They were professional, friendly, punctual, and clearly took pride in the work they were doing. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the results were even better than I expected. If you're looking for a cleaning company in the Colorado Springs area that actually takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Pikes Peak Pristine Cleaning. I will absolutely be using them again! Unfortunately, the oven and fridge were barely touched. When I contacted management, the owner refused to resolve the issue, claiming I underreported the condition of the appliances, both of which had nothing more than average soiling, and in fact we had washed the refrigerator shelves the day before. The company did not notify me of any issues or extra fees during the service. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and incomplete work for such a high price. The baseboards in the kitchen were not cleaned and the window sills were not cleaned. We have used professional cleaners for all of our move out cleanings over the years and have never had a problem with things just being left not done before.

Mr. Henry seemed very nice, and to know what he was talking about. However when he produced his bid, it was $1950 to paint two rooms. I almost dropped my teeth. Was he trying to rip off an out-of-towner? Trying to rip off a woman alone (my husband was gone)? Or just thought I was some idiot who would pay him $1000 per room to paint? Or did not want the job? I can't imagine, but it was an insult to even receive such a bid. I told him "this is very high" and he left abruptly. I am attaching a photo of the bid, so you can see this is for real. Then there was a $175 fee just to look at the job, Maybe I should have asked but in my experience estimates were free, especially if you went ahead with the work. I asked that he contact my renter directly, I live far out and it just simplifies things. Not only did he later that day ONLY contact me but didn't contact renter and arrived early morning unannounced.
