Johnny's is very service oriented and frequently sends multiple service trucks to our area to service the plumbing needs of those of us that have homes along the Highway 50 corridor and along the many county roads that are accessed from Highway 50. We have a Burnham Boiler that uses Glycol boiler fluid. When I called Johnny's to arrange for service they knew exactly what system I have and immediately scheduled my annual Fall maintenance service. Don came out within a few days and he is absolutely an expert technician!! Johnny's Plumbing also services many other models of boilers and HVAC systems as well. Don has our system "purring" and we are ready for the winter!!! This is specifically a commentary on their plumbing. They came in to do a big job and it was done…read morefine. However they forgot to reconnect the utility sink. I asked them to do it as they were leaving and the clowns connected the water but not the drain. So when I tried to use it later, all the water ran onto the floor. Well, I'm basically done with their nonsense and I will fix it myself. I don't want them back in here as I noticed my personal property has also been messed with. Not stolen, just things they didn't need to touch were touched. This leaves me unsettled and I threw away my toothbrush, toothpaste and anything of that nature because I don't know what they did to it. The last person also left a mess of packaging all over the work area. I have never had contractors leave their mess for me to clean up. I know their foreman would not have approved but it was too late. Job was done and as I said, I just don't want anything more to do with those clowns.

In June he came to our property to start and takes out our only working furnace and cuts holes in our ceiling for future air ducts. Each time he had an excuse that he needed more money for supplies. He said another client took him for $12,000 and filed chapter 11. We gave him an additional 2500.00. The last time we heard from him was in June. He has not provided any equipment or anything other Than removing our furnace and putting holes in our ceiling. He has yet to contact us or provide any equipment and it is August 21st. He is a scammer and took us for the amount of $8,000 and we have no furnace and no AC! BEWARE!!!!
