I was aware that oftentimes it may be necessary to go up to the roof and clean the vent or sometimes a screen up there. This service is often priced less than $200. But Duct Brothers wanted $399. Then they told be that my vent on top had a "stuck" flap that needed repair and they could do the "whole job" for $500 ! I subsequently called another company and they came out and took pictures. There is no flap up there at all !!!!! The new company measured the air flow and it was good. Duct Brothers is a fraud! Do not fall for their upselling at preposterous prices.

Fast forward 1 week, and awoke to water in the basement. Once again, Gilbert to the rescue! He was able to come out the same day, quickly diagnose the cause, AND get things working again. If we could give this business zero stars we would. We hired Restoration King to fix our shower…read morethat had a water leak. At first, everything seemed to be okay. However, after a few months all the tile started to crack, and we noticed more water damage. We called Restoration King and asked them to come take a look. It took several months for them to come back with several different employees giving different statements. Apparently, they have a higher turnover rate of employees because we talked to several different people. The manager said he would honor our contract and repair the damage. There was a demo team that came out to take out the damaged tile. However, they then decided that they would not honor the contract and complete the project. So, we once again have no shower! By the way they dropped the tile, and it went through our bathroom floor and damaged the kitchen ceiling. This company lacks integrity and have left us without a usable bathroom. The owner of the company has no respect for her customers and was less than helpful. Please do not use this company for any reason.

A thanks to Sean the field manager who was in constant touch with us throughout the process (including working with the insurance adjustor, who himself was really great to work with), and Amy in the office, who went over many different options with us until we were satisfied with what we wanted. Sure enough, on the exact day we had picked to start, a snowstorm hit, but the team kept in touch and started when it was safe for the crew to be up there. The crew did an excellent job of keeping the surroundings and plants protected, and Sean came through afterwards with a thorough inspection and cleanup. Excellent experience all the way around, my thanks to the team for their great work.
