in Reno, but Erik and Pierre completed a local profile and serviced my tire within a 15 minute period without asking for any paperwork from Reno for my purchase. My car was an older Ford with lug nuts that were expanding and difficult to remove. The dealer wanted $200 to replace their faulty lug nuts. Erik lent me 5 lug nuts for my repaired tire while I ordered a new set online, then replaced all 20 at no charge. That was a WOW experience for me. They were friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I was completely satisfied before driving off. In all my years of dealing with tire purchases and repairs, I have to say that the service I received at this Big O location from Erik and Pierre was a step above outstanding.
