I first heard from Nicholas when I posted a job for plumbers on Yelp - no hot water was coming out…read moreof the kitchen faucet. The other companies that replied wanted to schedule a visit. Nicholas suggested that the faucet had become clogged with sentiment and, most likely, all that was needed was to replace faucet. I purchased a new faucet and installed it and the problem was solved. I also explained that I had a frozen main drain plug and he suggested I soak it in WD40. Nicholas did not earn anything from me at that time, but I was so impressed with him and his willingness to share basic information that saved me money, I kept his contact information. I was not able to loosen the drain plug so I called him. He worked with my schedule, came over and he was able to remove the frozen plug so I could flush my water heater. It's really great to meet someone like Nicholas who puts customer service first. I can not recommend Nicholas enough.

Please read this and all other reviews about Tina Gulley, who is exceptionally rude, will avoid calling you back, and has no intention to assist whatsoever. We were told by Kyle Miller that he would speak with her regarding the excessive fees invoiced to us without breakdown of the charges or explanation. While I am sure all other jobs that go without a hitch are probably fine. The issue is when there is a problem (as you read in other reviews), Tina does not have the customer service skills to handle it like a professional. It saddens me that this business that doesn't have the ability to approach problems OBJECTIVELY to find a solution. Avoid this place like the plague, go with Flow Right Plumbing. They completed a job for us for TEN THOUSAND dollars less than this place quoted. Yes, TEN THOUSAND dollars less. Then there was a $175 fee just to look at the job, Maybe I should have asked but in my experience estimates were free, especially if you went ahead with the work. I asked that he contact my renter directly, I live far out and it just simplifies things. Not only did he later that day ONLY contact me but didn't contact renter and arrived early morning unannounced. The worst part was over $400 for an hour (at most) of work (in addition to the $175) and the parts were maybe $15!
